My granddaughter attends Fredericksburg Childrens Academy, the management and teachers always greet her with a warm greeting upon arrival and are always so happy. The care that is provided and the information we receive daily through the app help to reassure that her day is always great and filled with learning. I highly recommended Fredericksburg Childrens Academy to all families.

We love this school. In a time when parents were worried about jobs and managing life and children- they created the most wonderful kindergarten program. Not only are they following all VA guidelines, but they make sure my kids feel loved and safe. Miss Brittany, the kindergarten teacher, along with Miss Jane and Miss Brandi- make sure we know everything they are doing on a daily basis and send home detailed reports. We are so lucky and so grateful this class was created, our kids have that routine and normalcy while the world has been disrupted. Thank you FCA!!

We love this school! Our daughter cannot wait to get to daycare every morning! She absolutely loves all the fun activities in the curriculum and the wonderful teachers in her class. I love this school because the people in the front office are very sweet and respond quickly. The playgrounds and healthy food choices are also a big plus. I cant recommend this facility enough.

The experience that Fredericksburg Childrens Academy has given my son this far leaves my family amazed. He came home singing a Spanish color song on his first day along with explaining to us the importance of being a good friend. Let me not forget to mention with all the Covid precautions they have set in place my family feels very safe & at ease with sending him out during these tough times, the fact he came home and showed us how to correctly wash our own hands reassured us that these procedures are being demonstrated and done daily. Amazing staff, everyone knows his name and seems to always be very pleasant and happy. I could go on and on but to sum it up I give this school 5 stars, the best Preschool around town hands down.

Our son is enrolled in the kindergarten program at FCA and it has been wonderful. They are very responsive and provide us with regular communication. The facilities are well kept and the staff is great. Ms. Brittany is the kindergarten teacher and shes awesome. My son has learned a lot in the two months he has been a student there. Most importantly, he is having fun. He also really enjoys the food and the meals there have expanded his palate, which has been an unexpected benefit.

My husband and I are so happy that we enrolled our sweet girl at FCA! They are consistently going above and beyond with our precious little ones. They always find the most creative ways to make learning so much fun.

I’m going to brag on the girls day care and teachers for a minute....they are amazing. My transition back to work was difficult for all of us because we’ve been together (day in and day out) the last several months. The staff has been awesome. On days where we sleep in and forgot to do hair, they come home with the cutest pig tails or braids, if they are having a rough morning we get messages and pictures with them having a great day, the kids are always greeted by name every day... it’s the little things and they truly don’t go unnoticed!!!!

My daughter has been enrolled at FCA since she was about 4 months old. We have had nothing but exceptional care for her. I do not worry throughout the day because I know she LOVED by everyone at FCA. They make us feel like family.

This place of education and care invokes excitement in these children each and everyday! My child wakes up chanting “school school school” because of his desire to attend and interact not only with his “friends” but all of the staff including Miss Jane. It really feels like home away from home for parents and children. The amount of activities and learning opportunities provided each day has promoted and resulted in growth socially, mentally and physically. And I am very proud that we did our research and picked the perfect “school” to care for our child while we are at work. We could not be happier or more comforted knowing we are dropping him off at a place filled with care and true love for these children.

So thrilled with FCA and the kindergarten program. The school is awesome at communication. We get detailed updates in the app daily, and other communications sent home in written form or via email. The few times we have reached out with questions or concerns they have been addressed by our teacher or the school director promptly. We love that FCA values physical activity and outside time. We are impressed to see the things our son is learning and love that school shares things with us so that we can reinforce at home. Our son is happy and thriving in FCA’s kindergarten program and we have truly found a “home” away from home.

Absolutely love love love it here! My sons been going since February 2019, and it’s the only place I trust him to be at. Everyone is patient and loving. I get updates frequently which I really appreciate.My sons a year and a half and he’s been learning sign language that they teach with songs. I’ve stuck around a few times just to get a feel for what they do and just love it.

We absolutely love Fredericksburg Children’s Academy! The teachers and staff are all so nice and welcoming! We previously were at a smaller daycare so we were nervous at first since this school was much larger. We quickly learned that we had nothing to worry about!! They are one big happy family here! It doesn’t matter who is sitting at the front desk, my child is greeted by name every morning! The app is amazing! You get real time updates every day with activities, pictures and notes about what your child is learning through the day.

I loved it here! This group made us feel like family. And the set up they have for the different subjects is something you cant find everywhere. It makes it a unique daycare facility. Only reason why Im gone is because it isnt in our school district and my child is now school age :( I miss them already!

Can not say enough good things about this school! If you want your child to learn and be well taking care of then look no further! ALL of the teachers treat you like family. Both of our daughters started here at 2. I think it was possible the best decision we have made for them so far concerning their education.

My son loves all the teachers he has had. They all treat the kids like they are their own. It warms my heart to have such caring people looking over him.Plus they have a clean facility. They have an outstanding curriculum. The price includes snacks and healthy lunches. This place is phenomenal. We drive 30min to take him there when there are several places closer by because we love it that much.

My daughter Beaux loves going to “school” and has really bonded with her new teachers, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Alyssa. They do such a great job keeping me updated on her development and take such good care of her!

The entire staff is so friendly with no shortage of smiling faces every day! There are not many people/places I trust my daughter with but when she is at FCA I know she is in good hands.

Both my boys have been there since 6 months of age. They are a very caring and understanding group there. My boys and I love everyone there. I would be scared to go anywhere else.

I was initially nervous about putting my son in daycare (then 8 months). He loves FCA! His face lights up every time we drive up in the morning. Everyone greets him by name when we walk in, including the director. His teachers love him and you can tell everyone that works there genuinely loves children. And my son is always still smiling when we pick him up at the end of the day. I highly recommend Fredericksburg Children’s Academy. I couldn’t be happier about our decision for him to go there.

This is the first daycare experience for my 2 year old daughter. She has learned so much and I feel comfortable that my daughter is in safe hands. The teachers send me updates and photos of her periodically. I couldnt be happier with her care!

Hands down the best Preschool in town. Loving teachers and Directors that care about and love the children like they were their own. My son learned so much and never wants to leave when I pick him up. So glad we found FCA!!

Would not recommend. I can only speak for the school age group but summer camp was awful for my daughter. Do not expect that there will be any of the planned / scheduled activities. Its either color on a piece of paper or color on another piece of paper. Its always dirty in the room and it looks like a large petrie dish where they keep the school age kids. Counselors are kind but under staffing causes limitations. Admin staff does not provide supplies for the activities listed on the schedules and the food menus are never correct. You are taking you chances. Had to take my daughter out early out of camp because she was miserable. I asked for assistance several times and a few times they helped but other times it was just in one ear and out the other.

Best of the Best! From the great curriculum, the best teachers and awesome management!! Cant be beat!

We have been FCA parents for almost 2 years now. We moved our daughter there around 2.5 from a work daycare, and the experience has been a complete 180 (in a greatway!) - excellent communication, caring teachers & a great learning environment. Our daughter Is always so excited to go to school, and see her friends (teachers included). The preschool curriculum helps keep her engaged and participating in each subject. I love the fact that they rotate classes so the kids are getting a change of environment pretty often during the day. The staff is kind and understanding. We always recommend FCA to friends!

My wife and I are so grateful for the staff of FCA. Both of our boys have attended FCA since they were very young. We honestly can’t say enough kind things about the wonderful people that work there. They treat our children like family and provide a loving, safe place for our kids. Not everyday as a parent goes as expected, but the staff at FCA are always there to help and make the day better. If you are looking for a daycare that you can truly trust, look no further.

We love Fredericksburg Childrens Academy. Our daughter started there in Pre-K. We loved that the Pre-K offered a full day, and was a perfect transition to elementary school. Now our 6 month old son attends and will continue through pre-k. We love the family feel of the center, and how the staff knows each child’s name. We love that the staff treat our children as their own. It is a good feeling to know when I leave early in the morning my children are well taken care of.

My son has been at FCA for three years now, from 4 months old to 3.5 years and counting. There is so much to love about this daycare! I initially chose it for the small, segmented nursery rooms; some daycares feel so hectic for the littlest babies, but at FCA they’re in small rooms of their own with on-demand schedules and super talented caretakers. The gradual growth in classroom size and curriculum through toddler, twos, and into preschool is well suited to development, and kept my son challenged but comfortable. The staff at FCA have partnered with us in all aspects of his growth, from learning to walk, to potty training, to academic and social skills, and even through some medical issues he faced as a toddler that required treatment during the school day. The facilities and food are great, and the director and assistant director are super engaged. All of the staff truly care about my kid and it definitely shows. I really can’t say enough great things about what a nurturing, safe, and engaging place FCA is.

Fredericksburg Childrens Academy (FCA) has been and continues to be the best daycare and pre-school in the greater Fredericksburg area. The faculty and staff are well trained, thoughtful and the most caring people. I fully trust them with my children not only for their early childhood education, but for their health and wellbeing. Staff members are quick to address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. The faculty use the latest early childhood development techniques and genuinely care about the character of the children in their care. EXCELLENT care, excellent and caring staff, SAFE environment and peace of mind that my daughter is actually learning and not just hanging out with a sitter. It was very difficult for my daughter to adjust after her previous school closed down, but we are very happy with FCA and she is excelling more and more each day. Thank you FCA!

We love Fredericksburg Childrens Academy! We have a baby now in Infants Two and a 4 yr old in Pre School. Weve been with them for a year now. Our Preschooler has learned so much. And they are always sending home cute art projects. The thing that stands out the most though is the staff. Admin staff and teachers are so genuinely caring and loving. Our kids are in good hands. Wed recommend FCA to everyone!
