I picked up everything I needed. They have remodeled since the last time I was there. The staff was very helpful. Everyone had a smile on thier face like they wanted to be there. There is nothing worse than going to a store and asking for help and getting someone who doesnt want to be there or even want to help you. Thanks Office Depot for making my shopping an enjoyable one.

If I could vote lower I would. I had nothing but issues getting my wedding invitations from them done. They told me over and over again that they would be made perfect.They retrimmed all the invites and half of them are smaller than the others now, my rsvps were too big still when I asked them to be made smaller. The little note card that I was inserting in my invites were printed slanted or had too much space on both sides that were blank from when they cut them. I had to actually go back myself and trim those.Yet, I’m more upset than anything about my invitations. Especially since these are for my wedding, but I’m also out of time and had no other option but to take them at this point.I will never be going there again for prints. I am so upset about this, but sadly like I said I had no other options at this point.

I went in flustered with computer repair that did not do what I had asked kept computer 3 days and tried to keep my tower. I went in to price a new tower and Alexandria approached me I told her what was going on I explained to her the other place claimed my hard drive was fried and got my files off O told them to put a new harddrive in and he did not ,,but was going to keep my computer another 2 days and charge me another $200 plus tax flustered I stopped in at Office Depot where I met Alexandria and she told me they would install my new hard drive and checked the old hard drive for over $100 bucks less than the other place. I thank Office Depot and Alexandria for all the help.

My wife bought a computer on 12/28. Store staff was very helpful. How ever item was not in stock and had to be ordered and shipped. It was supposed to arrive 1/2. After checking order status on 1/2 we discovered it was on backorder. We had no notices of this so had we not checked the status we would not have known it would not arrive today. I believe we should have been told in the store there may be an extra delay. We WERE told if we didnt get it when we were supposed to contact them about it. I contacted customer service and got a reply that it may be at least 5 more days before I get my order. I guess I have no choice to wait now but this is unacceptable. I am sure there computers in other stores in my state that had it in stock and could have been shipped to us. At the very least they should over night my computer now to make up for the wait. Better yet maybe they shouldnt sell items not in stock at all. We are not very happy customers at this point

Blonde hair girl is rude, she really should take a lesson on how she acts in front of and talks to clients.

They greet you when you walk in and ask you if you need help finding what you need and if you do, then they take you personally where the merchandise is located. They even went out of their way to accommodate me with up to 3 employees to get me the info that I needed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!THANKS OFFICE DEPOT!!!!

Office Depot has the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly salesperson and managers of any tech store. They have great deals on lots of electronics and office furniture. Highly recommended.

It is still there. They have out lasted many other chain office stores in this area, so they definitely have some good people keeping it going. Also the people working at this store do have a sense of humor too, and thats a plus in my book.

Fantastic customer service! Very easy and hassle free exchange. They have a variety of products, more so than they had in previous years.

Very helpful staff! A John Egger there helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if he is a salesman or manager. If not, he needs to be a manager. Will be going back and recommending others for office supplies to shop there.

Went to buy supplies and ship package. I was standing waiting for assistance. All were too busy standing around to help. Then when finally I thought a young lady was going to help, she turned the computer around facing me and said there ya go you start now. Wow really the whole do it yourself we have no time for customer service thing is a real bummer. Ill across town to do business.

I called to find out how much it was to fax and the guy put me on hold to find out how much it was for over 15 mins. It is ridiculous to be on hold for that long. It doesnt take 15 plus mi s to find out a price, to top it off he never got back on the phone so I never found out how much it was.

I went school shopping on a Tuesday for a few great ad prices. They were out, said were out on Sunday. Asked when more would be in, dont know. Trucks come and we dont know what is on them. Why advertise a week sale to run out of everything and have an empty store? I was not impressed with the staff concern either. No, sorry and try again, no other options. You are not the only place in Fort Smith.

I asked for a printer after waiting for a while to see someone. He said yes, we have that and walked away to talk with someone else. I wasnt sure if I would see the printer. It eventually showed up at the counter. The box had a hole punched in it. I asked the clerk if the machine was ok. He put his finger in the hole and said yes, its fine. I made him open the box to make sure nothing was broken. This is not the sharpest knife in Office Depots drawer!

Very Unprofessional manager when i asked if there is anyone working in your departments (after waiting for 10 mins AND walking around to find someone) . I told the manager then ill take my business elsewhere after the manager stated : You do what you need to doThat is NOT what you say to the customer when they are going to spend money at their company.Hope their attitudes change.

I’ve been here on two separate occasions, the first time customer service was horrible. I waited in line for 15+ minutes while the manager ran around putting override codes into various check-outs. I figured maybe this was a “one off” and I shouldn’t base my opinion on one visit...The second time I went to this store it was the same scenario, they can hardly handle one or two customers, all the employees are running around unsure of what to do without any organization... they have a terrible return policy as well. Office Depot is everything wrong with traditional “Brick and Mortar” retailers... frustrating shopping experience, poor customer service. I’ll be doing my office supply shopping online from here on out.

BEWARE!!! Ordered some soap because they dont carry local anymore. Got half my package and not the other half. Called about it. They said it was delivered, it was signed by an unknown person whos name wasnt even on the package. They said they were going to refund my money and resend package. Nope. Still nothing. Awful place to order from!! Shop elsewhere!!

It was hard to find an employee to help but they were very willing after you finally got one stopped.

Wonderful helpful staff, the store had things that I never expected to see there, supplies for Artists, plus the saleperson actually knew what he was talking about! I was there past closing , but they were still offering me help, even offered to walk me to my car . Let me tell you that I am a senior but I hope that I dont look like it.. LOL, All in all, I eat this store a whopping 5+ stars!

Customer assistance is non-existent. Most of these stores are pretty good at assistance; but, not this store.

Always love the help from the workers at Office Depot. Had to go several times in order to spruce up my office, and its just across the road!

Went in for a particular item, even after asking several question about fees and delivery charges. The employee needs to study their delivery procedures and fees.If they can look up my rewards position with my phone number why do I have to submit my email at every purchase slowed my process down.
