I am beyond happy to have the staff at KinderCare in our lives. They love and support my son in so many ways. They have followed us through quite a bit over the years and their constant attentive care is much appreciated. The advise they offer when I ask and care they shower upon son is so special to me. Thank you. I recommend a tour, you will not be disappointed.

My two kids have been at this KinderCare for the last 3 years and still counting. The staff here are amazing! They are like our second family. They truly care for the kids. The locked security door to the center is one of the many reasons I chose this center. It made me feel secure knowing my kids are safe. I love that there’s fresh healthy food made in their kitchen. My daughter has food allergies and they are always so accommodating, making her alternatives on certain days. At the end of the day, when it’s time to get your kids and they don’t want to leave just yet, you know you found the right place. I’m happy we found our second home here. I trust my kids with them while I’m at work. Ms. Dianne and staff areloved by the kids and the families. I see it every day. I definitely made the right choice when I chose Fountain Valley KinderCare.

I feel very grateful to have my little one at this school. I have known the director Diane for a very long time. My oldest son who now serves in the Airforce was under her direction when he was a little guy, and I am thankful I have been blessed with another little one, and he currently attends school this school now. I love the teachers, and the activities this school provides. Miss Diane, I have know for nineteen years, and She is outstanding in many ways. I encourage other parents to come to this school, for it is a great place to be.

Everything they do for my children is in their best interest. I am so blessed to have found a center that operates in the manner in which they do. I dont know what I would do without them. The director, assistant and countless teachers have contributed greatly to the well-being and education of my girls. I thank my lucky stars every day!

I have 3 children that attend this school. They all have amazing teachers!!! You can really tell that they genuinely care about their kids and want them to learn from the infant class on up! I trust them with my children without a doubt. My children look forward to waking up and going to school everyday which makes me confident knowing that they are in good hands! *Update I know have 4 children attending this childcare center and almost 2 years from the day we started here and I am still just as happy if not more!! During this Pandemic they were considered an essential location which was great for me, it gave me an opportunity to continue taking them while I was in school and I was confident with their new changes made to follow CDC guidelines that my children were as safe as possible!! WE LOVE KINDERCARE and all of the teachers there!!

Our kids have been going here since 6 months old, and are current 2.5 and 4.5. They LOVE it here and look forward to returning every Monday. the teachers are wonderful and the center director keeps the center focused on the kids learning and being comfortable and happy. We love the optional classes, as well. One kids does spanish and the other music. its amazing to see how much they learn here every week!

Our older son attended this Kindercare for nearly 4 years and our youngest son is currently there, now over a year. I can’t say enough about how caring, professional and attentive Ms. Diane, Ms. Carly and the rest of the staff there is. They always answer all of our questions and truly care about the kids. We feel very lucky to have found this center and have recommended it to multiple families.

The teachers really make my daughters feel lovedand welcome. They have done nothing but thrive and make great memories. This center is the best and only place I trust to care for my babies.

Both of my boys attend Kinder Care FV and love it! The staff is very attentive and caring. They make learning fun for all age groups.

They teach a very well formed curriculum the kids learn quite a bit. I was surprised when my daughter came home and knew how to spell her name.Clean and secure. Parking lot can be a pain at times (the bus driver in the morning just stops in the middle and everyone has to wait for him -_-)

I miss fv kindercare. It felt like we were family and mattered. My son even misses it. We all still talk about it. If we didnt move to Yorba Linda, we would go back. Amazing and caring staff. The director really made a difference too. Wonderful women there. They truly have a heart for children.

My 3 yr old goes here for more than an year and she loves this preschool. She wants to go even on weekends, and when I drop/pick her up she hugs her teachers/friends and full of smiles and thats how I know she is in good hands.The teachers are warm and Ms.Carly was awesome. It is just the right size - I see around 8 kids per teacher and each gets the attention. From not knowing any English and first place away from home, they helped her come a long way with her vocabulary, social skills, eating, and learning.On the expensive side compared with nearby ones, but this is center-based, trustworthy and convenient for working moms (upto 6.30pm). Many times, when I arrive after her teacher leaves for the day, Ms.Heather or Jen is on top of things and can provide everyday updates.

Generally the curriculum is great. However the center director is hard to deal with! This location does not care about the education of their students. The director is more concerned about her ego! After being harassed and stalked by the director and staff memberswho only acted under the direction of their employer, (probably out of fear of losing employment ) my child was treated so poorly! I myself verbally and emotionally abused by Dianne. My child was subjected to arguments about fees they alleged i owed and her privacy and emotional welfare was violated and put on the back burner because of their greed! I would be cautious bringing your child to this school because the safety and well being of the child is not always top priority. They are quick to change their attitude when the state comes in to investigate and act accordingly only when being watched by big brother. I believe Dianne to have an alcohol problem because the behavior exhibited by her has suddenly become irrational and unhealthy. Perhaps after refusing to admit to any wrongdoing the gossip she initiated amongst staff members prohibited her from moving forward or even apologizing to a minor child for putting them under stress a child shouldnt have to even be made aware of. But after the experience weve had after attending for over a year Im truly disappointed with the actions of the school. I have concluded this is not a school that truly cares for its students it is a money hungry machine that isnt very ethical, or honest. I hate that I even have to share this, but it I can save one childs family from potential harm I hope I do. This is just my experience and generally the school is well maintained. Much is offered to help your kiddo grow and learn but not if you ever have a disagreement with Dianne. She can become violent and extremely mean! Better suck up for teacher appreciation week or you may find yourself without a daycare provider! And they certainly do take their feelings out on the student if you dont. Just watch how your child reacts or the sadness expressed after any disagreement with Dianne. It was very sad and immoral to bring a kid into a disagreement but Dianne has no issue with doing so when it comes to money.

I was searching for a preschool for my son in December 2017 then I came across this particular kindercare. So I called in and scheduled for an appointment to go get more information about the school, as I just walked in my first impression was Dirty; the floors in the waiting area and the visitors bathroom where so dirty that I was so disgusted despite it being 9am. The director came, took us for a tour in the classroom. Everything just seemed disorganized and not forgetting they had the wrong year written on the board for the kids. The kids’ bathroom where so filthy. I watched one of the kids use the bathroom while the door was wide open and the teacher didn’t care to remind him to wash his hands nor close the bathroom when using it. The director explained the school schedule and curriculum to us but my mind was already out of it all.

Aweson learning place, my daugther goes here since 3 months old shes is 2 yrs. Old now... she loves school, very smart, she talks alot using properly sentences, her cognitive development is for a 4 yrs. Old kid. Of course I teach a lot at home. We gotta work together parents/school 😘📚🏠👪
