I registered for an acls course with this provider on July 27 at 9 am. When I showed up there was no one there. I called the number and no one answered. I worked all night and actually took time to come to this class in the morning. This is extremely unprofessional. If you’re not going to open as the scheduled time then please update your schedule. This is a waste of my time and I’m a returning customer. Very disappointed and definitely won’t come again.

Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely attentative to my needs considering the short staffing and COVID-19 requirements. I am very happy with my first time experience at 911 Medical Education and will return in the future for my ACLS and BLS renewals.

Ilene is so compassionate. She met my special needs so that I could get the certification I needed. She is a blessing from Jesus!!! John was also my instructor. He is so funny and kind! Very kind, professional, knowledgeable staff!!! You will know how to save a life before you leave. The class is not long and boring like most BLS classes.

Not crowded, holds classes several times per week. Class was as painless as possible. American heart association approved.

I took my ACLS/BCLS renewal course here last week and was so impressed with this company and the instructor. The business is really nice and professional and they had plenty of dummies and equipment so I don’t think you would ever need to take turns with other students. Plus they offer free snacks and drinks so you have everything you need while you’re there. My instructor was Ilene and she was wonderful! I took my class right before New Years so I was the only student there and got a private lesson. She knew the material like the back of her hand and taught me helpful mnemonics to help me remember the medications I mix up. She made the class fun and I actually learned new things even though this was my renewal. A helpful tip that Ilene told me: they can sometimes do a private class of adjust the time of a class if needed-so don’t let schedule limit your options.
