This is one of the best dojos in the country in my opinion. Sure they have the medals to back it up, but that isnt their focus. They foster leadership, accountability, discipline and so much more. It is about family, friends and hard work. Many of the kids graduating this year have been with the team since they were 4 or 5 years old. I would 100% recommend trying this place out. Adults and kids both.

Wonderful place for children to grow in confidence, strength, and leadership. Weve been there long enough now to see new students become mentors. The growth in character is real.

Chuck Wall is one of the best Judo coaches in the country. He actively helps other coaches around the nation develop their schools and athletes. You are so lucky to have found this place. I was traveling to Wall 2 Wall. I had a great time training at that facility. everyone was very welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. I look forward to training here next time. Great instructors and friendly family atmosphere. Not everyone who can do, can teach. Sensai Chuck is extremely apt in all aspects of judo. Teaching comes naturally and he genuinely cares for his students. If you, your children want to have fun, be physically and mentally challenged, build character, learn humility, patience and respect, then this is the place for you. Not sure how you can measure the value of the benefits my children have received from being part of the Wall2Wall family but I can say the benefits are more than the monthly dues.

In the 20 years since I started going martial arts, I have rarely found a better instructor that Sensei Chuck Wall. His technique is outstanding, but what separates him from others are three things: his thorough knowledge of the application of the techniques, his ability to integrate technique practice into each activity (from warm-ups onward in the class), and his ability to connect and motivate students of any age or skill level. He has created a positive environment where students can spar and compete without demeaning or discouraging each other. Whether youre a parent looking for a physical activity that teaches life lessons, an athlete looking to get word-class training for competition, or an adult looking for a place to get a great workout while challenging yourself, youll find it at Wall 2 Wall. We love Judo here! The Walls are amazing with the kids. Sensei Chuck goes beyond just teaching Judo by incorporating behavior expectations outside the mat. Overall great value.

Chuck Wall is by far one of the most dedicated and professional Judo coaches I have met to date. In a sport like Judo, the character and dedication of the coach does matter.Chuck is great with the kids and its obvious that they respect and enjoy his coaching style.

Best place for families, children and adults, to learn Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from top grade instructors. Youll be hard pressed to find a better dojo/school in Northern Virginia. Sensei Wall, owner and operator, is one of the coolest men in the world, affable and professional. Mr. Kiedaisch, BJJ instructor, is equally as great as Sensei Wall, who will make you feel like your apart of a family. My family and I will be lifetime members. Best thing: NO CONTRACTS!
