The Owner Bryan is an inconsiderate person and basically only opened this center for money, not because he was concerned for the children with behavioral issues & Autism, and wanting the best for them unfortunately. I go to pick up my son yesterday from the center and the office manager tells me that the Owner came in Friday 7/26/2019 and said that he was closing the center and yesterday was every ones last day there. He didnt even call the parents himself, no letter, no time or warning given on what he was planning on doing. Also found out that he hasnt been paying his therapist for months because he is under investigation for MEDICAID FRAUD! My son is 8 years old with SEVERE AUTISM- mainly NONVERBAL and was doing his 30 hours of ABA therapy there.

My son loves this place and he is doing so much better because of his therapist and the rest of the staff there are so helpful!! Wish he could stay here through all 13 years of school!!!, not just therapy and elementary years! They are great people and if you are looking for a therapy for your special little one look no further! They helped us out even during the hurricane when no body had electricity they did and they had all the kids come in for some TLC and fun away from all the hurricane drama! My family and I love this place dearly. They literally potty trained my autistic 5 year old son from beginning to end in less than 3 weeks when we have been trying for years! He is our only child so we could use all the advice we could get and they have been there no matter what we were going through with him. They are so great at what they do and Danielle my sons therapist loves what she does and it shows because my son never leaves without hugging her. Its really his home away from home.

Terrible place, very unprofessional. The therapist my son had was AMAZING that’s not why I give it one star. The one star is for the terrible management they have. Very sad I had to stop taking my son there because of their poor management skills, loved his therapist and once I saw an improvement in his behavior it made me very happy. But management made changes and couldn’t even contact me to give me a heads, Instead left me hanging and called me one day just to ask me if I still wanted service?! I was like what why are you asking me this I haven’t canceled anything. Then she says his current therapist can no longer see him. Wouldn’t even explain why. I’m sure it wasn’t the therapists decion. I Don’t recommend this place at all always an issue also with transportation as well. They offered me many times and insisted in providing transportation and I always hesitated once I decided to try it out they said sorry we don’t have available transportation and he would be on the bus 2hrs.

**Under New Management** Since Lindsey arrived she has completely turned this location around. She is an outstanding individual with many years of experience. Lindsey along with the staff she very carefully chose are very passionate about being an advocate and voice for our kids. My son has a done a complete 180 after being without ABA for 6months due to insurance and incorrect CPT codes being submitted. During all the frustration and emotions of watching my son go backwards, Lindsey kept in constant contact with me, ensuring me my son would receive nothing but the best care. She told me that a year ago and til this day she has yet to disappoint me! I HIGHLY recommend every parent that may have tried this location (before new management took over) to give it another chance. My son has accomplished things I’ve never thought possible because of Kimyio, Lindsey and her staff she has behind her. Medicaid is attempting to take many things away from facilities such as this, so as parents we need to make our voice heard for our kids, we are there voice! CALL MEDICAID AND MAKE NOISE ABOUT THEM TRYING TO CUT REIMBURSEMENT RATES for the amazing BCBA’s, RBT’s and BA’s that care for our kids everyday!
