Excited to say i am just finishing up class now! Originally I was thankful I found an in person class rather than online but as the class went on I became more thankful of how well the class is taught! Not only were we learning about what we have to but also real situations in the real estate business because Joel was kind enough to share his experiences. His stories make it easier to remember what we were learning and also make the learning fun. Classes didnt drag, it wasnt uptight and didnt leave me feeling like I didnt know what was going on. There is so much that you can take away from this class not only in real estate but also in everyday real life as well! Super happy that I choose Troyer real estate school!

Troyer was better then college for me. I didn’t pass my first time but with Joel you will definitely succeed. He does talk fast at times but that’s why you ask questions and take good notes. Overall, I would give him a 5 out of 5 not only because he knows what he is doing but he is willing to give a helping hand to those that want it. With LOV3 and peace.

Just completed this real estate class at TRES with Joel and had the best experience. I feel very prepared to sit for my state exam. I will be wrapping up Joels class next week. It has been a pleasure learning the Real Estate Business from Joel. He definitely knows his stuff. The first time I took it I passed the general portion with ease and missed the law part by only 4 points. I reviewed all my notes from class about Indiana license law and retook the test the following weekend. I was amazed at how thoroughly prepared Joel had gotten us! The test almost seemed like it was based off of Joel’s teaching! TRES is the best way to prepare for a career in real estate!
