Kids Who Care is a loving, caring place for children. Through musical theatre and KidPower Leadership, they teach kids how to be accepting, kind, good role models and terrific leaders in the community. The staff cares about the well-being and confidence of each child. My family has been involved in the company for over 7 years and it is still the place my 4 children, now teens and young adults, choose to spend their summers. My youngest is currently there 6 days a week. On the days she is not taking class or rehearsing, she is assisting with classes in a leadership role, and completely loving every minute of it. I am so glad we found such a terrific family in Kids Who Care!

This company has been a second family to me since I was three or four years old. It ignited my love for theatre and there isnt a day that goes by where I dont think of the time I spent there. Everyone treats you with loving, open arms and I promise, the name doesnt lie. I strongly encourage every child who is thinking about pursuing theatre or just needs a community to help them find there way to join Kids Who Care.

Kids Who care is the best place on Earth! Every kid is loved and is appreciated equally! You can spend the summers with your second family performing Broadway musicals like The Little Mermaid, Youre a Good Man Charlie Brown, Shrek the Musical, Peter Pan, etc. and the last half of summer youll spend three weeks performing an original work (partially written by the kids!) and meeting kids from all over the world! During the year, you can take classes and develop your theatre skills, you can be a beginner or a professional! Or, you can do the resident company, and spend 9 months touring the original work internationally with your second family! Kids Who Care is the most loving, caring place Ive ever been. We are taught to be ourselves, and even thought were kids, were not too young to change the world!

Both my children have been involved with Kids Who Cares theatre camps and Resident Company. They have had such a wide variety of experiences including performing their original musical in NYC, taking dance classes from guest artists, bringing smiles to the faces of children at Cooks Childrens Hospital, and participating in the tree lighting ceremony in Fort Worth. Their KidPower leadership training has given my children the confidence and knowledge to enhance their theatre programs at their schools. Fort Worth has so many theatre options for kids wanting to perform onstage. Our family has been blessed to be a part of the Kids Who Care family.

I just love it. Its my second home. Everyone there is friendly and the Leadership is highly amazing. They affected me and now I go there almost everyday. So, parents, I highly recommend that you place your child in Kids Who Care. Whether its a class, resident company, or just for the summer. It will not only change your kids life, but it will change yours as well. - Jackson Roblow

This place is like no other we have found. The shows are spectacular, filled with talented actors, adults and kids alike. The production values are amazing. Not only that the shows and classes are accessible to all. My daughter has been a part of Kids Who Care for many years and I wouldnt trust her training anywhere else. She has learned not only performance skills but also real world skills like leadership. So whether you are looking for a musical theatre program year round, an amazing camp experience and/or a show to see, check out this amazing group!

My child has fallen I love with theater through this program. She lives to go to her classes. She has made such good friends and hopefully has developed lifelong relationships. She has committed to a lifestyle that is setting her up for a successful future in life. Watch the kids as they are excited about coming and sad that its time to leave.

Kids Who Care is where I became the person I am today. I started as a student and I have been lucky enough to work there, as well. It cultivated a desire for theatre and it is the reason I am now able to educate students through theatre.

Kids who care is so much more than a musical theatre school for children... its become a second home and safe place for my children to grow. Weve been there going on four years, and the leadership skills, confidence, and awareness all three of my children (now ages 10.5, 16, and 18) have developed while there has been incredible! Not only are they getting incredible musical theatre training in vocal performance, acting, dance (ballet, jazz, tap, AND hip hop), improv, spoken word, and more from incredibly talented teachers/artists, they are learning how to express themselves confidently outside of class and rehearsal. When my youngest was barely 7, he was terrified to go anywhere without a family member present--almost to the point of hiding under a table. In order to make it into the resident company, he had to become more independent of his older siblings and go through year of classes on his own without his siblings. He did it and finally was ready for ResCo this past year and has thrived like never before! By the end of this year, he has won the most improved dance award and was doing back flips down center stage during his hip hop demo! Hes finding his voice and learning to express himself both in and out of KWC. Deborah Jung is, by far, one of the most inspiring and loving role models and directors these children can possibly have in their lives! She sees the best and the highest in every single child and has a gift of being able to draw that out of each one. She makes a point to be personally connected to every child in the company as well as in the classes. She has a vision for these children that inspires them and us to be the greatest version of themselves. Our family is so thankful to be a part of this amazing organization where we know our kids are safe and cherished and happy!! 💜
