I highly recommend Kicks School of Dance. Lauren is an amazing teacher and you will be very satisfied with her method of teaching. Lauren was my teacher growing up in NYC and I thank her for all of her knowledge, inspiration and encouragement. I have gone on in my dance career and own my own successful dance studio for 11 years. I now look back on our great dance memories and hear her voice in my head as I dance and teach today. From corrections to words of wisdom its always there. Dancing with Lauren is something you will truly enjoy.

My 8-year-old started at Kicks in 2017. It’s convenient and they have a partnership with the school where our daughter goes for after-school care. Because of that she knew a lot of people in her class right off the bat but as time has gone on she’s also made lots of new friends. She started with beginning ballet and jazz. There’s she’s been learning the fundamentals and having a good time. Then the Musical Theatre class caught her eye so we also enrolled her in that. She loves acting so she’s enjoyed that class even more. Our experience at Kicks has been great. Lauren the instructor clearly knows her stuff but more importantly she’s friendly, laid back, and has a wonderful manner with the kids and parents. The studio is clean, new, and bright. I like the layout of the room and as I said earlier, for us, the location can’t be beat. Dinner at Fuzzy’s Tacos has become an after-class ritual for us since they’re in the same plaza. I should also mention that when we first considered dance class for our daughter we did some price shopping and the cost of Kicks is on-par or better than most. We really couldn’t be happier with Kicks and we’ll be going there for a long time.

My 8 year old daughter is taking two classes at Kicks right now. She started off with beginning Ballet and Jazz in the Fall and is now also taking Musical Theater dance this spring. Lauren, the owner and instructor, has been great at working with all of the students and their current abilities. My daughter came in with no dance experience. Lauren has been so encouraging, coaching my daughter enough to learn and improve but also not pushing her too far. And the choices of classes is great, too, including options for adults.

Excellent dance studio! I have two daughters in the school, and they absolutely love the classes. Ms. Lauren’s experience as a professional dancer coupled with years of teaching makes her an exceptional dance instructor. The studio set up is super cool and I personally love her choreography.

Participated in the adult BarrePlus class and as a senior citizen was amazed at how the low impact workout was so beneficial. Lauren is an excellent instructor and works with her students at all their varying levels.
