Both of my kids attend classes with Mr. Hill. My son is four and there are days where his emotions get the best of him and he doesn’t want to participate. Mr. Hill always manages to bring him out of this and get him back to smiling and having a blast! My daughter is eight and after watching her brother in class she decided she had to try it. She was a competitive gymnast and her schedule wouldn’t allow for her to do both. She quit gymnastics to be in Mr. Hill’s class and she hasn’t regretted it once. He has a gift with children. I honestly don’t think they realize the depth of knowledge they are learning because they are having so much fun!

The difference this class has made in my son is amazing! My son has social anxiety. He hated being anywhere, but home. I put him in Mr. Hills class a few months ago. The change in my son is so great! This class is giving him the confidence he needed. He has made so many friends and he is excited to see them. Mr. Hill is great with the kids in his class. He makes the class exciting and learning fun. My son still struggles with anxiety from time to time, but the difference in him is too awesome for words! I cant tell you how neat it is to take my son somewhere that he actually enjoys!

My girls are total opposites. One is bubbly & outgoing(youngest) & the other is full of energy but gets overwhelmed/embarrassed easy(oldest). Mr. Hill has approached both girls based on their strengths & given them the one on one help in the areas theyve needed it. After the first practice the oldest was feeling overwhelmed because it was something new & different & Mr. Hill took her to the side, calmed her down, & gave her a pep talk that almost instantly stopped the tears. All the reviews on Facebook & Google are correct when they say he is excellent with kids. Im really looking forward to seeing how much they improve not just physically but mentally!!

So much more than karate. Since my children have joined I have noticed a change in their behavior. Not only are they learning martial arts they are also learning to be respectful of others as well. They absolutely love it!!!

Mr. Hill is awesome with the students and parents! We have been here almost a year and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! So much more goes into class than just tae kwon do, he teaches them stranger danger, confidence, respect, self control & discipline and most importantly he has patience and is caring towards each and every child! ATA isn’t just a class for us, it’s family! My 4 yr old son LOVES going and can’t wait til little brother can go with him! :)

This place is fantastic, my son has had focus issues in school in the past. My wife and I have been looking for something for him to do to help him with it. And one day while sitting at the bank I looked up and saw this ata martial arts sign and thought to myself what the heck. I went in to spoke with someone. My first impression when I walked in was WOW! The place is nice, clean and lots of seating for parents. So we tried their 3 class intro and my son just loved it. The instructor is extremely patient and works well with kids. There were several parents in there watching and all of them had positive things to say. I tell you I can not wait to watch my son earn his black belt there. I am thinking of joining myself cause lets face it age is getting the best of me. Thank you ata martial arts.

My 4 year old started a short time ago and she loves it. The instructor is fantastic, he is very patient with all the kids and they always seem to have fun. It has been better than expected, I highly recommend ata to anyone.

I absolutely love training here! Mr. Hill is a fantastic instructor, he keeps us motivated to become better students.
