Storybook preschool is a very good place to bring your child. My daughter is enrolled and has been there for over a year and is doing exceptionally well. The teachers are all Hands-On very personable and really actually care about your children. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for great child care.

This school is absolutely amazing!! My family has been attending for over three years and the staff has now become like family as well. They’re so loving and attentive to the children; always making sure to keep us parents informed and up to speed with what’s happening. I love how they always have special days and events for the kids to have fun. Most importantly, I feel more secure with them than I have any other facility. I know my children are well taken care of and if Anything is needed they go above and beyond to help us. I don’t know what I would do without them!

My son has gone here for a couple of years or more.The opening hours are perfect for my schedule. The teachers takes such great care of my son. I sincerely appreciate all the staff there! Very clean and safe daycare/school

Best. Preschool. Ever.We love the teachers and the admin. Our oldest started there at 2 after a terrible preschool experience somewhere else. They took him and and made him love going to school again. Our oldest now goes to summer camp there and our youngest is there full time. Could not say enough good things about this place.

No one chooses to have their 1st daughter during a pandemic. But thanks to storybrooke daycare they have made me feel safe leaving my 1st daughter at daycare as a first time mom at ease. With cameras in every Room, and security to get in the building I wouldnt have it any other way Our daughter lights up when we drop her off and always has a smile on her face when we pick her up. Thanks for loving our daughter dakota. We couldnt be more happier with choosing a -day care for our child

Today was my little ones first day at this center . Previous daycares when I would pick her up she would be happy to see me and want to leave as soon as possible . Today I picked her up and she wanted to stay . Broke my heart but joyed me to know they must have taken such good care of her and she had so much fun ! Thank you !

My daughter went to this school starting at two and I assumed at first they were amazing. But if you want a school that will notify you of the status of your child - they won’t. If you are in a child custody battle do not think this place will look out for you. They failed to notify me on more than one occasion of visits outside of the other parents time sharing schedule. I spend my money I expect excellent service. And when I reached out to the owner about these grievances - she seemed uninterested because she never followed up with me. If you have an easy situation go there. Not a problem. If you have a complex situation - don’t have any expectations of communication. I didn’t get any.Updated response to the owner; I didn’t even get a call back from you about my situation. That has nothing to do with laws and regulations. That’s unprofessional. I had every intention of my daughter being there for the whole summer. Communication. You can say what you want, your staff failed to properly communicate to me about what’s going with my child in your school. I advised to be notified of any visits and that didn’t happen. That’s has nothing to do with provisions in state law and more to do with your staff failing to follow directions. I should know what’s going with my child - and you and your staff failed. Your failure to even get back to me - shows that our years of being there didn’t even matter to you. I was deeply disappointed in the actions of a member of your staff - even at graduation. I spoke to you and you never got back to me. That’s the truth. Your generic answer now after almost three months - I guess because I made a public grievance - is very disappointing.

My son graduated from VPK from Storybrooke and words cannot express how grateful we are. The teachers and staff there went above and beyond in helping him achieve his full potential. Thanks t them he is ready to start kindergarten.

My daughter has been going here now for 3 months and I could not have picked a better place to place her. All the staff have been super nice and helpful to me and to my daughter. Definitely a place I recommend.

Best preschool in the area, by far! My kids have been here for almost 2 years and they have gained my complete trust.My daughter graduated VPK prepared for the social and academic aspects of Kindergarten. She scored 100% on her assessment.My son has been there since he was an infant and he adores all of his teachers, especially Ms. Brenda who cuddles with him every morning.There are lots of activities to keep their minds engaged and a beautifully shaded playground to keep them active.The owner, director, office staff, and teachers are nice and helpful. They are always willing to take the time to talk about my kids or answer my questions.I am so thankful for everything Storybrooke has done for my family. They have provided a safe, warm, caring environment to learn and play.

If you want a daycare that actually listens to your needs and helps you in every way then this is the daycare for you. Love everyone here and what they do for my son everyday. So glad I found them!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Moved up from Palm Beach and its Palm Beach Quality at Fort Pierce prices. My child is always happy and they truly do care about the kids. Owner is very professional and pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I didn’t even risk to send my daughter to this place.. My wife and I came with our daughter to take a tour and possibly sign up.. We didn’t even make it 5 minutes in this place, as we sat there waiting for someone to at least acknowledge us. There were 4 ladies at the desk which none thought to even say we will be with you in a moment.. Not to mention one of the ladies was chomping down on some food.. Just a bit of advice to you ladies first impression is the last impression, and if you think I would leave little one in the hands of a careless unprofessional establishment your sadly mistaken..

My 2 girls have been there since the end of October 2018 and it has been a wonderful transition. This is the first time my girls (4, and 2) have been taken care of by members outside of family and they have become family. Everyone knows the child and the parent(s) and they are sooo welcoming. We love this school and sooo happy that they were able to accept us even after the school year began😍😍 One of the best choices weve made as a family

Storybrooke is a really Awsome school! Both of my boys graduate from there. They attended for two to three years. Both boys loved going there everyday, no crying when I dropped them off. The staff really bonded with them. The school is always making improvements and upgrades. New playground, labtops, cameras, and they serve really good food. I would recommend Storybrooke to any parent. They prepared my children for kindergarter. 💛💚💙❤💜 I will miss going there!

I recently moved to Florida and enrolled my daughter in this daycare. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience.My daughter went to this school for about 3 weeks and she wasn’t happy there.The school didn’t follow their schedule, the recepcionist only allowed me to check my daughter through the camera until I got the code to unlock the door(it takes a week for the school to release your code) and one day I watched my baby cry over 10 min and none of the teachers tried to calm her down or distract her. I’m aware that the teacher will not hold my daughter, but she could at least give her a toy or include her with the others toddlers.Most of the staffs are not friendly and some unprofessional. It’s not a happy environment.

My daughter has been coming here for 2 years now and she loves it. Staff is very friendly, teachers are great.

Worse daycare I have ever put my son in. I had him in there one week. First of all Ill start by the terrible service I received. Not once did I get a friendly person. They were so unorganized here and nobody knew what the other one was doing. I would never recommend anyone to out their kid in this place. There was one friendly teacher she takes care of the 3 year olds but she is the only good thing out of this place. Stay away. Maybe once upon a time they were good but this place is outdated, dirty and seriously need upgrades.

I am a first time mother and needed to find a day care for my 6 month old daughter. As other mothers should know that is BEYOND nerve racking. When I say I looked high and low and asked every question , thats exactly what I did. I had found a daycare in Vero Beach though it was an hour from where I worked and a 30 minute drive from home. I was determined to find something more convenient. After calling ever daycare to find an opening I came across this facility. I spoke with Gale and she was amazing over the phone. I immediately had my mother go and view the facility with my daughter. My mother came back in love. She met Gale as well as the owner. She said staff grabbed my daughter and interacted with her so well. Very friendly and accommodating. My mother was in a rush to pick up her son and they met her needs. Toured her. Even took my daughter from her on the way out and walked to the car because of the rain with an umbrella. I decided to go in today. Also, met with Gale and she toured me around. I met both the teachers my daughter would be with. I fell in love. Most importantly, Gale was honest. She did not sugar coat anything. She informed me she will get sick and to just be patient, to not worry. Helped me understand how kids interact with one another and sometimes they get pushed or bitten and she explained how they will handle those types of situation. Assured me that sometimes it doesnt happen at all. Prices are amazing ! from Vero Beach to Port Saint Lucie they have the best prices. Facility is clean. My co worker also has her two children there and says she loves it. (ran into her on my tour) Most importantly, I felt comfortable. I can pop in when ever. There are screens in the front office where you can see everything in the classrooms. During my tour a grandfather actually popped in to check on his granddaughter. They are very open on parents being a part of their facility. I am glad to say my daughter will be starting Monday. I will be giving an update in a month or two.

I just left this place after going in with our family to sign my 3 year old up, when we walked in there were 4 people at the desk(one eating) and we just received blank stares not a single “hello” or “we will be with you shortly” we stood there for about 3mins while one other parent was being helped but after a few mins I just looked at my husband and said let’s go, I would never leave my daughter in such an unprofessional and unfriendly place.

Cant say enough good things about this school. Will be moving next year to Palm Beach and wish they had a school there. Was not too thrilled with Palm Beach schools and they are MUCH more expensive :(

Don’t send your child here horrible unorganized staff . Don’t recommend working here either , communication is very rude and slick mouthed . Will tell you One thing and will be a whole different outcome . Staff needs to get it together.
