Came for my fav radio show host. But a ton of new and used Harleys and all look great!

This was my second visit and now its a staple when Im in the area they have such a great selection of everything and staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! Anyone visiting the destin area and your a harley owner or plan to be a future owner or just a enthusiast you have to visit this location I loved it....

We stop by when were out that way and do a quick walk through and dream a little about upgrading our ride....but very recently the sales team has gotten too pushy! We were there Saturday and the guy literally followed us from outside to inside to outside...My daughter and I finally just went and sat in our truck while the guy went on and on with my husband...but what really got me was the guy never would give my husband any prices! We ended up leaving very disappointed.... From now on my daughter and I wont ride out with my hubby to have a look because it was just too intrusive for me...

Called and spoke with Brian Andrews and he took charge and within several hours had me on the exact bike I wanted all within my budget. Smooth, easy and fast.. just like a Harley. EC Harley Davidson will give you the best buying experience you will ever have. Purchased my first Harley at Emerald Coast H-D today and I felt like and was treated like part of a big family during the whole process. Friendly people for sure. Act like they want your business, but not willing to deal on prices at all. I traded in a 2016 Ultra Limited Low FLHTKL, and they low balled me on my offer. I realize a dealership has to make money or they wont stay in business. But knowing they would have to put about $1500 into my bike to ready it for sale and I see it on the website for $7500 more than they offered me. I AM OFFENDED! They had a bike, 2014 FLHTK in Daytona Blue that I wanted and I bought it because of the condition it was in, but they were not fair with their offer on my trade nor were they willing to come down on the one I bought. Seeing the profit they want on the one I traded, I can see how they stay in business. I would expect maybe $2500-3000 in profit, not $7500.

From out of state and wanted to get a t-shirt for my husband and they not have his size. The girls where very helpful on trying to find one but they told me that they do not get them often. All Harley Davidson stores should carry more of the 4 and 5x sizes!!!

My wife and I stopped buy today to check out some new bikes. And we had a blast and made some new friends! Ended up bringing home a brand new 2021 Street Glide Standard thanks to all the hard work Joey-Z did to get us the best deal. Honestly the entire staff there is the best in the industry! Matt Tanner, Michael (Slim) Stevens, Tom Miles and Joey-Z all went above and beyond and this couple couldnt be happier!

I posted my bike for sale on RumbleOn, and Slim emailed me a week later with a very fair price for it. I agreed, and dropped it off a few days later. Slim had everything ready, and I was out the door 10 min later with a check in hand. It was a really great experience, and it was awesome to look around and their huge selection of bikes.

They act friendly as could be but don’t negotiate at all on prices on motorcycles 2nd their parts department is total joke worse customer service n the shop had to order some stuff n they order wrong items n couldn’t return the items they never called when they came in had to call to find out it was in after the had for over two weeks still have one item one back order for over a month now n told them to cancel it it n they won’t had to order another thing from them unfortunately bc of being a dealership item only for the bike which took an act of Congress to order if u live in the emerald coast area I strongly recommend making a trip to Panama City Harley dealership over there instead of going to emerald coast in fort Walton n as far as getting ur bike repair/service go to bdb bikes in Valparaiso fl which will take of u n treat u with respect unlike emerald coast Harley Davidson

My husband and I love stopping at different Harley stores and buying the poker chips. I never review the store but I felt the need to review this one because all the staff here was so extremely friendly! Even though we werent there to buy anything expensive they still treated us very well :) Great vibes here!

The worst place ever to buy a motorcycle. I tried to buy a bike from them for cash and they tried to charge me over $2,000 over the sticker price on a used motorcycle. Ill never go there again and I suggest nobody else go there either. They are a rip-off dont go there save yourself the trouble. They are an arrogant bunch of people and refused to make any deals whatsoever terrible terrible terrible terrible.

I stopped by with my wife during an event and met Tom Miles who works there. Dude is as cool as a polar bears toe nail! We ended up checking out bikes and lying to each other about how fast ours are all night. We kept in touch and when I was ready he introduced me to Joey-Z who got me on the right bike. Another really cool dude who is completely transparent and up front with you. I had a trade in and these guys did me right! But in my case as in most, I had to get through Financing. Matt Tanner and Michael (Slim) Stevens, knocked that out the park! The entire staff is absolutely the best in the industry! But the four members i mentioned went above and beyond. They listened and delivered exactly what I was asking for. Sounds like it went by quick but I started this journey with the ECHD staff a year ago. That should let alot of people know how much this place treats you like family and not just another customer. Proud Owner of a new Street Glide Standard...

Returning from Florida back to Texas my back tire started shredding leaving me on the side of the road. They went over the top to get my bike & I picked up with a trailer as quickly as possible & to the dealership (they got me & the bike before a tow truck could!). They gave me costs before I ever arrived at the dealership and had my bike on the lift with tires coming off before I ever even got checked in. This whole crew was amazing!!! Everyone was nice, prompt, & attentive to all the details and getting me back on the road. Cant wait to go back to Emerald Coast!

Went in and couldnt find what I was looking for. Asked a very nice sales associate for some help and even tho it was pretty busy she found what I needed and still helped other customers. Got my new helmet and am enjoying my Harley even more, if thats even possible..........

DO NOT buy a Harley here.BUYER BEWAREI bought a 2018 Harley Certified used model.11,000 miles on the clock. I paid the extra $900 fee for the 100 point inspection. I also paid for the extended warranty.The motorcycle I purchased had the check engine light come on day one. The very day it was delivered. One week later and I am here once again, same code, bike back in the shop.Communication has been abysmal. Customer care has been non existent.The service department has been helpful. But they can only do so much.

It was awesome experience dealing with them they went out of there to to accommodate me in each and everyone of them i appreciate there whole team there they all did an amazing job

Emerald Coast HD is great. Their employees are very kind and they have a great selection of HD items available for the consumer to purchase. The employees working the parts dept are extremely helpful and will take their time to assist you in finding exactly what you need. This may be why you may struggle to get them to answer the phone on occasion. It seems that this issue has gotten better over the last few months though. Took my bike in for what I thought was an idling problem. Tech came out, told him what going on, and fixed on the spot. Tech was very knowledgeable, told me I didnt have a problem, but there was a feature on that shuts down one cylinder. The feature is used for stop and go traffuc

Offered $1700.trade in retail value is $5520/Kelly blue book. Apparently they dont want my business. Price offered is a down right insult.I will not buy no bike from these people. RIP off.....

Extremely rude, I was looking at motorcycles and tried to get one of the associates and they were completely rude. I have my motorcycles license at a young age and he kind of laughed at me and said you dont have your motorcycles endorsement or license and you cant ride. Would never buy anything from this joke of a store. If you want a real Harley dealership that cares and listens to its customers go to the one in panama city

I enrolled and (successfully) completed the Basic Rider Course (BRC) through the Emerald Coast Harley Davidson dealership recently. As a female, it was a little intimidating to sign up for what is typically viewed as a male-oriented hobby. But I can honestly say that there was support from other female riders/employees of the dealership not to mention that I had 3 other women in my class (of 10 total). The instructors are incredible, going over motorcycle safety as well as encouraging class participation in discussing what is in the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) book/manual. The time we spent as a class learning at the range was very comfortable and the instructors did NOT rush through any of the skills. In fact, the instructors took time to speak with each of us, one-on-one, to make sure we understood everything AND to give us feedback on how we were doing with mastering the different basic skills. There was no negativity or making fun of anyone for being slower on the range. Ive heard stories about other motorcycle programs where that is an issue, but the ECHD BRC program was very encouraging & positive. Yes, there is some constructive criticism when necessary, but it is presented in a manner that utilizes what you as a beginner rider did correctly and expands on how to use what you did right to fix what you may have missed or done wrong. Another thing, safety is key. These instructors are very safety oriented and teach you the skills necessary to be safe once you complete the course. I can honestly tell you that I was very anxious my first morning on the range, as I had NEVER ridden a motorcycle. Not only did I quickly overcome my fear(s) but I easily learned the skills needed to pass the roadtest and to get my motorcycle endorsement. Again, this is a great program and not enough people know that the Harley Davidson dealerships offer this class. I could write more about my personal experiences but I think you all get the idea. Lol!!

Dwayne is great, got me set up quick for repairs and service to my 19 RG special, bike still under warranty so cost me $0. Said would get it diagnosed today and will call once figured out the problem with ETA of back on the road. I hate not having my ride but it is in good hands.

Dont rely on service department very much. Bought a bike and a few months later my sattlebag rattled off while riding and was damaged. They tried saying I didnt put it back on right. When I never removed it.Went for an oil change took over a week and got the bike dirtier than when it when in.Not happy with them at all. Thnx harley. Thought highly of them until now. Buyer beware!

Customer Service was the best Ive experienced from a Harley Davidson Store. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I am female, usually the women employees act as if you are bothersome. A gentleman even opened & closed the door for us. Nice touch!

This is my 5th Harley purchase (3 in Tallahassee, 1 in Dothan) and I have to say hands down the best service I have received. Joe is the best.

They smile at you and act like theyre wonderful people and youre part their family; but they dont care about the elderly and they certainly dont care about your safety.; Im 63 and wanted a motorcycle license since I was 18; Told them Ive owned 2 motorcycles but only put maybe 20 miles at the most on them combined; As Im heading to my first class to earn my license a salesman starts drilling me on how I need a 2020 SoftTail Slim; I kept telling him, I want to go to my class and Im going to be late; I showed up 45 minutes early; By the time, I went to class I was 10 minutes late; When I came out of class, the drilling continued and before I know it Im buying it;; I had a friend waiting to pick me up at 9:30pm and it was 10:15pm when I left; I passed the course on Thursday; When I could think about it more and not be pressured anymore, I found out the engine size was over 1700cc and that anything over 1000cc is very dangerous for an advanced beginner, essentially suicidal; This doesnt include that the bike is over 700 pounds and I have a heart condirion; I went back to them before the 3rd day was up (contract says 5 days; Florida says 3 days was what I was told) and talked to the general manager; My Marine son overseas stated to me all this information and said dad I dont want you or my brother to die on this horrible purchase; As I talked to the manager he had on a grin like he is listening but could give a damn what I was stating to him; So if your feeble and cant take confrontations from sales people and you dont apparently have a death wish, stay away from this dealership; Thank you for listening to an elderly man who wont be around long enough to put another review if I ride this great purchase I was convinced by them was safe for me and my son; Dont worry I will never ride it; It will be in storage until I die naturally so Harley folks you didnt get your wish for me and my son; God bless everyone and stay away from this dealership

Easily found and a nice big clean sales floor. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door and offered assistance in any way needed. As I was there only for souvenirs, he pointed me towards the retail area. They had a large selection of clothes and several sales racks and some 2 for 1 sales. I didnt count the motorcycles on the floor because there were so many available. Great staff and quick friendly courteous service.

My bike was in an accident once delivered from the insurance holding area Duane from parts and service was handling my insurance claim and dealing with the insurance people, Duane did a excellent job through the whole process.

The riding course was well worth it. I ended up buying a bike afterwards. I love my bike and the guys there are great. The sales guy I worked with over promised to through in a helmet and boots and last second said nevermind. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.Bike came with brand new tires and fluids. Great deal, and great value overall for the bike.

We traveled to Florida from nebraska with our 2 fur babies. We wanted to stop and shop but we won’t leave them in the vehicle, so we called and asked if they were allowed to shop with us, the gal replied with a “of course we love dogs”. This was the best stop we made our whole trip!!! You guys and gals are so very welcoming and pour pups loved all the treats and attention. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!!
