I just finished my class for hha at Paramount and I rate it A plus. Willy and Ray were good teachers and really helped you learn everything in a good helpful way. The girls in the office were very helpful to. Cant say enough good things about the school! πŸ˜€

I came to this school for my CNA CPR first Aide and Med Aide, and let me tell you Willy is a great instructor the ladies in the office are nice and friendly, and the best for last Ms.Karen I love her she is the school Director ,I called this lady once or twice a week to ask her a question and she was always helpful and gave me all the tools, tips and information I needed to start a job. If you are new to the medical field like myself and need more understanding on what you need ask Ms Karen she will help you and she also helped me get multiple jobs.I love you all.

I’ve taken 3 courses here . They give you the answers to tests to make them look good They don’t allow you to take their test unless you take their pathetic classes. It’s all about the money it’s a business. Karen never returns calls. Don’t waste your money . Try emergency medical consultants PSL. They are way more honest and reliable.

The instructor was very fast paste. He barely wanted to answer any of our questions. I failed the class because I got an 80. I walked out because I had a panic attack I Never failed anything before. My friend went to the same school but in Fort Lauderdale and she got a 80 on her final and still passed. Our requirements were 84 to pass. Which I thought was stupid because a B is a B no matter what the percentage is. He kicked me out the school since I walked out .I wish I would have taken the class at the state college instead of wasting my money and if I could give a negative star I would.

Much improved. The courses arent too challenging but they still provide what you need to pass your state & national exams. Staff are dedicated to working with you . (I was on a payment plan for the longest lol) All in all good program.

This school is all about the MONEY and if you want to continue you have to take all your classes with them, My wife took her phlebotomy course with Emergency Medical Associates in Port St Lucie passed and passed the NHA exam and is working as a phlebotomist. We had to fight with this school to allow her to do the EKG and Patient care course at this school. Now she wants to take the state Patient Care Exam they wont let her unless she takes the phlebotomy test again. What would she want to do that again for when she is already has a NHA licence and working in the field. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY not helping people reach their goals. Dont wait for Karen to return your calls because she doesnt.

I like the school. It was nice to go there for my CNA prep, but when I went to take the state exams the teacher was a total B in my opinion she did something to me in purpose my weight was 120 pounds I was really skinny she gave me a 250 pounds girl look like she was pregnant at the time to change the bed sheet. I struggle then she stopped me. I wasted my money which I work hard to save for the exams. I still feel hate towards her for did that to me.

I took my CNA course here with Mr. Willy 4 years ago. He is an amazing instructor. Today, I called to their office and needed help for my CEUs certifications. They were not nice. I dislike Lisa and the other woman who work there-Unfriendly. They are not helpful. So rude. I am very disappointed.

I signed up and paided fully for the cna program and they called me the day off to tell me they cancelled the program and they told me the schedule for the next session they will have. Now I put that money on a credit card and asked them to refund me my money back since its not my fault I will not attend the classes. They said no I asked to speak with the director and called numerous times and left messages and the director still hasnt gotten back to me after 24hrs. Very poor business and service.

I couldnt tell you the First Aid instructors name that I had today, because he never gave it. He was awful...very rude. He treated all of us adults like children...he acted like he really hated being there, and when he went to do a demo of an epi pen...instead of asking for a volunteer or asking the particular lady he used...he just looked at her and said get up...yeah you hurry get up. She had no idea what was going on so she got up and he pulled her chair out from under her and made her volunteer. HOW RUDE. You could of asked and let her know what you were doing first!! Also, just so you know...you literally will go in and watch a video for 2 hours. BRING COFFEE (if youre allowed), its incredibly redundant and boring...and dont even think about checking your cell phone briefly....because you will get called out and yelled at like youre in high school.

Great place to train as a CNA. A lot of our home health aides and CNAs come out the training program. Weve had wonderful results and our clients are happy at Affordable Care at Home. Thank you again for sending your best to help out the elderly.

Everyone may not experience the same results at any given time. However, the first time going to Paramount with a co-worker who offered to assist me in paying for my CNA class. I made it my business to make myself known with the staff members, and I clicked in so well in showing my wonderful enthusiasm personality. Since this is the beginning phase of entering into the medical/caregiving field. Delaney, Kendra, and yes Ms. Karen (The Directoress), these ladies are amazingly superb to the bone. It is so often to incorporate with great individuals to lead you in this profession. ** The best is brought out when I arrive or call**. They receive a call every week if I am not attending class. Or notes written on the board with my name to behave - attempt is made..lol. Yes, payment plans are granted as long as you keep you bargain of the deal. My experience since November 2017, is a great journey. In this short time, BLS, CPR, First Aid, CNA course - waiting for Level II for testing, and Med Tech have been accomplished up to this point. Now, I am currently in the EKG with the package deal to master this medical adventure. God keep walking with me. Ms. Karen and the crew - I will take them to the moon, universe, wherever else and maybe come back! Thank you so much
