Ive had a few sessions with Joe. He is patient but persistent in his desire for you to understand all methods of self-defense. He really wants you to know what to do in case you need to know how to protect yourself or get away from a situation that could potentially harm you. He is also very flexible with your schedule and he is not watching the clock. He cares that you know your stuff not how much time is left. I have a few more classes with him and I know it will be productive and I will learn a lot. I thank him for what he is doing. We ladies need to realize that we are a special treasure that needs to be protected and it cost less than having your eyelashes done :)

COBRA self defense is the place to go to learn real life self defense techniques!In addition to physical self defense I am learning a lot about safety, situational awareness, recognizing danger and most important after I recognize danger how to remove myself from it.I wish we lived in a world where we didn’t have to think about Self defense, but sadly that’s not the case. I love this system and I think Joe is an amazing instructor who is incredibly qualified and is equally awesome at training beginning and advanced students.I feel safer than I ever have, more empowered and I get a workout. Thank you Joe !!!!!!

Karen and I decided to take a self aware/ self defense course. Joes class was /is exactly what we wanted. We are continuing to learn from Joe and we feel safer and empowered in case something does occur

My (almost) 70-yr old Momma, my 17-yr old daughter, and I took the 1-day C.O.B.R.A Self Defense Boot Camp. It was phenomenal!!! Three generations of women (who can be very facetious and tend to joke around) were a real challenge to Joe. He rolled with it and was able to teach us how to get away from anyone trying to grab you by the arm/wrist even if they have a knife or gun - AMAZING techniques!!!(We spent the rest of the weekend attacking each other at home.)He taught us several basic blocks and knife and gun disarming techniques. My teenager showed all her friends how to avoid being kidnapped and dragged into a vehicle. She was a little too excited about demonstrating how to crash the car if they do get you in a vehicle ... Thanks Joe : -)We will definitely be signing up for more regular classes and/or dropping in on his scheduled days. We drove down to Fort Myers from Cape Coral and it was definitely worth the drive. Cant wait (well, we have to, but are really excited) for you to bring COBRA to the Cape. I know so many women (especially single moms) and teens who NEED to take these classes. I know some guys who could really benefit from them as well. The world is so different from the days of my childhood (or maybe we just talk about it more now) ...Thanks to Joe for offering such great classes and for the women (and John) who we learned with on this particular Saturday. A great experience all around and so empowering to learn simple things that make you a fighter - a survivor - NOT a victim!!!

Ive been going to COBRA self-defense with Joe for the last two months and can say that I already feel safer and stronger! The classes teach you awesome skills that anyone can do to make themselves feel more secure. Great environment for beginners! Highly recommend!

This is a great program! Not only do you learn the necessary moves to protect yourself and escape, but you perform drills and roleplay real-life scenarios. Its very different from what I expected, but I love it! Ive learned a lot from Joe. Id definitely recommend this for women, men, and kids!

I have a background in martial arts, but the practical, real-life COBRA Self Defense training is unparalleled. No other training experience can provide you with the skills youll need in real-life scenarios, such as knife and gun attacks. Joe is an excellent and knowledgeable instructor, and I recommend this life-saving training to everyone.

I have been involved in various disciplines my entire life and I find the COBRA system offered by Joseph Saitta’s “Fit4it” to be comprehensive and probably more importantly, extremely context flexible!COBRA Defense is applicable to a wide range of ages and is adaptable to a wide range of personal capabilities!

My son trains at COBRA Self Defense under the instruction of Joe Saitta, and he has learned valuable self defense skills. I would recommend this training to not only adults, but teenagers just like my son. It’s a dangerous world out there and kids need to know how to protect themselves.

Had a great time! So simple and easy to use. Muscles are a little sore, but that feels great!
