Disrespected me and my daughter, and stole $3,300 from us in 4 days time. Poor services received and no responsibility was taken from the school on their end of things..huge lack of honesty and lots of misinformation. We are real human beings who deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Money doesnt grow on trees. And then deleted my daughters review. How are you EVER supposed to grow and become better as a business if you dont apologize and you delete peoples reviews. Take responsibility and apologize..and be a more genuine company.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! Its an incredibly nice salon with eager to learn students. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it, thanks to Evie! I also go regularly for facials. You cannot beat the price and you will leave GLOWING!

I was recommended to The Salon Professional Academy by a friend. I brought my mom and niece in for cuts and manicures. Services were great, instructors were great and the students were knowledgeable. Will come back next time I’m in town.

I graduated TSPA in August 2019 and have been working in a salon since. I constantly brag about this school and how well they set you up for success in the real world. I owe my success and passion for my career to the staff and highly recommend their program!

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! They ruined my sisters hair and said they would redo it at no charge then charged her $113 for it to be ruined for a third time. Owner refuses to make things right or give any refund and hung up on me.

Students are very nice. Good for new styles and great hair products. Most instructors very proffessional. Sometimes long wait for student review with instructors however pretty good experience overall.

I called for an appointment multiple times and left messages which werent returned over two separate weeks. Finally connected with a human after 3+ calls, set up appointment following day. At the salon, I was informed theyre not taking cash. The floor instructor/manager insists that this is my fault, and Im somehow being unreasonable. I ask how theyre going to prevent this from happening in the future, she insists that this is my fault. I ask for another person or manager, and she tells me to call back again to speak to the owner.Things happen with pandemic standards. Mistakes happen. When a mistake happens, it needs to be addressed and compensated for. Im incredibly disappointed, the students have always done a great job on my services, but the complete lack of professionalism gives me pause. I would not continue to go to a professional stylist that treated me that way, and students should know that.I will update if I get a call back from the manager/owner.

They were the best experience Ive had in a salon. Gretchen paid attention to detail and was concerned about every step she took with my hair. Shes not afraid to ask her supervisor who is also so helpful. I would highly recommend them for hair. If you want your nails done, go to a salon. Their focus is not on nails. Very friendly, informed staff. Ill go back for the hair salon only.

Jaeda Emans was my esthetician and she did an AWESOME job with my feet and leg procedure. The hot rock massage helped me relax enough to sleep well.

The atmosphere was nice the instructor was excellent. My hairdresser was quiet but professional. It was a solid haircut for a solid price. My only critisism is that they tried to sell me several extras and products, but thats not terribly weird. Id go back for sure.

This school will not accept any currency printed from the federal reserve which is printed at the U.S. Treasury. This spa school refused service to anyone paying in cash.Thanks Cathy and Lisa!

I have been there for a haircut, color and pedicure. The students were eager to learn, the instructors were helpful and courteous. I love the location and the atmosphere. Very professional for students. Will keep going back and recommend to friends and family.

Went in for a softening treatment on my hair. The dry winter air wrecks havoc on my hair. The student was amazing. My hair looked and and felt great. Would def return.

Complete lack of professionalism on the leadership NOT the students. I have been twice because I was in a pinch for a pedicure and my experience was decent so I thought I would try again when I realized I made a mistake scheduling with my normal massage therapist and could not get in for another month. After trying to get in to other reputable places with no luck I thought I would give it a try. They have 5 tables in one room and no curtain for privacy. On top of it your not saving much money. The student was great. The table was like lying on plywood. Makes you wonder how much the owner makes. It’s unfortunate that the ownship is awful because these students depend on clients to graduate.

Wanted to charge me an additional $10 to take polish off from a previous pedicure.. Charge more than a regular salon by all their “extra” fees.. Not worth it.. Do NOT go there..

My facial was spoy on, the girl was amazing. My mani/pedi was not so good. The girl I was scheduled with went home and no one told the other one until 5 minutes after my scheduoed apt. She was also so new she had no clue what yo do and no instructer was near by. I got 1 hour and 1/2 pedicure that ended with my feet not being scrubbed and my nail polish chunky, that left 15 min for my manicure. That I didnt get my nails filed, my cuticals pushed back and no time to dry my nails before they closed.This is a school and mustakes happen but someone should have been there to help her out.

The Salon UNProfessional Academy!! The students are fantastic but the management there is awful! It’s unbelievable how this place even stays open, the prices are still outrageous, there is no privacy in the esthetic room, the teachers/managers are rude to their students and even customers. I would be surprised if this place stays open for another year. Let a real business move into that space.

The students get trained on customers. We need to pay for the service which is not good and time taking,and they learn on customers. This is the reason this place isnt known to many people. One of my friends gotto know about the place and prices. So gave a try, not satisfied. Waste of time!

Great place for mens haircuts! You cant get a haircut any cheaper, and you are helping out the students.

Whatever you do, dont upgrade a groupon from a basic service. The stylist was great, I got a very relaxing Mani/pedi, but I had called ahead to see about upgrading my service from the spa mani-pedi to the gel mani pedi. On Groupon what I paid was $29, the gel mani pedi on Groupon was $39. So I should have paid $10 to upgrade the service. Worst case I should have paid $11, because the cost of services for both a gel mani pedi is $50 without a Groupon. They charged me $21 and refused to listen to logic or math or reasoning!! They do a great job teaching their students but they should probably offer the desk lady some math classes!!! 😤😤😤

I will never go back. The student was very polite but the teacher was extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a way to talk to customers when there is a disagreement that is not condescending. Think again before attempting to try this place out.
