Tons of fun. As Ft. Worth natives, I cant say that Steve showed us anything new, but we could see it all from a different perspective. Certainly a great experience. Thinking about taking the girlfriend to dinner and the movies? Consider this instead.

Wonderful experience. The Fort Worth City Tour with the Arlington extension is a lot of fun with all kinds of great sights to see.

Had a very bad experience .Less cooperative.Let me elaborate.Intension was to drag the student during time of pandemic,so was victim of it . Instructors were less experienced and not so professional.I was even charged more but given non.By Wich I ment that they charged for simulator hours and couldnt log them ,ground classes was charged but no certificates given some flights was flown but was not able to log cause of unavailable instructor.I felt being milked so stopped the unlimited trend of it .I really had a very bad experience and $15000went to waste of which I had to walk away empty handed and unfinished rating .I felt cheated too.

My sister and I surprised our mother for her 60th Birthday with a Discovery Flight in the small helicopter with one hour flight time.When we arrived we were told the small helicopter had a mechanical issue and would not be available to do her flight. We needed to reschedule or receive a refund. (They had just become aware of the issue and I had missed their call just before we pulled up)Thankfully, the Chief Pilot gave us a third option; to do her flight in the medium size helicopter but for 30 min flight time instead of an hour and she could take one passenger. We discussed it and chose to do it!We are so happy we did! The medium helicopter was a nice size larger and more appealing than the original. Our pilot, Broderick, seriously made her experience just epic! He was awesome!Mom said “I had so much fun, my pilot was amazing, and I will never forget this experience!”What more could we ask for? Epic Helicopters came through and made it happen! Thank you!

I’ve visited this facility twice. Once for a tour and again for the discovery flight! From the moment I called, I was treated with professionalism from everyone I encountered at Epic Helicopters. I highly recommended this company if you are beginning to look for training.Happy flying!

Great experience, will definitely do again......

I proposed to my girlfriend, now fiance, after taking a world class flight around Fort Worth. Our pilot, Bryan, was so nice and easy going. It was a great time, whatever the occasion you are thinking of taking a flight for, you will not be disappointed. Tracy was very helpful and was very responsive when I was planning it all, as well. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

I had a mixed experience. I talked to Debbie on the phone when I requested a brochure about flight school and she was wonderful. I went in for a discovery flight and the receptionist, Amanda, was sweet and helpful. Then I met the flight instructor who was shy and had a hard time with helpful communication/instructing and my discovery flight made me feel like I wasted over $300. I had lots of questions since I was looking to go to flight school there and I felt I left with a lot of them unanswered. I would recommend going here, but I would choose to use a different CFI with better customer service/ not shy person.I did get a phone call about my review and would like to thank Brian for taking the time to try and make things right and listening to my frustration. He explained the instructor I had was a shy person and there are some questions the CFIs are not always able to answer and Debbie is the person to talk to. My feedback was to have Debbie meet with individuals who are paying for discovery flights so those questions can be answered.I still think they are a good company and I would like to use them. I was excited about flying and I felt let down by this experience, but if I come back (I drove 6 hrs to this experience) I will post a new review.

For my B-Day my girlfriend surprised me with what Epic Helicopters calls a Discovery flight. If you enjoy aviation and want to experience flying a helicopter, this is possibly the best experience a person can have without being a licensed pilot. During the 1hr flight, the first 30min my pilot familiarized me with the controls and then more or less turned the helicopter over to me for the remaining 30min! My pilot Michael H. was very friendly and genuinely shared my excitement being it was my first time to take control of a helicopter and despite the fact he does this every day. I would highly recommend anyone remotely interested in flying to set up a Discovery Flight with Epic Helicopters. Regardless of whether or not you intend on someday obtaining a pilots licenses, this is a must do!

I brought my aspiring pilot son to Epic for a Discovery flight as a birthday present and had a blast. Wesley was a good pilot - he was friendly, answered all my questions and was very calm while instructing my son on the maneuvers he let him practice. Helicopter was in good shape and allowed great views of Fort Worth. Well be going back to Epic in the future.

Wyatt was our pilot. He was very good and full of info about Ft. Worth. It is worth the money. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely.

I have never been in any aircraft, however I really want to take a tour of my home town ( ft. Worth)Problem is: I am afraid of heights. !!! Which is one of the fears that I want to overcome,Whoever I spoke with was better than my therapist ,

Epic helicopter provided an epic service for my girlfriend and I we had a wonderful time and they exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

From the moment you walk in the door, you immediately notice the difference from most other Helicopter outfits. The lobby is spacious, clean and well appointed, you are greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. The Instructors and staff pilots are professional, friendly and proud of where they work. I took the turbine transition course, my instructors were Steve Aceves and Ray Schumacher. Both Steve and Ray are gifted instructors with a knack for gauging students learning style and needs. Classroom instruction was relevant, well presented and educational. The flying portion was outstanding, both Steve and Ray demonstrated vast knowledge and impressive flying skills. If you are looking for flight instruction, a discovery flight, charter or surprise for a loved one, look no further! My experience, was exactly as the name implies, EPIC!
