I typically never post reviews but I just wanted to state how understanding and supportive the instructors are. I got lost on my way to the location and showed up to my class more than a little late, however, my instructor was very understanding and allowed me to participate. She was clear and straight forward with each instruction and made sure I fully understood the material that was being taught. Also, since the pandemic is taking place, they’re making sure every percussion is in placed by offering gloves, mask, hand sanitizer, etc. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is needing to get their BLS Certification !!!

The training session was excellent! The instructor (Hillarie) was very knowledgeable and very well prepared for the class! All of the classroom equipment, i.e. mannequins, etc. were clean and ready for use. I am a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer, and former EMT; I had an outstanding experience!

Super easy to register, I did the night before the class. Class held in nice hotel close to my home. Content was really good; I liked the interactive video with hands on training. The instructor is very knowledgeable, answered questions, and demonstrated techniques well. A cliff note page helped during the testing. Self pace.I would have preferred a little more hands on.

Very well run class! Instructors were very helpful at coaching students and ensuring that all students understood the material for the exam. Very well organized and maintained a reasonable pace for all students. Great energy, even on a Saturday morning! FYI, I had accidentally missed my regularly scheduled class because of a work event. I emailed them the next day and got a response within an hour, letting me know that they had gone ahead and rescheduled me for another day with no extra charge. Great experience overall!

The class was easy and great. I have no complaints other than the $15 charge for a workbook we didnt use. I bought it online along with my registration thinking it was necessary, but we never used it. Im a recent college graduate who is very careful with my money, so that was a letdown but other than that, the class was great.

Great class. Its simple, efficient, and a great length and size. I got all the needed hands on practice and training. Ben was very clear and good instructor. The class wasnt awkward at all, everyone got hands on experience, as well as working together when needed. Definitely going back to renew again.

This class was very well done. The instructors were both highly professional and the course flowed well from start to finish. They demonstrated competence at every step and moved at just the right speed to keep class members engaged while also verifying to each student had the chance to master the skills taught.Considering the price, location and experience, I would definitely take this class again for renewal of CPR certification.

I have used on sight CPR in 2013,and had to do it again this year ,Because of the professional use .The instructor has a clearer teaching method.The class was full,and to me that shows they know their stuff. This class did not waste a minute, yet I never felt rushed or pressured. We all had our own equipment and were given practice at every step. The instructor made the information more meaningful and memorable by going beyond the video, giving us multiple scenarios, and explaining the reasons behind each action.

The class was extremely organized and very hands-on. The instructor was friendly, energetic and keep me engaged. All of the information was given very clearly and was easy to understand. They provided me with all of the materials that I needed for the class and gave great feedback in a friendly, concise manner. I really enjoyed this class and I got to learn a new skill.

I was very satisfied with the class. I needed my certification fairly quickly and didnt have a whole lot of knowledge of where to go or the best way to get it done. I found them online and it was very simple to find a location in my area (Ft Worth). The class never felt like it was dragging and was very helpful and fast.

I really enjoyed this class and the instructor, Hillary. She is very knowledgable about the subject and she took the time to carefully explain everything that was going to be changing next year, as well as what was expected on the exam for this years certification exam. She also taught us little things to help us remember. She was encouraging and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to take your CPR class through!

Hillarie is an amazing teacher. This was the first CPR class that I have had that wasnt super boring. The introduction video clips that she shows are great. I will definitely be returning for my renewal again in 2 years!

More often than not, I feel the instructors giving a course know less than the class they are teaching and don’t seem confident of the subject matter. Texas OnSite CPR was an excellent experience where I felt that the time went rather quickly for a two and a half hour training session. I felt confident in my skills after the session, I received a free CPR mask in case of an emergency, and a skills sheet to take home for review. I had a great time and will come back again!

The teachers were very nice and pleasant. Very good teacher I brought the book and didnt need it. If you had questions they didnt mind answering them. I felt welcome coming in the door. I will highly recommend this class.

Class was very fast and easy . You have toAnswer a very common sense test at the end. We had the questions through out the entire session so it was that much easier . You get your card that same day . I will most definitely be back in two years !

I have taken many CPR re-certification classes in the past, and this was definitely the best one. The whole process was very efficient and was not extremely time consuming. In fact, it felt very fast-paced because the lecturer was so good! I also really liked how quickly they printed our certification cards. There was no waiting around!Lastly, the cost is very competitive (a few dollars cheaper than what my schools re-certification class cost). I will definitely use them again in the future.

I needed training very last minute since some other providers in my area were not available for the time I needed (Their website was not up to date). I reached out to Texas Onsite and immediately received a follow up call by Tom to attend their next session... I was happy I did. I participated in the interactive online session for BLS, and attended my skills session the next day. Very knowledgeable instructor and the class was not too long which made this the best CPR/BLS certification class I have ever attended.

This was my third time to take a CPR class and this class was definitely the best one so far. The instructor spent just the right amount of time on each topic and it made the class go by much quicker. He was sure to explain anything that might have been tricky, even if you didnt realize it. When I have to renew again in two years I wouldnt hesitate to sign up for this session again- and its especially convenient since it is so hard to find a CPR class in Denton!

I took the BLS course and enjoyed it! Hillary and Tom were really great to work with, very friendly and organized. If youre looking for an upbeat, informative & enjoyable BLS CPR Class, Tom & his team will provide! I was dreading long, boring, repetition after a 14 Hr shift. I left the class smiling! It was the best class I have ever attended. Toms price beats the others too, which was icing on the cake !

First Aid is not included they will tell you the class offer everything yet first aid is separate and 50 bucks more per Tom McMillan who told me himself, this class cost 45.00 without first aid, sounds much greedy to charge 50$ extra for first aid though prices very this is most outrageous I have heard!!! $95.00 wow..basically we are all in wrong business obviously!

I was dreading having to spend my Saturday in a CPR class but I must say this was way more than what I expected. Both facilitators were very helpful and sharing stories and personal experiences helped to me to understand and apply the skills I learned. I would highly recommend and will be returning when its time to renew!

The CPR and AED class is well organized and was one of the best classes Ive taken. I would always recommend Texas OnSite CPR. The staff is great and care about their customers. I will be taking this class again when my card expires! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

The class was decent, however, I felt like there was little integrity. For example, this is a class for health care providers. So everyone in here either is currently working in healthcare or is studying to be in healthcare. With that in mind, why are the instructors highlighting the answers to the test in the instructional videos? I dont want someone to point out the answer so I get an easy A, especially considering the fact that what I am here to learn is a life saving skill.Study guides were emailed out prior to the class. This was awesome. There were several opportunities to purchase the book, excellent. But then it came time for the class and that was when I went from truly enjoying this experience to regretting my decision to renew my CPR certification with Texas OnSite CPR. (I had taken a class here in 2012) I feel like the test should be given at the end of the class, without notes and handouts. Also without the instructors pausing the videos to let us all know that the answer to question 2 will be coming up next and encouraging us to answer the test questions as we go along. This should not be an easy class. The answers shouldnt be handed to you, you should learn the material and KNOW it. This is, in fact, someones life potentially at stake.

I was DREADING THIS. I have had a CPR class in the past through a lifeguard certification, and it was horribly boring and not engaging at all. HOWEVER, Hillarie with Texas OnSite CPR was AMAZING. She had a very contagious personality, and gave little tips to help remember proper CPR. I will definitely recommend anyone else to them in the future.

I have been in the healthcare profession for over 9 years and I have to say this was one of the best experiences Ive had with learning how to be effective with saving lives, Hillarie and Tom were awesome and informational.

This CPR class was very interactive! I thought they would show us a video and ask us to fill out a quiz, but the instructors shared several tips based on their experiences. We had several opportunities to practice with the adult and infant, and with different CPR masks (no mouth-to-mouth!).I learned a ton about providing CPR and using an AED!

I participated at the Starbucks course for healthcare providers near Grapevine Mills. Hillarie was prepared and class began right on time. She explained everything in an clear and efficient manner which made it really easy to follow along. She highlighted and emphasized the key areas of the course which made it very easy to accurately recall for the test. We also got out a bit early : ) This is definitely the most organized and most efficiently run BLS-CPR course Ive taken in the area. I also feel more confident with the idea of providing CPR in an emergency situation if need be than I have felt in the past. Definitely recommend this course!

I went to the class not because I needed it for a job, but because I wanted to know what to do to help someone if I was the first to find them in need of CPR or choking. I thoroughly enjoyed the class - the pace it went, the ability to practice on the dummy, the course would review again and again the important material, but not to the point where it seemed too much... just right. I came home and just told my husband that he needed to go to the course.. . he might need it to save me someday. This is a course that every person should take. I learned how important the AED machine was in addition to doing CPR. Cant say enough good things about the course.

I attended an evening BLS for healthcare provider course. I needed to take this course because I am enrolling in an EMT school.tl;dr review-10/10. Good course. Worth the money. Would recommend Texas OnSite CPR to othersFull review-To start, Ive taken a few BLS courses over the years. Ive had them taught by paramedics, nurses, and other qualified proctors. So, I have a bit of experiences to compare my class with OnSite to.Overall, it was great for a handful of reasons and it definitely stood out in a good way from other similar courses Ive attended. First and foremost, our proctor did well to provide a comfortable and informal atmosphere. Others might not like this, but I think this helps everyone feel a little less goofy about tapping and shouting at a dummy and just enjoy themselves while they learn. Our instructor was knowledgeable and approachable. So, it seemed nobody had any reserves on asking her any questions. The material was presented mainly with videos from the AHA. These videos were easily digested and any part that might throw someone for a loop who hasnt been CPR certified before was walked through by our instructor. Lastly, it didnt run long! This concern for our time was really appreciated, especially on a weekday evening. These things may not seem like much, but it makes being CPR certified a lot more accessible to a lot more people and that is pretty awesome.All that said, I would recommend them to anyone. They have regularly scheduled classes hosted in a variety of convenient locations. They have a good selection of times to choose from and they keep class simple and on time. As far as I can tell, a solid company with a solid product.Thanks for the quality class guys! Keep up the good work!

Took a hands on 2 hr CPR Course with Dawn.Dawn was a great instructor.You each have your own adult and infant mannequin.You get to work an AED defibrillator training device.I felt very comfortable and confident.Doing something to help is better than nothing.
