THIS FWISD HAS FAILED OUR CHILDREN THEY ARENT TAKING THIS VIRUS SERIOUS MY 4YR OLD WAS INFORMED HE WAS IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A POSITIVE STUDENT & THEY DIDNT INFORM US PARENTS UNTIL A WEEK LATER ! MY SON HAS MEDICAL ISSUES , HIS TEACHER WAS UPSET AS WELL SHE STATED THEY ARENT EVEN BEING FUNDED TO GET MASK CLEANING PRODUCTS THERE IS 19 STUDENTS IN THAT CLASS THE DESK ARE SET UP LIKE 5STUCK TOGETHER NOT EVEN 6 FEET AWAY I DONT CARE WHAT ABBOTT SAYS IF THEY ARE FOR THE CHILDREN THEN PROTECT THEM EVEN IF IT COST YOU !!!!! DALLAS ISD IS TAKING BETTER STEPS FWISD YALL CANT REPLACE OUR KIDS SO YALL NEED TO PUT THE KIDS FIRST WERE ALL OLD AREADY WE LIVED OUR LIFE WHY WOULD WE NOT WANT TO LET THE KIDS LIVE THEIR FULL LIFE !!!!

Most loosey bldg. Personal do not know what they are doing. It is a educational place we have employed uninformed people who cannot guide people visiting there properly. Very poor service. Thats our tax dollars at work. SAD.

What i dont understand is why is summer school during the hottest month of the summer and then expect the kids to walk home from the school in the heat because the bus only goes to the school. why does summer school not start right after school the first week of June? so the kids are out by the HEAT ALERT DAYS. this is just crazy to me. I have to agree the system set up is ridiculous. who idea was to have summer school online instead of classes? I tried to email these questions to the board directly but no luck so I will put them on here and maybe someone can answer

My son has been out of school since spring break no one has contacted us about his school work and this is a leadership academy. Issued him a computer that he cannot get into teachers don’t care to even let you know what’s going on with them is my son just supposed to go into next year In the same grade with no new knowledge?

FIRE Clark and any teacher with similar views. No one should be teaching our future generations with views like that. Instead of tweeting for change do something about it?Not one president will or can do anything about a century old problem. If you feel illegals make it so hard to live with then maybe you might want to refresh yourselves with a history lesson because obviously people forget to respect history. Illegal or not no child should be denied the privilege to an education.

A dysfunctional school district. Cant take care of their students and if you want people to be held accountable in case something happens, good luck. Dont trust these people with your children.

I’m trying to reach the school board and complain about my daughter teacher and how they handled us at at time like this ridglea hills teacher and staff are rude

Called in a few weeks ago regarding a head lice out break in my childs school still havent heard back. Before even contacting the admin building I reached out to the nurse at the school along with the principal. Something has to give its not right for my child to keep coming home with a bug or two in her head cause her school is full of them .I like the way the old rules used to be any eggs in childrens hair or bugs they were kept home in the past until the childs head was fully cleaned and for the school to tell me they dont do that anymore due to a lot of children being absent. Its sad my child cant enjoy her afternoon home after doing home work cause we have to do a daily check for head lice and there is plenty of parents who are upset by this .Please look into changing policies .

The most terrible school district ever you have concerns and complaints they go unresolved they like to put bandaids on promblems my my daughter was jumped by three girls they didnt do anything Ive moved my children to three different schools already dont trust the people with your kids they will be dead before they do anything

This district is a joke! School zone lights around A.M. PATE ELEMENTARY havent worked all yr! Saw a child this morning almost hit by a car while trying to cross the street (crossing guard out this morning ) even when there hes on his phone, but I know this car was doing about 40MPH !! The lady whos to be helping the traffic flow in the horse shoe is ALWAYS ON HER PHONE OR ACTS AS IF SHES TO CUTE TO BE OUT THERE DOING HER JOB! spoke with Mrs Horton the principal and she gets an attitude saying why dont some of YOU parents or grandparents call?! Really?! Im guessing once the district has a dead child on their hands something will be done about it! Because those cars dont care if the lights are working or not. ...THEY STILL SPEED THROUGH THERE !

The absolute worst district!! I have had so many issues out of FWISD schools since we moved in this district in 2015. Campus security is a joke with some exceptions, North Side High being one of them.
