Because of this amazing school I was able to learn all about the performing arts. While I was in this school I had the best education that I have ever had no other school compares to North Andrews Gardens Elementary. 5 years ago I left this school cause I moved to NC and if I could go back I would, I had the amazing opportunity to learn to play Violin, take show choir and be in an amazing art class. I definitely recommend putting your kid/kids into this school.

Today 04/23/2018 is the second incident I heard of a kid bringing a GUN to this school, this school needs to be evaluated and speak of gun safety, packets should get sent home immediately to all parents of all three schools in the neighborhood of Nrth Andrews; I live in North Andrews and have kids that attend this school unfortunately, from the neighborhood you can tell 90% of parents carry due to the culture of people that resides in the area. SAVE OUR KIDS !!!!

Tonight was the christmas performance and while my daughter was so excited to perform and was ready to go on stage, she stopped to help another student with her costume as no one else would help her. The teacher then led all of the other students on stage without my daughter who was ready to go or the other girl she was helping. My daughter missed her performance and the only lesson she learned from the school for the Holidays was that only bad things can happen when you put others before yourself. Happy Holdays.

We really love this school. We have had 3 children attend there so far and we are so happy they have the opportunity to explore music, dance, drama and art. K-2 grades rotate every 6 weeks through these options and then the kids choose which major they want for grades 3-5. There are many performances throughout the year where you can see all the results of the hard work of the teachers and kids. In addition, we love the office staff, principals and teachers at the school. Every teacher our children have had were very caring, tech-savvy and gave each of our children personal attention. This year our 5th grader is using his own (school provided) laptop for text books and school work. In Jan he can take the laptop home to do school work and/or log into his personal account from home using MS Office365 (free for broward public school students). Our kids have used hour-of-code and programmed robots. Technology is used as much as possible there. We have been involved in the PTA, SAC and SAF meetings and really feel like our opinions matter. We wish our children could stay there more than K-5th grade.

Listen.... I know that you probably wont listen or even care about this.... but Im 12 years old and since kindergarten Ive been tortured and bullied, and all throughout till during the last month of 5GRADE, I was bullied. The assistant principle got tired of seeing me come in every day crying because of what those people have let go on for years. I was never cared for by my teachers and accused of tatle telling on the bullies who beat me up in the corner of the room . I was afraid to fight cause I wanted a clean record ....I bet the school is diffrent now....but I just want to say... that I havent grown thick skin yet.....and I dont think Ill ever need to because Im going to such an amazing middle school....ramblewood.....but please...teach you child what they need to know to prevent any life changing things like bullying, and teachers who dont care stop them from becomeing what the string and musical arts program there is making me strive to be....a viola player...an artist...a singer....a trupet player...an actor .....(credit to mr.rob, ms.carlucci😍😍😍,ms.calandriet😘,and the band teacher....)you should get your kid to love that stuff so they can be well rounded and have a better chance at everything...even though l dislike the school....I LOVE THE ARTS🎭🎤🎻🎺🎨📚 and I hope that the school does wonders and is to your childs liking because thats all that matters(btw when I was there , they didnt provide laptops and rarely did an hour code but know I do it at ramblewood middle and i finally made friends
