I set a day for my 3 years old with more than a week in advance. Everything was confirmed thru the website, all documentation uploaded, I never got a call from them, 2 days before the day I call to check and see what is the drop off procedure, the lady told me that they wont take him because he is not potty trained. I asked why this wasnt communicated before, my son has development disabilities and that is why he is still not trained. After asking for options, maybe another group, and also ask why this wasnt communicated with time, the lady said we are busy. It is sad to see how poor is their inclusion with kids like my son. Dont waste your time with a company with such poor values.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Facility is always clean, and its the only daycare Ive been to where the infant rooms dont smell like dirty diapers! Miss Jennifer does a wonderful job engaging the infants and seems to genuinely care for every baby in her room. Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Mary are both fantastic as well. Every infant teacher Ive encountered so far has been awesome and I trust this facility to care the best care of my daughter possible.

Making the choice of putting my daughter in daycare was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made as a parent. There are always so many worries that come with a big choice like this but I can honestly say Childrens Courtyard was the BEST choice for us. She loves going to school and I have noticed so many great changes in her! She is more social with kids her age and has definitely been learning and preparing for Kindergarten!! They have a curriculum for each classroom they send homework its like shes in a real classroom!! They have so many activities you can sign your little ones in which is convenient for us busy parents who can barley find time for extra activities but want to keep our kiddos active! My daughter just loves her teachers and runs to them every morning which is a huge plus for me because it reassures me that she is comfortable with them (which she doesnt warm up to strangers very easily). They are so attentive with the kids in their class just the other day her teacher called me mid-morning just to ask how my daughters night was because she seemed tired and not her usual self. I love knowing that they genuinely care for and love my baby just as much as I do!! And the best feature that they have is the camera in every classroom so you can watch you child if needed from your phone!!! Daily updates w/ pictures are also amazing!!! 100% RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This daycare is the best. It always smells nice and thats usually your first impression! The front desk start are very good at making that facility run. The teachers are really special especially my daughters (Tara, Kaycee and Ms. Elma). My daughter LOVES to go to school there!! Oh and you can watch your child all day through there app and theyre up to 21st center standards with app/text updates!! Worth every cent of admission.

I am so pleased with our experience at this Childrens Courtyard. From day 1 the ability to watch the live feed and receive daily updates with pictures eased my mind about having my little guy in daycare. This also confirms the lesson/activity they list each day is actually completed. The teachers here really treat your kids like their own. This is by far the best option available in north Fort Worth.

We moved back to Texas from New England and needed a great program for our son. This preschool exceeded our expectations! Teachers love the children, not just care for them. Kids have a lot of fun, are safe, and they even have cameras in the classroom so you can watch your child go about their day as you go about yours. Children are encouraged to socialize, and they regularly do artwork, take a daily nap, have story time, and play outside (weather permitting). Would recommend to anyone!

My grandchildren attend the daycare on Harmon road. Since we live in Houston, we watch daily via the centers webcam. The young ladies caring for the Infant 2 group are absolutely wonderful. They are so very attentive and always attend to babies crying or checking their diapers. The staff seems so loving. We usually observe them smiling and laughing while interacting with the babies. They seem to be having fun while caring for them. We are so happy our grandchildren are in a safe and loving environment while their parents are at work. Excellent staff; excellent daycare provider.

We are new to the CC family but our experiences so far have proven we made the right decision! The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all - they LOVE on my little like I do!Ms. Courtney in Pre-K1 is amazing! She goes above and beyond for my son & understands the various aspects of children at this age. From redirecting problem behaviors, teaching sign language as they learn their letters, all the way to teaching the life lessons Im not around for, Im thankful hes learning them from a wonderful teacher!

All three of our children (1, 3, 6) attended Childrens Courtyard and we cannot say enough positive things about the staff, facility and director. We were always well informed; the entire staff gets to know your child and flexes their style accordingly. They were truly a lifesaver for all of our children, but especially our spirited 3 yr old. We only left because we moved to Dallas.

My son is in Infant 3 and loves it. We have seen a change at home too. He brings us books to read to him, he sits at the table for snack and says Thank You. This is our second child going through the Childrens Courtyard and we have had a positive experience all around. I would recommend to anyone.

My son has been going here since he was 3 months old, hes now in the Infant 3 room and seems to be excelling in learning words and pointing to pictures in books when you ask him where something is. They are working with him on his ABCs, counting to 10 in English/Spanish, colors in English/Spanish and other various things. Weve had a great experience so far, but we have learned that good communication with each room and teacher makes a difference. We are looking forward to continuing to see him grow.

We moved to the area 4 years ago and my 2 kids have been attending the daycare since then and we are currently enrolled. They do fun things with my children and also have fun fieldtrips planned for them like Hawaiian Falls, bowling, zoo, parks, etc. The teachers and staff are very friendly and give me updates on my children. I appreciate the care that they provide my children as they are with them most of the day.

During the year its okay. I dont recommend summer care. My children are having serious behavioral problems after a summer here. While there was one teacher who was good, overall its just kids in a room with little discipline. I wouldnt recommend it at least not during the summer.

My child is starved everyday. I ask why when there is supposed to be breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks, He explained he was given saltine crackers as a snack a few times, the food is nasty and there is never enough. Completely unacceptable considering the amount of tuition. People in prison eat better than these kids. Oh and they consider cheese a protein for lunch.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. We even moved over 20 miles away while my daughter was attending and we still drove her here every day. She had a great experience from 3 years old to 5 years old with teachers and staff. Joslin is an amazing Director who truly cares about the kids. They have fun events at the school, Parents Night out which my daughter always had so much fun at and offer soccer and dance for the kids. Not only all of that, the Pre-K program is also outstanding. My daughter is more than ready to start Kindergarten this year. The only thing Im sad about is that we miss this place so much!!

We came to this location after a horrible experience at the Children’s Courtyard of Alliance. Alice from corporate assured us that this would be a much better experience. Although it was better than the Alliance location I still wouldn’t recommend it. It started out VERY positive. There was curriculum and friendly staff. The director and managers are nice but after Ms. Riley left it seems like the infant room went downhill. The lead teacher Jennifer is great with kids but lacks interpersonal skills and would often come off as defensive, sarcastic, rude, passive aggressive, and insulting. We had a conference with the director and I was hopeful things would improve but unfortunately they didn’t. Once I gave my notice that my daughter would be leaving (they require 2 weeks), I felt the care went downhill. My mother and I both observed several instances of the camera of her crying and sleeping on the floor for long periods at a time (per the teachers there, children get put in a crib once they fall asleep). They were normally good at this but once we gave her notice it seemed liked they didn’t even care and I even observed her asleep on the floor for 30 min after she had cried herself to sleep. The final straw was when I went to pick up my daughter, she was crying hysterically which was not typical. The new teacher was staring at her not even trying to soothe her or calm her down. She honestly looked like she didn’t know what to do. After that we decided to pull her out earlier than originally discussed even though we had already paid in advance. I did not feel comfortable with my daughter not being cared for properly. I think it speaks volumes that the director/manager didn’t even call to see why we pulled her out early. I guess since they have their money, (since I paid in advance) they could care less. It seems like there is a ton of turnover in the infant room and there was always someone new. One day I went do pick my daughter up and no one could tell me how her day was because they was so much transition and moving around between classrooms. There’s also a disconnect in communication. We’d often find out about events the night before and even though I asked her teachers for more advanced notice, the lack of communication continued. For the money that you pay ($289/week), there are better daycares out there. I will not be taking my daughter to another Courtyard, we will be switching chains completely

One of the most filthiest place to ever send your child. If you dont believe me, as you walk in look up at the canopys ceiling and see the filth that has been ignored for years.Always smelly, Im surprised the health department has not closed them down.Very inexperienced and inattentive teachers. Ive walked in 3 times to find 3 year olds playing by themselves in the playground and the teachers inside the building chatting with no care in the world. Two times out of those, about 4 children crying separately with no one attending to them. This is an All Play Less Learning school, and they charge the most around the area. Total rip off.Goodbye Courtyard.😡

We have had nothing but great experiences at the CCY on Harmon. I believe the staff does a great job handling the chaos that is caring for so many of our children on a daily basis. After visiting many other daycare centers in the area, we could not find anyone else with the positive attitude and apparent experience in managing a daycare center. I also love their adoption of technology for keeping parents updated throughout the day. The live video cameras and mobile app are nice add-ons for sure!Is it 100% perfect? In general, Ive not found a company that is, so youll need to tame your expectations here -- no one can raise your child precisely how you would, but were beyond happy calling CCY our home. Now, there have been a couple of times where weve had to have conversations about suggested care changes for our daughter (feedings, timelines, etc.), but guess what, thats our jobs as parents to communicate with other adults instead of using social media to leave a negative review.
