I started at CTHS after an AWFUL experience at Bos my freshman year. This school completely turned my view of high school around. I absolutely loved it. I graduated in 2015 (whoop! first graduating class).

The reason for me rating this school while i am currently attending, graduating class of 2018, senior year, is because I fell like i already have a general idea of where the school is headed. When i first joined the school my freshman year i was in awh of how different high school was compared to middle school. I got bullied quite a lot in middle school due to my sexuality, to the point where i had to get hospitalized. I walked into Chisholm with the mind set that i was going to get bullied to the point of hospitalization once again, but that changed as soon as as i walked into my first day. Thanks to Color guard, i already had quite a bit of friends due to the summer rehearsals and intern getting close to them. It was such an amazing experience for that year, but the following year (Sophomore) was not a good experience and probably the worst year of my school experience, so far at least. Color Guard was hard work my freshman year, and it paid off. Although, my sophomore year, it was not that way. I got pushed to do things that were not good for my health, and not just me, in fact one of the guard members now have permanent back injuries. Even though she had a doctors note stating that was not allowed to continue participating in color guard, the guard director wouldnt allow her to get out of the class (because you are required to have the teachers permission to get out of any class). I, as well as other guard members, have gotten yelled at by the directors to the point of a mental breakdown. I decide to leave the guard class, because i get permission. In my junior year, my mom signed me out every thursday for counseling, soon after i heard the front office staff were going to report me to the A.P. so i confronted them to find out if this was true, and if it was, then to ask why and how to resolve it. They told me it was because i was missing to much school, even though they only days i was missing for was half a day on Thursday, i also brought a doctors note in every Friday morning to excuse my absence. I hope they do not Continue on this path. The school was such an amazing place, i would hate for it to fall into the same level as most high schools these days

I have had children at this school since the day it opened in 2012. I will continue to have children there until at least 2018. I have 12th, 10th, and 9th grade children there currently. This is an excellent school. The teachers, administrators, and staff are the best. I have only had problems with one of my childrens teachers in 3 years. No school is perfect, but this ones really close.

This school is perfect. Great Academics and fantastic teachers

Its school, too big, has too many people, and nobody ever shuts up. I would rate it with a negative 6 if I could because its just that bad. Its not exactly Tumblr, but still god-forsakenly bad.
