This is a fantastic school that really builds community here. Instructors are highly trained, knowledgable, skilled and friendly. One of the best cultural organizations in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth Capoeira has been a second home since I started training here. The instructor is professional and a knowledgable expert on the art. Through her organization of cultural events, batizados and classes the space becomes a transformative environment. Her work with children is especially powerful. I came to Capoeira through a vague interest in the art and want of a different kind of fitness. However, the schools community and teachings have made an impact which have kept me coming back.

Ive been interested in learning Capoeira for a long time, and I couldnt have found a better place to take lessons. The teacher is excellent and is very patient with all her students, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ive been to other martial arts classes before, but none were as welcoming and fun. I always look forward to classes.

Down to earth and straight forward, Fort Worth Capoeira provides well-rounded classes that teach all aspects of Capoeira Regional including the rich music that is integral to this martial art. Professora Borboleta teaches to each students skill level, so you can train and learn from your classmates as they work through the moves on their skill levels. Reasonably priced with accessible evening hours, this class is well worth your time.

Classes are well planned and organized and very kid friendly. We look forward to going every week because Lindsey keeps my 5yr old engaged and she is always learning something whether it be physical or cultural.

Awesome experience for the whole family! Fort Worth Capoeira is a dynamic fusion of martial arts and Brazilian cultural heritage. My 5,7, and 8 year olds love it just as much as my harder to please 13 and 17 year olds. There is a personalization of the program that allows each individual to achieve their full potential and be challenged physically at every skill level.
