My daughter has been training for a couple of years and she loves it!. The instructors are great, and she loved her birthday party this past weekend. She has been working on her martial arts for a while and I definitely see the improvement in her confidence. I definitely recommend this studio.

My kids loves the classes here. Sensei Ben is very good with children. Ive seen some of his older students train...looks like hes pretty good with adults too. All around, a great dojo to train and learn Karate.

Sensei at this studio is absolutely amazing! He has a gift of working with kids! My son (4 years old) can be very stubborn at times. Sensei Ben can change his negative state in the matter of minutes!!! He is also increasingly in bringing out their unique gifts and talents!

My son had been taking lessons here for a year, and he has gained so much from his lessons. Self control, physical confidence as well as martial arts knowledge. He loves working with his sensei and always looks forward to class. I recommend USSD!

The instructors are very friendly, very supportive and encouraging. My son is rather looking like Kung Fu Panda then Bruce Lee, but with every session, every drop of sweat he becomes stronger person physically and mentally, becoming more confident person, and he also has a lot of fun.

I have been training here for 2 years now and absolutely enjoy everything I have learned thus far. Sensei Ben is an amazing instructor and definitely recommend this studio anyone wanting to try out this discipline.

The instructors are wonderful. My son is autistic and they help him while treating him like everyone else. My son as learned so much and since going to this dojo. I can see the respect for himself and others blossom in his social life. I highly recommend this dojo to everyone.

A Karate Dojo with Heart. The cheif instructor of this dojo is Sensei Ben Schneider. My daughter is autistic and can be difficult at times, unfocused at other times. But she was curious about Karate lessons. Ben has shown terrific patience and flexibility in doing his best to keep my daughter focused, inspired, and on track. This is the place you need to bring your loved ones to.

My daughter started at this studio about a year and a half ago and has learned so many life skills. She has become more patient, respectful, and loves to teach other students what she has learned and help them grow as well. Sensei Ben is an awesome instructor as well as an awesome guy. He is great with all the kids and has a TON of patience. He is a 2nd degree Blackbelt and it shows when he is teaching his students. I dont have enough space here to evaluate this sensei and studio. All I can say is AWESOME!
