The spanish lady that sits and pretends she’s busy has no respect to answer the phone or to talk to customers professionally. She always has an attitude for no reason. My driving instructor canceled and did not call to tell me they canceled the lesson. Not professional at all. Find a different school.

The communication with the office is horrible they never return your calls after leaving messages. Henry the driving teacher is great he teaches u everything you need to know. He is a kind and patient person he is determined to help you by explaining how u can improve upon your mistakes. I definitely recommend you request Henry as a driving instructor.

This place is great! I was pretty much clueless when it came to driving before I came here but all my instructors were very patient with me and took their time making sure I was confident behind the wheel. The staff is all very friendly and created a welcoming environment, especially for me because I’m generally a very shy person. I was very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to drive in a relaxed setting!

The instructors that I had were very nice and helped me pass my test with ease on my first try. Very satisfied with the classes and the price was very affordable too. Would recommend to anyone looking to pass their road test!!

The car doesn’t work.

The driving instructors I had with them were all great. Marlon, Jaquan, Raphael and Henry were all very professional and accommodating. They helped me so much with my confidence. I’m 40 yrs old and just starting to drive because I was always nervous and afraid. But that changed so much when I did the driving lessons with these guys.I passed my road test at first try and I am over the moon. I couldn’t have done it without their help. So I’m very thankful.The prices and bundles they have are great. The office doesn’t answer phone calls often nor returns them which is annoying but overall my experience with the lesson itself was great. I highly recommend them.

So I was walking across tulip Ave in floral Park and an accurate driving school is going north bound with an instructor and student. Their is a crosswalk with flashing yellow lights to stop for pedestrians. Well the driver doesnt stop and keeps going and the instructor yells out the window at us some profanity. This location was at Iris and tulip Ave. You might want to consider a different driving school.

Very unprofessional. Every time you call the office no one answers or you’re sent straight to voice mail. The owner is obsessed with money and doesn’t care about inconveniencing his customers. The only good part about this driving school was Henry. Almost every lesson I was given a different instructor with a completely different teaching style, which left me confused what was the ‘right way’ to drive every time. Henry taught me the best and I learned the most from him. He teaches you what you need to know for the road test. The 5 hour class was poorly taught and I barely learnt anything from it. I learned more about driving going with my own parents and what I learned from Henry. I suggest you take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time with this atrocity of a business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Accurate Driving School in Franklin Square is the most unprofessional business that I have dealt with in a while.My daughter had a driving lesson scheduled for 9:00 and her test is scheduled for Laurelton at 10:15 - the instructor has not shown up or communicated with us as to their whereabouts. The business office is not open until 10:00 and the voicemail is full.They confirmed her appointment last night, so I’m not jumping the gun.This is not how you treat an anxious teenager on one of the bigger days of their life, so far.

They have good instructors like Raphael Diaz. But their admin/front desk receptionist lady is rude and unprofessional, no flexibility at their end and kept asking for changing the committed schedule. Will not recommend if you have any alternate.

After many lessons(approxiately 45-50) and trying 3 different driving schools I passed my test thanks to Henry. Henry is a great instructor. As you are driving he gives you advice on your driving and also keeps you informed on traffic signs. He teaches you techniques as you go along. I also had the opportunity to drive with Raphael. Raphael taught me how to parallel park. Thank you Accurate Driving School. I can finally drive!

Today I passed my road test, and I owe it all to Henry. He really is an amazing instructor. I remember my very first lesson with him and each lesson I felt myself getting better. I highly recommend if your coming to accurate make sure you ask for Henry you won’t regret it !

Henry is an amazing instructor. Starts off right away teaching you everything you need to know. Not just to pass the road test (which I passed with a 95) but to just be a safe and cautious driver. And the Saturday secretary is amazing. 10/10 would recommend

This is an excellent school. Marlon and the other instructors are knowledgeable and patient. If you want to get your class B CDL this is the place to go. Very reasonably priced.

Raphael is amazing. He teaches very well and he is calm. I learned a lot from him. He will teach you how to properly turn your steering wheel correctly which will help you turn left and right with ease. I passed my road test and I am so happy.

Henry was my instructor. He is charismatic. He helped me a lot to lose my nerves. He was a good teacher. The day of the road test Henry did not work but Rafael took me to the test. He is also very kind. I passed the test and can only say that it was thanks to Henry.

Horrible place! Nothing but a complete Racist! We went there today to sign up for lessons and road test, the woman sitting at the front desk completely ignored us. When we entered the office, she was talking all nicely with two Caucasians customers explaining everything in detail. Once they left and we headed to her to inquire, she literally turned to her computer and started typing. Didn’t even look at us, she had already seen us and because we are colored she just disregarded us as if we didnt exist. Pointing at the flyers sitting on the table and said, without looking at us, take one of that all the information is on the flyer. I stood there looking at her and not once she turned her face. And then I said to her, it seems like youre too busy to attend colored customers, but you had plenty of time to attend to customers before us. And we left, but she didnt bother at all to stop us or talk to us. Never again going to this horrible place or suggest anyone to go to this horrible place. A small-minded Bigot!

I took my five hour class, one lesson and took their car to my driving test. My instructor Junior was amazing. He gave me tips on how to pass and gave me confidence to pass my driving test. I passed with a perfect score on my first try. I recommend this driving school to all.

I had Henry as my instructor. He is very amazing and helpful. If you just follow what he tells you, youre in good shape.👌👌👌👌When you do something bad, he will tell you how to fix and how to do it right. I had a great experience and I definitely recommend him.👍👍👍👍

Henry was the greatest instructor. He made me feel very comfortable on the road. Request him if you want lessons. While taking my road test I felt comfortable that I was fully prepared. And I passed on my first try.

Cheap prices. Teacher is good. But when you try to call them, its always a problem. They either never pick up, or tell you to wait... Then never pick up again afterwards.

I had many lessons needed to get my drivers license for my job back in 2007 or I would be fired. Lessons help me get my license on the first test after NEVER driving before. I was able to keep my job! Thank u Accurate!!!!

I procrastinated about getting a license because of my fear of failing the road test. After taking just a few lessons with Accurate Driving school, I passed on my first try! I took lessons with Marlon and Junior. Both are great - patient, professional and took a lot of time to answer every little question I had. They also had good tips on how to pass the exam.My mom also took some lessons with them and is ecstatic about passing her road test today. Thanks so much for taking care of her!

So i took only 4 lessons with Henry, and let me tell you, I passed with a perfect score on my first try! Hes not a boring instructor. He gets straight to business! I would TOTALLY recommend him to anyone! I just really wish that theyll get a different secretary( the one from Mon-Fri) she messes EVERYTHING UP. The secretary thats there on Saturdays is an Angel! So Call and make your appointments on Saturdays! :)

I came to Accurate Driving School to get my Class B Commercial License. The process with them was great and, didnt experience any problems. The instructors were excellent as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their CDL.

I went to this driving school to get my license. I took some driving licenses with a driving instructor by the name Henry, he is the most charismatic, best conversationalist, focused and funny instructor youll ever meet. His the best, I recommend him as a driving instructor to everyone!!!!

Where do I start, this place is extremely unprofessional and they love wasting their customer’s time. I’ve had to reschedule my driving lesson twice because they just somehow forgot that i scheduled it, the 1st time, they just blatantly forgot and just said sorry. 2nd time THEY SENT ME TO THE WRONG PLACE, I had my appointment in laurelton but I guess they FORGOT again and sent me to garden city and of course I couldn’t take it in garden city because it WASNT SCHEDULED THERE, it was in LAURELTON. Another annoying thing is their phone situation, it takes me AT LEAST 30 minutes for them to finally pick up the phone.The only good thing about this school is the teachers. After that this school is very unprofessional and lacks awareness of their embarrassing business. STAY AWAY!

I passed my road test first try. Raphael is an amazing instructor. Very patient and kind - he exudes positive energy. He will work with you to make you pass your road test and teach you skills to be an overall safe driver. He will tell you the do’s and don’ts for the road test. I highly recommend him!

My boyfriend sought this school out for CDL driving lessons. He took seven lessons with this school and passed on the first try. They know what they are doing here ! Pricing for lessons here are unbeatable and they are very accommodating. 2 thumbs up accurate!!

Very disappointed.... son had 8 lessons...almost each with a different car and different instructors.Took his road test and failed...after being told BY the instructors that he is advanced...Was told his road test wss one time and was supposed to have a lesson before, then last minute cancelled his lesson and realized his road test was an hour sooner than they told us...They also LEFT my son at the road test site, finding his own way home....SO DISAPPOINTED...NOT WORTH $$1 star is to much..

This is the worst business on Long island. Where do I start there is to many to list. They are cheap and you get what you pay for.They never answer the phone.They never return Voicemails.They have the driving class twice a weekwhichis fine but the one in FS is alwaysfull and you have to trek to Freeport.Oh, then you are told you have to pick upyour certificate at Freeport but it wontbe ready the same day as the classbecause they always run out.Then when you call them they dont answer.Then they dont call you back.Then when you finally get to go back toFreeport they check the computer anddont have your information.Then you are told you could have picked itup in FS.Then when you get to the FS office they tellyou they dont have your info OH ANDyou didnt pay yet, but then you showthem a paid bill. But still no certificate.THEN when your driving lessons areScheduled they dont show up and onceagain they dont answer the phone.WORST COMPANY EVER, BEWARE

Abigail is very helpful, shell use everything in her power to help you out...Henry is a master....He got my son his drivers license in 4 class, even if my son has never driven before... after one month of driving, my son drives like a master...

I went to Accurate Driving School for my CDL, I took 5 lessons and I was pleased with every lesson. The instructor Marlon was excellent and taught me a lot as I was unfamiliar with any of the rules/regulations. I highly recommend this school to anyone that is seeking their CDL. The pricing is reasonable and you will learn a lot. Needless to say I passed my test today!

These people teach to check battery compartment when it’s not allowed in New York to check the battery compartment because it’s located on the left in the road way!!!!
