I just wanted to give kudos to all of your staff. This is my first child;therefore my first year as a mom. My child has not only been taken care of but everyone has always been so caring and nurturing with my child. I don’t have to worry about my baby being safe AT ALL while he’s with Kiddie Academy, but I also know that he’s being taken care of ❤️. No matter what room he’s in or what staff member he’s with, he’s not only safe but loved and cared for. I can see on the cameras how much the staff care.I’m so grateful for Kiddie Academy to allow me peace of mind while I’m at work.

Today was our daughters last day at the most amazing daycare in Fort Wayne. She starts kindergarten tomorrow. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there with this amazing team of people. The care and love they show daily is palpable. Hajira Khan has built an amazing place for your children. I highly encourage you to take your kids to the best daycare in the city.

We had to make the decision to find new childcare during the pandemic and we are so happy we found Kiddie Academy! My children are still able to learn in an educational setting despite schools being closed and my husband and I have also noticed an improvement in our daughters speech delay since starting at Kiddie Academy. Most importantly of all is that our kids are happy there and are excited to go each day to play with their friends.

This has been the perfect place for my 1 yr old daughter. The staff is wonderful and they learn so much. I really love that she gets to go outdoors in a safe environment!

My 3.5 year old daughter has been attending this school for 2 years, this month. We love Kiddie Academy! All of the teachers know her by name, and they enthusiastically greet her every morning. Every child is treated with acceptance and with love! We love the staff, from the owner to the teachers to the cook! Everyone is great, and our daughter looks forward to going to school every day!

This child care doesn’t deserve any stars, Our experience with our child here was terrible. Sometimes it’s better, if there’s no cameras and you cannot see what some teachers are doing with your child. I was watching the camera and saw a teacher pushing the sleeping pad where my daughter was sleeping, with their feet. This teacher was also sweeping around her, then they took a cleaning spray which contains chemicals, and started spraying it around the kids. Then took the sleeping pad and carried my child across the room. I then called the office and told them to remove my child immediately from that room, and put her in her office until I arrive. I automatically left my job, went to the child care, thinking that I would be allowed to To communicate with the owner, but she unprofessionally defended her employee. She absolutely doesn’t allow the parents to critic her in any way, and she doesn’t give the parents any assurance that their kids will be safe, this causes us to worry at work and stress. I called protection services of Indiana for kids in child cares, and they told me that this child care isn’t safe for my kid. They told me that what they were doing wasn’t okay and that I should pull my kid out of this child care. The director of the child care then told me that I need to give them a two weeks notice on why I’m leaving, I agreed to it. I accepted that fact, but the next day I was watching the cameras, and I didn’t feel that my kid was safe in that environment. She stayed home more than she went there, even though they were charging me. The last three days, before my daughter left there, I didn’t have access to the cameras. I called “watch me grow” and they called the child care to see what was happening. The child care told them that they blocked me from the system because my kid doesn’t go to the child care anymore. However my daughter still had three more days to go there. I automatically called the child care and ms robin answered. I asked her why she lied to me this morning when I asked her why the cameras aren’t working, she told me that there were technical difficulties with the cameras, but that wasn’t the truth. Watch me grow just told me that they kicked me out of the system. Of course she denied this. I told her she was lying and that she was very unprofessional. After that I went to the child care and took my daughters items home, because I don’t want her going there even for these last three days. In the child care I saw the owner who unprofessionally instead of thanking me for the times my daughter spent there, told me to have a good day. Even though we paid her $210 weekly. Parents, don’t give your kids to a private child care because they only want your money. They don’t care about your kids or your desires.

The staff are warm and welcoming! They do a wonderful job keeping me informed thro forms and text message of events and seasonal reminders. I love that I am able to check on my child in class thro room camera right from my phone! Each staff member really plays a huge part which makes them an awesome team! I am very happy with the services that they provide 🤗

Love this daycare! The teachers and office staff are great. They treat you like family. Everyone knows my girls names. They love going to school and have learned so much. Definitely a 10/10

Stay Away, Honestly it is a clean daycare, and they serve good food But it is overpriced, they hire the worst teachers ever, some of them shouldnt be around kids. Miss Robin has a very stupid policy in treating kids : they left my son crying the whole day without food or drink as they believed he will take his time then he will bond with them, that never happened and he hated the daycare more than anything in the whole world. The teachers dont really care about the kids, if a kid needs attention, they wont bother to check on him.

My son has learned so much from attending Kiddie Academy. His speech and vocabulary have improved drastically, he can write his name by himself, he can count to 20+, and he has learned teamwork skills and listening skills. His teachers are the absolute best, they are so patient and care about each child and their individual needs. A bonus that I love about Kiddie Academy would be their cameras that provide live stream directly to your phone or computer. This gives me the final peace of mind. Thank you Kiddie Academy for being such an amazing childcare center!

Love how organized the classrooms are. Software makes communication easy. Community/family feel.

Great teachers that really care about the kids. Individualized lessons and play time focus for the kids. Administrators who care about the kids just as much as the teachers. Great communication to the parents.

Extremely rude and untrained teachers. They are focused on money not your child. I removed my kids from here because the teacher was seen throwing stuff and crying due to work overload on camera. I have seen them literally forcefully holding kids and pushing them on chairs or dragging them. They change diapers while kids are standing right in front of other kids in little hallway in front of bathrooms. One day even an assistant teacher was teasing a 3 year boy by saying I can see your bottom. You can see three to four kids (boys and girls mixed) standing with no pants waiting for training pants change. Never ever welcome kids with a smile or say hello to parents. The food that they serve for lunch is crap. Usually only few pieces of steamed vegetables or apple sauce prepared in extremely dirty kitchen that always stays open. Awful, my kids only learned to cry, say shushhh, saying no and screaming. No planned fun activities. They treat kids as if they are in military academy. If a kid is upset or crying the teacher would say hay you better be quite or it will not be good for you with her finger pointing to his/her face. Dont allow them to play with toys because they want to keep room organized for the camera all the time. Teacher to student ratio is never maintained. They forget that we pay for service not mistreating our little ones. Very disappointed!

We enjoy the smaller atmosphere KA gives us. We know most of the staff and are they are all very kind and wonderful. The curriculum is strong which is not often the case in daycares, and it allows our son to be well prepared for entering school.

Love the caring teachers, developmental curriculum, and technology such as emailed pictures, electronic daily report, and video cameras. My daughter loves participating in Kinder Dance, one of the extra weekly programs.

It encompasses all aspects of becoming a well rounded individual.
