Yesterday afternoon 7/15 there was an incident outside of the daycare with very high police presence and instead of the owner worrying about the children’s safety and taking them inside, She decided to stand in front of the daycare being nosey and yelling at a grieving mother worried something had happened to her child, I witnessed said owner cussing at the mother and I assume her daughter!!! This is alarming as a parent and previous daycare worker my first priority would have been to take the children inside so that they didn’t witness or get hurt!!! She did not care about their well being so much as just being hateful and cussing and screaming in front of the children!!!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Jack and Jill. My daughter has been under the love and care of the outstanding employees of Jack and Jill since she was 8 weeks old. As a working Mother I know that for the 8 hours my daughter is there she is being taken care of in the best manner. She is watched by the most caring and sweetest individuals who not only love and take care of my child but eight other children her age. The entire staff that works at Jack and Jill is absolutely superb! They may not work directly with my daughter everyday but they all know her by name and are always so sweet and complimentary. With the new security system they are installing, Mrs. Margaret and her staff are insuring that Jack and Jill is a safe environment. I highly recommend Jack and Jill to any parent looking for a safe and loving place for childcare.

Jack and Jill is a place our family has enjoyed for almost 5 years. The amount of authentic learning that takes place is unreal. Students who attend Jack and Jill get to experience learning like no other preschool offers. Thematic units, field trips, prom, graduation, and the list goes on and on with the experiences Jack and Jill offers to students and their families. They have updated their security to provide a peace of mind for parents and have workers that really love your children. I am so proud to call Jack and Jill our Preschool. You would be blessed to have your children attend this school.

I have two kids that have been attending Jack & Jill since they were babies. I could not be happier with our choice to send our kids to this facility. The workers are so compassionate and loving. Each teacher my child has had has been so involved with them. My children love to be around them, and cant wait until a new school day. The education that they receive is excellent. It is incredible to see how much my children learn each day. Not only is the education outstanding, it is also so much fun for kids. They are always celebrating a holiday, going on outings, or planning fun activities at the center. I recommend them to everyone I know. We will forever be so grateful to the entire staff at Jack & Jill for the education, dedication, and memories.

I cannot more highly recommend Jack and Jill Day School. Both of my children have attended this school. The efforts the teachers put into each child are extraordinary! My daughter was more than prepared for kindergarten and built so many solid relationships with her teachers and fellow students. We love and trust the teachers so much that many babysit for us as well. If you are looking for a place for your child, check out this school and their completely upgraded security system!

If you are wanting a reliable , trustworthy daycare please check out Jack and Jill! This place is so popular and AWESOME, it has a waiting list so dont wait too long before checking it out! My son has been attending Jack and Jill for a little over 2 years and my daughter has been there for about 3 months. We love everything about this place. All the teachers and staff are great. They are currently putting in a new security system to make the school even better (cant wait for it to be completed!!) If you have something that is bothering you or you arent happy with , please take it to the owner, she will make sure to do anything and everything she can to make things right! All in all, great place to send your kiddos!

Love this place. They’ve helped prepare my little one for school and life in so many ways. Can’t say enough good things about everyone who works here. They love your child like she’s their own.

If you’re looking for a daycare that will follow your child’s dietary needs then this is NOT the daycare for you. My children had dietary needs that is listed on all of their paperwork but this unorganized daycare still gave my children food that they aren’t supposed to have. When I addressed the owner (Margret) and the teacher who gave it to them (Alyssa) about the situation. They were not sympathetic about the situation and didn’t even apologize. Instead Mrs. Margret blame my children for not asking her about what they were eating although my kids asked their teacher (Ms. Alyssa) and she told them that they could eat it because it was in fact something they could eat. Then Mrs. Margret raise her voice at me about how she was not going to discuss why I was upset with the daycare about not following my children dietary needs. She then told my kids to not eat anything else that they served if they were going to complain or have a problem with it. She said that I was the ONLY parent aside from those muslims (and yes, those were her exact words) who didnt want their kids to eat Pork. This was absolutely unprofessional on her part as the owner and as a business that’s supposed to be servicing parents and children. My children were sick and had diarrhea after they ate what they gave them.Also, there employee turnover rate is ridiculous. My youngest child was only in the daycare for 7 months and he went through five different teachers. I feel like that tells you a lot about a place if you can’t keep the same people. All in all I pulled all of my children from this unorganized daycare. Since babies and toddlers really can’t communicate I feel like they do a lot of things behind parents back without them knowing. I don’t understand how this daycare has lasted so long with the way it is being ran. So please look for another daycare if you want to find somewhere that would respect your wishes.

We have three kids that attend Jack and Jill, all in different classes. These teachers aren’t just babysitters...they know our kids. We are so thankful for a safe place for our kids!

My daughter has attended this school since the age of 18 months. While everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion - this school has not only given my daughter a quality, solid foundation to learning and prep for kindergarten next year but it has also helped her reach developmental milestones and encouraged social skills . . . Learning to interact and play with other children her age. Now five years old, I know we made the right choice placing her in Margaret Grady’s and the staff of Jack and Jill’s care. We had plenty of options and explored one or more previously with my (middle child) son - so I certainly can give a fair comparison. There is none. Having taught school (both in public elementary setting and also adult education) I understand, acknowledge, that we each as individuals have our differences, as families we have our own set values - to each his own. If you have clearly stated/communicated your wishes in writing then absolutely they need to (and depending on what they are required to) abide by the specified request of the guardian. I’ve NEVER had a problem with this at Jack and Jill. I’ve always openly and clearly communicated with the staff and Mrs. Margaret. NEVER had to question them beyond my request. If you are uncertain about Jack and Jill Day school please do not base SOMEONE’s reputation on one or two negative/positive reviews. This is about a business for the betterment of children. That is what Margaret Grady has been about for over 20 years loving and teaching children. There is no reason to personally discredit a woman who has done A LOT of “somethings” right for A LOT of someone else’s children for a VERY LONG time. As mothers we want the very best for our children - NO DOUBT she wants that for each child that attends Jack and Jill. Lastly, she is a dignified daughter, wife, mother . . . Set up a meeting with her to inquire if you have questions. No she isn’t perfect (after all who is?) but SHE CERTAINLY is reputable. The business, Jack and Jill, welcomes all children (because that is what they are). I appreciate and respect the owner, Margaret Grady, and highly recommend the staff at Jack and Jill Day school.

Excellent staff and an amazing director who genuinely care about the development and well being of your children. There are always so many extra curricular activities to do and themed days that your child will cherish forever!

Horrible daycare with horrible customer service. The turn over rate is ridiculous. If you want a daycare to love you kids and also respect your wishes, then this isnt the daycare for you.

Great place! Miss Margaret and her staff are very involved with the children and my wife and I can tell that they love and care for the kids.

The wonderful lady laughed at us for trying to enroll our 3 month old instead of calling when we were 3 months pregnant. If shes that rude to adults how is she with kids.
