I cannot say enough good things about this place! I am a first time mom, and the thought of putting my baby in daycare was very scary. Mrs. Berkley did a video tour with me and she is amazing! I knew right away, this is where I wanted my son to go. Here we are almost a year later, and my son has learned so much! The teachers here are amazing! My kid amazes me daily with everything he has learned. This is an amazing learning center, we love it!

The best daycare experience! The director and teachers are all so caring and involved with every child. My daughter has been going there since she was an infant, she’s 1.5yr now and loves it so much she asks to go to “school” almost every day!Not to mention, the facility is very well kept and the pick up/drop off process is painless and organized. They are very responsive and great with the daily tracking app :)

I LOVE IT! I have 5 kids enrolled, from the infant classroom to school-aged children. The staff is very professional, communication is awesome, the Kindercare App keeps you updated with your child(ren) throughout the day. The facility is great about social distancing, and following all Covid-19 precautionary principles. The staff here I love like family! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing childcare.

The staff at Westcreek KinderCare are AMAZING!! They stepped up during the COVID-19 Pandemic when schools shut down. They helped my schooler son get into his classes and stay on topic amidst the chaos schedule. The pre-k teacher is wonderful with my daughter and keeps her mind going with thoughtful lessons. Kindercare Westcreek is one in a million! I want to personally thank staff for providing a safe structured and learning environment for my grand boys. A special thanks go out to the Director of this facility. I have never felt so informed or seen staff that work together as a team as well as Kindercare does. The staff and director or well trained, and patient, as this is something I was looking for not trusting many with my babies, but I would recommend Westcreek Kindercare any day, as they have made my experience brighter, and I am able to work without worry. At first I didnt like this place, probably because I am a first time mom and didnt want to separate with my child, but now I have gotten to know the staff and I absolutely love this preschool. They teach my infant so much and and truly care about him. Ms. Tonya is very sweet and nice also Ms. Ashley. I love my sons teacher Ms. Aida

My daughter was 2 when we started taking her to this KinderCare, and she had always been with a private babysitter. I was concerned about her interaction with other children and people in general, as shes very quiet and can be territorial with her space. The 5 months my daughter has been at this daycare, Ive seen her blossom and open up more than she had in her 2 years prior. She is learning a lot with her teacher, Ms. Vicky, who is just wonderful with her. Shes learning colors, shapes, numbers, and objects currently. To have her recognize random objects when we are out is amazing. The entire staff was wonderful in helping my baby transition from being the only child in a private home to going to a full class with kids her age. Her teacher is phenomenal in providing a good learning environment and a fun class for her. Im more than happy we found this daycare/school for her.

I was recommended by my church member who works at Kindercare; she recommended that I bring my son. Since his enrollment it has been a great experience. The environment is very welcoming and my son is learning something new daily. Ms. Tonya and Ms. Ashlie are so sweet and make you feel like family. I love this school!!

The best thing about this place is that we always feel like super stars when we go in. Every worker knows my child whether they work in her room or not. Im always greeted at the door. Its a very warm environment. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up from the baby room. The workers also give me their next goal for her so Im aware of what theyre doing in class and how I can support her at home.

I love this daycare. My son is 2 years old and he is learning so much! It amazes me everyday gow much information he is picking up. His teacher Ms. Vicki is amazing. She make sure that me and his father are aware of what he is learning so we can work with him at home as well. I also love the open door policy that Ms. Tonya the director has with everyone. Any issues or questions I have she addresses them that same day. I am grateful that I found this daycare.

MR. Steve needs to go! This man is very rude. The way he speaks to you and the children are sarcastic and ignorant and not funny one bit. Myself cant stand him nor my child. He is the morning bus driver and leaves kids that are already there. I sign my son in daily and this ignorant man for some reason send my child in and leaves him. Like what the hell?!?!?! He is ready for school and you leave him?!?! The bus USED to leave at 730 but now this guy wants to leave early and screw the parents. He doesnt belong there and needs to go!!

My son is only 2 years old and the program he is in is teaching him so much. He is learning about so many different things. He enjoys his teacher and other children in his class. I love the director Ms. Tonya. If I had any issues or concerns she always make sure that they are addressed and handled. HIs teacher are also so willing to let me know everything he is learning and we work hand in hand in educating him and being on the same page.

Love all the staff very friendly and report everything to you I highly recommend this daycare GREAT JOB STAFF

Wonderful people

My daughter has been at Kindercare for almost 3 years since she was 8 months old and we love it! After going through the infant and toddler classrooms she is now in the preschool classroom and all the teachers have been great. She has grown up here and learned many things. The director, Tonya, has always been amazing with us and always makes sure everything is done right. Oh and shes super sweet! I love that they emphasize that it is a learning center and not a daycare. Its true because my daughter knows so much at the age of 3 and she comes home learning something new everyday. We have had an amazing experience and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Im so thankful she has been able to learn and grow here and will continue to do so.

I have three babies who attend this learning center!We absolutely love it.The staff is fantastic.My children have learned so much in their care.I highly recommend this center to everyone.The director Mrs. Tonya and her assistant Mrs. Ashlie make sure everything runs smoothly for the teachers, students and parents. The teachers are all amazing and know my kids by name even if they aren’t in their classroom. My kids feel like superstars. We are so thankful for our kids teachers: Mrs. Ada, Mrs. Veronica, Mrs. Vickie, Mrs. Mae, Mrs. Rebecca, and last but not least Mrs. Celisa. ❤️❤️We appreciate everyone at this center.

Unprofessional and ghetto... The teachers argue with you and if your child has medication they wont even give it to them with a doctors note. Then a teacher keeps picking at my wife and told us our child couldnt return for 3 days because she was teething. They also dont changer our 5 month old the right way and had caused diaper rash. Not all Kinder Cares are bad just the teachers that run this one are. Dont leave your kids with them they dont care like they say. Weve recorded all the things Im saying and will contact corporate.

My son has been going to kindercare for a month now. And the changes are amazing! Ms vickie is so great with him and everyday he asks to go to school to see his vickie lol i am so graceful for this daycare. Not only is my child learning but he has sooo much fun doing it!!

I absolutely love this daycare! Every time I drop my son off, were always greeted at the door with open arms and the same thing applies when were leaving.My son has been going here for over a year now and we havent had any issues. He loved his 2 year old teacher (Ms vicki) to the point where he didnt want to move up to the 3 year old class when he turned 3. However, Ms Lisa took him under her wing and he fell in love with her immediately and looks forward to seeing her every day!Theyre always doing lesson plans during the time that I drop my son off and hes learned a lot since being there. Im moving to azle in a week but love this daycare so much that I may bite the bullet to continue to drive out of the way to keep my son happy.Ms Tonya (the director) literally always has a smile on her face and is very attentive and helpful.My son even loves the kitchen lady (and I hate that I cant think of her name right now) but I cant thank her, specifically, enough for the love and attention she gives my son. Such a genuine (and also always happy) woman. I cant thank this team enough! We love westcreek kindercare!
