Was trying to print something out no help. Was there for a long time I really liked going to this staples not today bad customer service!

4 people and none could help me and the store was empty

Service was pretty slow and they were out of the 3 different printers I was looking at. Office depot had what I was looking for though.

Overpriced and most items are cheap in quality. staff is also rude.

By far the worst customer service by their delivery department. Ordered a chair on Saturday, was to be delivered Tuesday, driver was in my parking lot and would not deliver the chair. Repeat failure on Tuesday. Called Wednesday, said he was having trouble finding address. Told him to look out his window, I was standing right there. He drove away. Extremely poor, I called the store again for the third time and was told once again they would bring chair to me on Friday. Friday came, truck showed up and drove away. Got an e mail they were refunding my purchase. No explanation, just refund. My company spends ALOT with Staples.... Not any more, we are done.

The employees in the printing Dept. are awesome! They are efficient, helpful and they do great work. Scarlet and Janie helped us recently with business cards and full color booklets and the look beautiful!

I had an excellent shopping experience at this Staples. I was greeted at the door by a friendly, knowledgeable employee, who directed me to the aisle I needed. I also found several other items I needed along the way. The store is nicely laid out with excellent signage. When I was in line to check out, they opened another register to take me right away. I am very happy with my purchases, and I really enjoy shopping at the Forums other stores like Home Depot, Target, and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

My wife and I stopped by Staples today looking for tissue paper for an elderly lady and they were currently out, I told the manager on duty that she had no toilet paper. The manager gave us 6 rolls to give to her, we thank you for helping us to help her..

Ask Carmen to help you she is awesome. Staples should give her a huge raise. Such a pleasant caring employee. This month while back at Staples I spoke with Scarlett. Got a computer from her. She was so helpful and pleasant. I love my computer. Thank you Scarlett

Prices are reasonable for a specialty store. People are always friendly the quality is amazing and its typically a quick in and out. I stopped youre quite frequently and would recommend to anyone else that needs Services Staples can provide.

Very nice office supply store and they have many other items you really wouldnt expect an office supply store to carry.Prices are very competitive with other office supply stores. Many sale items and they also have a rewards program that gives you an even better deal.

Always have great help when I am there. Been shopping there for years and no matter what day it is I am always greeted and asked if I need any help. They always have what I need, if not they are right on there computer offering me to order it online.

Horrible customer service at the printing station. So I walk in to print at the self-service printer, but the document took over ten minutes to load and refused to let me cancel it, so I go to the printing counter for assistance. I go and wait in line, and then was able to ask the woman at the counter about the issue, and she came over to restart the printer (which was great) and then apologized and said I can print through their system (which was also great). So I was directed toward a computer and told to log in and retrieve my Google Doc that I wanted to print. The employee then walks away, which is understandable since it may take me a minute or two to bring it up. But after I brought up the document, I waited for her to come back. And waited. And waited. She was helping another employee figure out an issue, which is totally fine, but she kept doing so for over five minutes without even looking up at me. I also didnt want to yell across the room and interrupt them so I could get help, so I waited. When she did finally look up, she noticed a different customer at the counter next to me, and went to go help that person. She walked right by me in the process and avoided all eye contact. By that point, the machine had already timed out and I would have needed to log in again to retrieve the document I had brought up. Finally, when she finished with that other customer, I thought she would come over to help me, but by the time she was close enough that I could get her attention, she went straight down another aisle to continue helping the other employee, ignoring me the whole time.So I cant review the entire store, but this is what I experienced with their printing station, which is usually really slow and mediocre customer service to begin with. I hope this helps you in your decision when looking for printing services.

Edit: Staples friendly is always helpful. They generally have only 1 of the big items you need but can order and have it shipped at no extra cost. The staff is courteous & a little quirky but I find that charming.

Cashiers are nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. Prices could be better.

Well stocked store and easy to find what youre looking for. Quite a few special sales on some merchandise will bring big savings for older models or discontinued electronics. Plenty of parking near the entrance usually available.

Clean, organized, well-lit store in a great location near other anchor stores and good quick food options. Only had one of item need on visit.

Free wifi got some work done on the laptop while getting some copying and scanning done. Good service while i was there

Horrible customer service. By several employees. Twice now I’ve called and asked something specific and twice they confirmed that they have it / or can do the service but when I drive here they tell me they can’t. Twice! And no apologies either. Also, no one is ever around to help. I think I’m done with this place.

I was browsing for some office furniture and was warmly greeted by Peggy. She was knowledgeable, courteous and availed herself for as long as I needed assistance. Ill be back to look at chairs. I hope Peggy will be there.

Dont order online and expect to get your order in a timely fashion at this store. Horrible customer service. Better to shop Amazon and save the gas and frustration. Store personnel not friendly or helpful at all.

Free wifi is a great bonus, went in to make copies. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable, answering any questions I had.

Watch out for the Assistant Manager named Barry. Hes over in the computer section and hes a real prick. He refused to give me a discount on a display model (it was the last one and I needed it.) Luckily, I noticed that he was just a peon and asked where the real manager was. He took care of it as soon as he got wind of Barrys retard moves.All in all, a great store with great deals most of the time. Just watch out for d-bag of the year, Barry.

Went to Staples to have my Laptop look at the lead tech Corey didnt have no Idea what was wrong my laptop. After 2hr he told me he couldnt find out the problem. was very unhappy with the tech services here. Took it to another place they fix my issues in 10 min

I had to return some reading glasses without the package, and it was a bit complicated. The manager and checkout people got it figured out and were polite and efficient.

Went in for a receipt book. It took quite a while to check out. There wasnt even anyone in line. They claim to have computer issues.
