What a great weekend. Thanks to Michael Bohn for setting it up and making it so easy. To our instructor Brian, that besides being a great teacher he was a lot of fun to hang out with. My son and I will be forever hooked. It is such a well developed program where you and your family can start from the very basics and at the end feel very comfortable in a controlled environment. The instructor was great helping us develop and improve our communication skills. In an era with technology, using your time sailing really reconnects you with the environment. My wife and I had taken a couple of local classes - half day and weekend type classes, but I wish wed save ourselves time and money and just headed straight for the Offshore Sailing School to begin with. The instructors are far more knowledgeable, MUCH better sailboats and you cant beat the classroom and on the water instructions that you receive in the same day. When you complete this course, youre trained and confident to begin sailing and thats what we were after.
