Our daughter Charlea was enrolled from four months to 16 months. She loved it there and absolutely thrived! Wonderful daycare facility with amazing staff all around!

Management has been ever changing over the past two years. It makes it difficult on the kids and I’ve recently been underwhelmed with the care. One of the women working the front desk wont even acknowledge you upon arrival unless you start the communication first. Its odd... One of my sons was so miserable there that I ended up unenrolling him and finding a part time preschool. My other son went from loving school and missing it on the weekends, to begging me not to go. There are, of course, a few amazing teachers who make it worthwhile. Miss Tammy and Miss Elise have been incredible and a breath of fresh air. I feel like they should definitely be acknowledged for the hard work they do. Honestly, if it wasnt for them loving my kid so much and the friends he has made, I would unenroll him too.

The assistant director Ms. Jessica is always so helpful the staff here are very warm and loving to the children which is amazing! The only complaint I would say is that the director is always sitting in her office on her cell phone, and never even acknowledges me when I walk in.

We are very pleased with our experience at Minnieland at Southpoint. The Director Gretchen is amazing! She really knows the kids and is active in the center, not just sitting in an office. We really like the childcare providers in our son’s Toodler Explorer room as well! Destiny is Wonderful, and truly cares about the kids. I also LOVE the Precious Status updates. I like that they keep us informed of what he’s eating, when he’s napping, and LOVE the pictures they send us the activities he’s doing! The peace of mind knowing he is in good hands is probably my favorite thing about Minnieland.
