Ive come to find out that the reviews are most definitely correct as far as them not caring about you as a student. I had requested to pay my payments in weekly payments as thats how I was paid. I was told that would be fine as long as by the due date it was paid completely. I was good with that but then when it came to the start of class the lady I was dealing with Amy told me I had to have the entire payment. Which I had previously explained that because of my situation I could not pay in one lump sum. So now Ive wasted time energy and money and they wont refund the monies I have spent and wont allow me to go to class. All they want is to steal money from people that are trying to improve their lives..

This school is not worth taking a look at. Trust me. They make it appear as a great school for your visit, but in reality the school could careless about you as a student. The instructors play favoritism, they hire instructors who cant teach, and to top it off yes they are accredited, but good luck finding anyone who acknowledges the accreditation. Oh and the mouths on the instructors will surprise you. I didnt pay tuition (which includes your salary) for your smart remarks. Dont waste your time or money on this school. They only care about the numbers and not you as a student in the culinary profession. Oh and dont worry about the bs event hours. You can graduate without doing the free labor. I know of 4 from my class that didnt complete the 24 hours and still completed the program

The food was excellent and the service was efficient. We hosted an event for 80+ people for our non-profit organization and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. The students are obviously well taught. It was a smooth process, from planning to execution. I highly recommend The Culinary School of Fort Worth to your organization!

We hosted a work party here for about 30 people. It was fantastic! The space was perfect for our needs. We divided up into groups to make cookies and enjoyed appetizers and drinks while the cookies finished. Chef Waier was amazing and his students were so helpful. Thankfully, the recipes and ingredients were provided, so we came away with delicious cookies. I highly recommend The Culinary School of Fort Worth for any events!

This school is a wonderful value! I couldnt recommend it more highly! In comparison to other schools with the same curriculum, the money spent on this program is half or even less than half of everything else out there. I am a current 3rd semester student and when I see people touring the school for consideration I want to grab each one of them and tell them about my experience. The New facility itself is amazing and is consistently receiving upgrades and improvements. The administration is wonderful and the learning environment is very well thought out. The curriculum is challenging and difficult and the system of learning is a Connect the Dots theory that is designed for your success. But the real prize of this school are the Instructors!! The number one compliment I can pay to this school is their uncanny ability to recognize and acquire talent. Each one of the Chef Instructors has their own unique style and certain specific expertise but the common denominator is how genuinely talented and generous they all are individually and collectively. I am entering my seventh month and my skill level has become ridiculous. If you have ever considered going to Culinary School, going Back to School, or using your GI bill for something that will benefit you forever - You cant go wrong with this program. In the seven months that I have been a student my family has eliminated eating fast foods altogether. I am cooking high quality and healthy meals every single day of the week. The techniques I am learning have gotten me away from recipe and cookbooks and I am naturally putting exciting menus together every single week which feed my family for less money and produce a much higher quality product than anything I could afford to buy. The skills I have been taught are already paying for themselves so well that I am covering a huge portion of my tuition in the money I am saving by not eating out and shopping smarter and producing the expensive things myself through my skillset.Tools and uniforms are provided in the cost of the program.Textbooks are also provided and The textbooks are fabulous! I will be revisiting these books throughout my culinary journey.I will forever be in debt to this school and its Chef Instructors and I cannot praise the entire program more genuinely.
