I have never been to such a gross store before. I originally took these photos just to show my husband why I told him not to go there- but Google asked my experience, so here we are!! 😷 It was gross. And the cashier was talking on her cell phone through her headphones, so that definitely helped my opinion 🤦

This store is absolutely horrible! Cant get around in there. There is stuff everywhere! Nasty nasty place!

I purchased items from another town AND I lost the receipt. I read family dollars policy and it does not state any where in there that you can not return items with out a receipt but yet I was denied MY MONEY back... That would be like me taking from them.. this is ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was looking at buying some candy and it was super expired, like last year expired. I told a worker who turned out to be the manager, and she was rude and acted like she really didnt care. Thankfully I looked before I bought them. This store has really gone downhill and I would rather drive the extra blocks and go to Dollar General.

I was just in recently and it’s like the store had a make over!!! Keep up the wonderful work! My cashier was the sweetest gal. Laura I think her name was.. and another time I was in. She always has a smile and willing to help me find what I needed. I’m really happy with the changes and the CURRENT employees they have.

As a follow up, the store seems to be reverting back to what it was before. What a difference one person makes. Well actually two. One who really wanted to make a difference, the other who just isnt qualified for their job. Sad that corporate either doesnt see the root issue or just really doesnt care.My past review from just a few months ago: I understand some of the older reviews, however I suggest you make a trip there again. I used to go in there and wanted to just turn around and walk out because of the clutter. Things have changed drastically though and you wont see that now. The current manager and staff have really cleaned things up and it is so much better now. Understand, this is a small store and the company stocks a lot of stuff. For the most part, these stores get what corporate sends and very little is actually probably ordered by the store itself.I used to work for a company in Florida who went around to Family Dollar stores and did data and electrical installations and I can honestly say that about 95% of the stores I worked in were disasters. These stores were in FLA, GA, AL, NC, SC, and TN. I have seen MANY stores. As I said, if you had a negative outlook because of the clutter, make another trip back and see the difference. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Store was filthy dirty and there were 2 employees on duty. Shelves were a mess and a lot of products were out of stock. Very bad experience. Wont be back anytime soon.

Fast n easy shopping!

No matter whether it is real-life bullying or cyber bullying, any form of verbal abuse is extremely detrimental. It has been scientifically shown that it actually affects both brain hemispheres. Ive never walked away FROM ANY JOB until I worked for this company in Fort Dodge Iowa! To be truthful about it Ive had to seek more Medical care due to the condition of my mental disorders... Not the Stores fault , but there are people who are in charge who have challenged my life...

This store has complete turned itself around. It WAS extremely torn up where you could not shop any aisle but for the past 2 months since the new manager and team has taken over it now has been returned to a neighborhood gem. They have worked hard to clean up the mess and the negative reviews from recent posts are being done by people who have an agenda . See for yourselves that this is not the store of old.

Pathetic and unorganized. Stuff on floors in same spot for weeks at a time. That tells u how much they mop. Ceiling leaking on floors. Meat n dairy gone back into cooler after all day on shelf. Staff untrained n rude. Blonde manager out back n out front texting n talking on her phone while customers wait in line

I go in to buy something advertised On Sale .... My coupon & money in hand ... Shelf empty and when I ask the girl working if they have more in the back .... Her response - We probably have more in the back, but I cant go back there !! Now that is Customer Service at its best. What is a customer supposed to keep coming back time and time again on the hope that they have restocked? Ridiculous !!!!!
