I wanted to say that I was so impressed with how quickly I received an answer to an e-mail I sent and wanted to thank Shawn who was the person who responded and thank her husband Mark for being so professional as well. Very rare these days.

This store is great. I use services several times a week and have never had a negative experience with either UPS or the staff. It can be a busy place and the ONLY negative experience is the inpatient customers. I personally have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped. Staff is always curious and helpful. Ive had valuable, irreplaceable items packed and shipped here. I find that the staff handles my shipments with accuracy and care. I highly recommend The UPS Store in Fountain Hills, AZ.

I used their notary service which was very efficient and inexpensive! Nice to have notary services also! They are always super helpful and efficient with all of their services!

I had to help a friend move quickly and hauled in a bunch of bags and boxes full of stuff. The staff at the store immediately took control, weighing and packing everything in boxes. The price was very reasonable and I was thrilled at how easy it was. No more packing and taping for me ever again!

Ive been a PO Box customer for three years and have used their other services. Friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is shared by the local USPS and its out of their control - Snowbirds who are extremely slow!Mr Sellmans review isnt truthful. UPS will not accept cash, its prohibited. So no employee saw him put cash into an envelope. I worked in air express for years with other companies than UPS. If we found cash, we alerted the DEA as it almost always was related to drug trade. I opened one envelope with $42,000 back in 1987!From UPS terms and conditions: PROHIBITED -Currency, negotiable instruments (except cheques) and money orders
