I appreciate the efforts taken to keep the environment safe and special kudos to instructors for monitoring the individual kids and updating their progress.

My son loves it. His first day compared to now is like day and night. He spent his first class by Coach Joshs side crying. He now calls it Josh pool. Love the atmosphere and the cleanliness. All the staff is amazing, They are great at what they do.

Our kids seem to do really well here. They both started at about 18 months and go year round. Our oldest is now 4.5 and in level 4. Our youngest is almost 3 and finishing up level 3.First few levels seem to be about getting comfortable around water, not panicking in the water and how to survive falling in the water.Our almost three year old fell in a pool a few months back and, thankfully, got helped out by a friend who was right there. He did however, not panic and was kicking his way to the edge while holding his breathe.The curriculum is easy enough to learn so that all teachers seem to do a very good job and we are also able to help out at home as needed (even without a pool).

My 7 year old is now a confident swimmer! My 4 year old has the skills she needs to keep herself safe until she’s a confident swimmer.

We love that we decided to enroll or 1 year old in classes. We bought a house with a pool and wanted to have another layer of protection. They work with myself and our child to make sure that we are comfortable in the water as my baby learns how to swim.

My granddaughters 1st lesson was not good at all. Teacher had to deal with a late, unfocused student in 3 kid class. She did NOT get much instruction. Waste of time AND money for this lesson. Her 2nd lesson was MUCH better with a different teacher.

We are so glad we enrolled our daughter in swim lessons! She learns more and more each week and we know she is increasingly aware about water safety. We LOVE AQUA-TOTS!

Aquatots is amazing! From the coaches, to the management, to the staff tending to the facility and helping parents with scheduling and answering our questions, they care so much about every person who walks through the door! Since my kids started swimming there in 2016, theyve become another family to us as they have helped teach water safety, basic swimming, and advanced skills. They definitely foster self-discipline, positive mindset, and of course a love for swimming! My daughter looks forward to beginning competitive swimming in the near future! Thank you Aquatots!!!

This facility is amazing! From their courteous receptionists to their knowledgeable and friendly swim instructors. It is very organized and clean which is what I like as well. Other swim facilities seem to focus just on form of swimming and dont do alot of real life scenarios. Aqua Tots seems to really focus on swimming skills for your childs survival and safety which I think is very important. My son enjoys the swimming and splashing and he is making great advances in his levels. I am very happy with the work and compassion the staff at this location shows and provides me and my son. Id recommend this place to any parent!

My daughter loves her swim classes. She has had several swim teachers during our time here and they have all been great. The staff is very friendly and the facility is nice and clean.

My son started lessons here when he was 10 months old, he will be a year old in a few more days. The experience so far has been wonderful. My son has been doing very well with his lessons and is progressing nicely. I am a first time mom and I have had some anxiety but the attentiveness of the instructors puts my mind at ease!

Our daughter took one month of classes. By the end of the month she had work up the confidence to swim by herself across the pool. Awesome instructors and great clean environment. We wish we could go there always, but we are no longer in the area.

We have been attending since June 2015. Daughter was 14 months old and when my son was born, he started at 12 months old. Everyone working there is professional and helpful.

Kids love it. They keep you informed and the group are small.

Currently our son is taking a swim lessons for several month now, we don’t seem that he is progressing and it is NOT showing us the result. It seems that the coaches are not showing what he did wrong. After several jumping from the pool and swimming, the coaches stop letting him to do what he does the the best. We are disappointed about this. If he keeps the same mistakes, the coaches should address the issue to him right away. We request the instructor supervisor to call us but waiting for the call.

The staff is wonderful!! They greet you with big smiles and a hello. Make you feel VERY welcome. Whole staff knows every child by their first name, they take the time to get to know each and every child. Makes the children more excited too. Friendly faces that remember who you are. Swim instructors are very professional and helps with every child weakness to help them succeed and be the best swimmers they can be. Teach all the fundamentals while making it fun/exciting. They don’t just go through the motions, they really get the kiddos engaged. My family drives 50 minutes for swim lessons, well worth the drive! Love that you have parent-toddler classes, it allows for bonding between parents and toddlers, and social interaction between other parents and toddlers, all the while learning water safety and how to swim in a chlorine-filled environment that kills any covid19 that gets accidentally gets through your cleaning cycles!

Aqua Tots has been such a great school for my 2 1/2 year old. Her coaches are incredibly patient with not just my child but the children in the class as well. In the month we have been there my daughter has thrived in her swim skills. She looks forward to her Monday and Wednesday classes! I highly recommend anyone to come take a look and try this place out.

This place is great! They have a very clean facility and the instructors are wonderful. The office staff is the friendliest group of guys I have ever seen! They greet you at the door by name and remember your kids. My kids can now swim and I feel comfortable with them around water now. They teach all aspects of swimming and water safety. My kids and I love it and they have enjoyed swimming during the winter months in the heated pool. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is!!

Great staff who are great with kids and always in a cheerful mood (helps with those terrible twos). Fees are reasonable. Weve had a few different instructors and theyve always been awesome with my kid and very patient. They teach the skills needed to survive in the water and weve actually seen our kid using those outside of the class.The facility is always clean and welcoming. I couldnt be happier with this swim school.

I am taking my four year old grandson to the Heritage Trace Location. He has attended other swim classes where he is one out of ten children and most of the time he is just waiting for his turn. No learning involved. This school is so professional and the teachers are great. The kids love the positive reinforcement they are given and are really having a good time while learning.I especially love that most of the lessons are centered around real life situations. like: if you fall in the pool, if you fall off a canoe, good safety lessons. I would recommend this swim school to anyone.

When we enrolled our granddaughter she had fun and was learning. She has been in level 6 for over a year and has had coaches changed on her several times. That not to concerning but when the new coach clears her training card out and she is essentially starting over until the new coach is satisfied. Where other coaches had signed her off another coach holds her back.The concern is raised to Aqua Tits staff and they indicate they will look into it.Level six has left her disappointments and seems to have shaken her confidence. She is 6 years old and classes for this level and 7 are very few.I have about 15 make up lessons on the books and was told if I pulled her out those lessons would be lost.What a shame her motivation is gone.No help in sight.

We have tried all of the swim schools in the area and like Aqua-Tots the best, by far. Their instruction is consistent from instructor to instructor and their pro-submersion style enabled my young son to get over his fear of water quickly. The best thing that differentiates them from other swim schools is that they work with busy parents to make things easier on them. They have a flexible make up policy and their facilities enable the parents to work or care for other siblings with ease. This place is great!

Theyve just been really helpful, theyre friendly and they have been able to help my son relax in the water, which is not an easy thing to do. Both my kids love going to their swim lessons and are making huge strides in learning to swim. And they LOVE their instructors ❤️

We wanted to find swim lessons for our only daughter since she would be around pools and water in the summer. Right after starting we felt right at home. The staff is really friendly, the environment is very positive, and they work with the kids to get them ready. One thing that really stuck out to me with aqua tots was how much they focus on safety and boundaries within and around the pool alongside swimming lessons. If you have toddlers you can understand the importance of these fundamental building blocks. Also, since taking these swimming lessons my daughter has really come out of her shell and started to make friends. I would recommend to aqua tots to everyone!

We love Aqua Tots! We enrolled our 3 y/o last summer so he could learn pool safety, and it has turned into so much more! The staff is amazing and always super helpful and he loves his coaches. Love this place, my child loves her coach David. He is firm with them during instruction, which is good when you have little ones who can be rambunctious near water. Each child is evaluated during each lesson and moved up based on their competencies and not their age. Practically brand new, slip resistant floors, toddler play area, nice seating for the parents to watch their kiddos during instruction, always kept clean, private change areas, with every accommodation that one needs! Highly recommend this facility!

My daughter looks forward to her lessons and I have seen improvement in her skills. The instructors are patient and make the lesson fun/interesting. And overall, I never had issues when unable to make a lesson and needing to reschedule. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots! We started our son in the Newborn Tadpole here when he turned 4 months old. He was gone to class once a week and is LOVING it!! I was told to start my baby as early as I could by my pediatrician as it helps with his motor skills and cognitive development! My biggest concern was to get him into a pool that was kept clean and virus free since he is soo young. AquaTots has exactly that! No to mention also great CPR certified instructors that are knowledgeable with several different age groups!! We will be continuing my sons classes here as long as we can!!

The staff here is great and we love the flexibility of scheduling makeup sessions. Our son enjoys the classes and we are seeing significant improvement in his abilities. Highly recommend Aqua-Tots!

My two daughters (ages 3 and 5) have been attending Aquatots swim school for over a year now and always look forward to their weekly lesson. They have received lessons from almost every swim instructor at this location without incident. My 5 year old, who could not swim prior to attending this school, is now a confident and fully capable swimmer. Not only do Aquatots swim lessons teach children to swim with an effective curriculum, they inspire confidence in the more shy children. As a bonus, compared to other swim schools in the area the seating area for parents is especially nice with comfortable chairs, a large viewing are, and free wifi.

Both of my kids have not only learned better swimming skills but have also learned so many safety lessons organically. The teachers are amazing, and so patient! Highly recommend this place!!

My 3-4 year old son with no swim experience is now swimming like a fish with only 3 months of weekly lessons. They are firm and on the first lesson your child will put his head under the water. Great teachers, great experience !

It has Been from 2016 my Son is going to keller aquatots. he has been in level 4 for the past 1 year 1 month. for the past 3 months there have been frequent change in teachers. every time the teacher change my son report has been completely Un check all record marks and this has happened twice in 3 months. yesterday one more new teacher who has just taken 2 classes, has removed 85 % of record marks. This is a perfect cheating. up on this they say they will privately take class and evaluate. then what happened to other previous 4 teachers who have evaluated him. These people have just cheated me and just drawn 150 USD per month for the past 1 year. no professional explanation, smart guys. i do not recommend this keller branch and who knows other might also face this kind of issues in other branches.

We love coming to this Aqua tots our daughter has been coming here since she was 10 months old and we have seen a great improvement in her swimming quality! The teachers and staff are great!

My 4 year old who was afraid to put his face in the water is now swimming under water and jumping in after only 5 lessons. They will push your child beyond their comfort level, and thats the push my child needed. Friendly staff, his favorite teacher is Kimberly.

Love this school! My 4 yr old has learned so much. The entire staff is top notch.

Their online system for schedules is highly confusing because parents can not tell the difference between a permanent class opening versus a one time cancelling. When trying to move to either a more convenient time at this location or switch to the location closer to my house, I found their system and people highly unhelpful thereby placing me in a situation that I needed to take my business somewhere else more accomdating and helpful.
