This is a great place to train Authentic Chinese Kung Fu. Sifu Eric is great, very passionate, knowledgeable and very traditional about the art of Wing Chun itself. I have been looking for a place like this for years and I am glad I found this place. It is a must to come check it out and give it a try. It will change you for the better in many ways.

After 2 months of training, I definitely have felt a difference physically and mentally! I started training Moy Yat Ving Tsun down in Richmond my last year of high school, unfortunately college took over my finances and my time and had to shift my focus. 20 years later I have since moved to Fredericksburg and every 6 months or so I had looked for a Ving Tsun nearby to continue my training.
