This incredible place is full of healing and a deep ancient practice that cannot be found anywhere else. Sifu is a truly authentic teacher that you are lucky to find in a place like Florida, as the Kung fu and Tai Chi that he is teaching is truly Chinese. Sifu is such a special teacher. My husband had been very sick due to some various health conditions and once he started practicing with Sifu, it truly turned him around. Now, he goes a few days a week and he cannot imagine not having this practice in his life.

My name is Josette and I’ve been a Tai Chi student with Sifu for the past three years. I moved here from Pennsylvania where I studied the martial arts for almost 30 years and earned my Third Level Black. Belt in Tae Kwon Do. When I came to Florida I went on the Internet to find a “teacher”, not Tae Kwon Do, but Tai Chi. There were many schools to choose from and I made some phone calls but only one school really caught my attention . The Chung Kung Fu website was so humble with just a picture of Sifu and his teacher. I knew this would be the one. I spoke with Aimara and she welcomed me to my first class. Immediately I knew this was right for me and after listening to Sifu lecture after meditation, I knew I had found a true Teacher. My life was not easy here in Florida but consistently attending classes with Sifu, I was able to accept the challenges presented to me and persevere with a greater understanding of self. I’m moving back to Pennsylvania this week with a heavy heart because I can’t physically take class with Sifu but his spirit and energy will be with me always.I’m sharing this with everyone as a reminder of how truly blessed you are to have such a teacher. I have practiced martial arts most of my life, multiple styles with several different masters. I have never met a teacher as humble, as qualified, nor as passionate as Sifu Chung. He is a true master of himself and his arts and as his students we proudly call him Sifu. The attitude at the school is friendly, humble and everyone is a pleasure to practice with. I recommend this school to beginners and advanced practitioners of any martial arts style. This is without doubt the best Kung Fu / Tai Chi school in South Florida.
