So happy we went through Pick Osso Driving School to get my teenage son his behind the wheel instruction and license. The communication was great as we firmed up a good time for our family to do the instruction. We had to reschedule several times and they were so accommodating and understanding. My son had Michelle and LOVED her! He was a little nervous of course but she quickly put his mind at ease and he actually had a lot of fun and learned a lot. We couldnt be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend Pick Osso Driving School and especially Michelle! Thanks!

We had a great experience with Pick Osso Driving School. My son had nothing but positive things to say about his instructor, Drew. We were grateful for a positive experience during a global pandemic. While everything was still shut down, Mr. Osso did a great job communicating with the parents of the kids who were waiting for things to open back up again.

All lessons were professional and engaging. Michelle is the BEST an incredibly fun to learn from. 100% would recommend her and Pick Osso!

I have had 3 of my children go through Pick Osso. Ms. Elliott and Mr. Balog where their instructors. Every one of my kids received great instruction and the utmost professional service. They were always on time. I saw a real increase in confidence and rules of the road after they were finished. I suggest anyone looking for a driving school use Pick Osso

The service was horrible and the waiter dropped my soda before i even ordered one. They called me a stinky and a poo poo brain putting me in a deep state of depression of which i m unable to recover from. If you know anyone who can help me with my condition please help me. my symptoms include chronic saddens whenever i have a responsibility, and unavailability to do any mildly vigorous work he also called me the n word FIVE STARS WONDERFULL

I had a problem with the court date as well. Mr. Osso gave me and my parents clear instructions as well as paperwork to follow if we did not get a court date by a certain date. He also told the other student and the parents the same thing when he gave them their license. We followed the directions and received a court date 2 weeks later. As for the post below by the wawros, I wonder how much bad food they eat by not checking the expiration date? Most times following simple directions solves a lot of problems.

Awesome driving school!! They was willing to work around my sons school and work schedule with no problem.When I called them with a question they responded back in a timely matter with an answer.I highly recommend this driving school👍🏼👍🏼not to even mention the prices are reasonable

Unfortunately for Jake and his Mom, they did not read the directions that were placed at the top of his temp license. The directions clearly stated to call 3 months into the 6 month time period that the license was valid. They however chose an alternate plan which was to wait until there was 1 week left on the eligibility. His paperwork was sent to Richmond and was not processed. Richmond DMV realizes this happens and that is why they place the 3 month disclaimer on the temp. license. Please continue using Pick Osso for your teenagers driving needs. On a side note, I discourage you from using Jake or his Mom in any situation where reading directions are concerned.

Best school and behind the wheel ever. The best defensive driving techniques, instructors that connect with students, answer all questions-just perfect. I highly recommend for those learning to drive.

Do not choose PicK Osso Driving School! My Court date never came in the mail. I called the DMV headquarters and they said that they had no record of my permit. So I called Mr. Osso and he was very upset because he mailed the permit information in, weeks ago. Turns out he did not. So right before my permit expired, I had to go wait in the DMV for 2 hours, when I got up to the window, the women says Yep, this happens all the time with Pick Osso, he never sends in the information. So unless you want to rush to the DMV and wait there for 2 hours dont choose Pick Osso driving school.In response to Mr. Ossos Review: Mr. Osso why are you reviewing your own business as a 5 star? We did call the DMV before the 90 days but theh told us to wait.
