I can not say enough about this company. Since covid and all of the ups and downs. We have had so many changes in our lives... smiley transportation has worked with us and our schedules. They increased their staff and even walked me through the sanitizing steps of their vehicles on a daily basis.I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs help getting their students back and forth to school and events. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for... and quality, dependability and safety is worth every penny

Not so smiley when they block you from entering your child’s school and regularly cut you off because they feel that they are I a bigger hurry than you. It’s a daily struggle. Why not just be on time?

We have used Smiley Transportation for the last school year. We could not be happier. Driver was always on time. She was always happy and excited. This company goes to great lengths to make sure that everyone is safe and on time. We highly recommend this company for any student transportation need. In fact, we are using their service again for the up coming school year. They are truly a GOD send.

I cannot say enough nice words about this company. I was a stay at home mom that re-entered the work force and needed a way to get my kids home from school. I was so scared to trust just anyone driving my kids. After visiting with them, they answered all my questions. My kids driver is fantastic and I even get notified when they get home. My husband and I are so happy we found them!

PLEAD READ AND BE VERY AWARE!I just had the worst experience with any business in my life. Today I decided to cancel my daughters Smiley transportation services. After I emailed them requesting to stop services effective immediately since we didnt need it anymore and they just withdrew money from our account the day before they replied very quickly and reminded us of a $250 cancellation fee. I was unhappy about the high fee so I told them about it. The owner responded with threats that she would engage a lawyer if I say any more bad words about their business. I was so shocked with that response that I replied again and asked to cancel immediately and as a customer that I was entitled to my own opinion/feedback. About an hour later I received a call from her husband which I could easily describe as the craziest call Ive ever gotten. He made the most extreme derogatory and racist remarks, He called me every single name possible and then threatened more action if I went ahead and put any bad reviews about their business. These guys are clearly not fit to run a kid oriented business and how they feel about minorities is beyond scary. While Im saddened by the comments I heard about my ethnicity on the flip side Im so glad I got to see that side of the management and got my kid out of that place.

Fast and realiable service with a smile! Love knowing exactly when my kids get to school and arrive home. Love having the peace of mind knowing that my kids will arrive home in front of my house and that the driver ensures they get in the house and are not locked out! Smiley is a wonderful transportation service!

I have known the owner of Smiley Transportation over 30 years. In this time he has always been an amazing person with integrity and search for perfection in everything he does. The transportation service they provide is not available in my area. Yet. But I have been following his company for 3 years now. I know how the business started as well. The students in his area did not have adequate transportation to and from school, so they started to take other children to and from school for their friends. This caught on and others offered to pay them to do this. After a while they finally decided to do this a business. They have grown and expanded easily since that time. They have not expanded beyond their ability. Which shows great integrity. Most companies do expand too early and fail within 12 to 24 months. I look forward to the time they have transportation in my area and yours. And am willing to wait until they can expand in this area. I would rather have reliability than quick access that could waiver.So please understand what amazing people the owners are and how much they take into account to give wonderful service to their clients.

Smiley is a great company. My daughter enjoys riding and the staff if great! I get notifications when she arrives to school and home and nothing beats peace of mind.

I cant say enough good things about this company! I am THAT helicopter mom, always doing my due diligence to ensure the absolute safest possible people are caring for my children when I cant. Rushelle runs a tight ship and keeps her employees well trained so they are able and prepared to deal with anything while my children, and others, are in their care. I appreciate her going the extra mile to answer any questions or concerns I have! They have transported my girls for 2 years now and I wouldnt trade them for the world!

NOW, isnt funny how the internet works on finding things out.I have known the owners of Smiley Transportation since 2009 and I know that this is the best shuttle service in our area. Not only my word for it but they just won Best Transportation service in Tarrant county in 2017 voted on by the citizens of this great county.Do not be fooled by someone pretending to be something they are not.
