I worked with Szabo and Ryan to sell my house. The open communication, fast moving process with pictures, listing, and scheduling open houses was seamless. They’re very personable, they don’t BS you and worked a good deal for me. They work quick, detailed, and efficient. They provide you a net sheet throughout the process listing everything that is being paid out, they’re very transparent. Another good thing is that they have lots of resources, in terms of good contractors that do good work. For example, I needed a deep cleaning done and they scheduled if for me and made my life easy. When your selling your house, you have personal things going on such as work, family matters etc, and some realtors only seem to think your only obligation is doing what you need to do to make them their commission. One year later (April-ish 2020), I was quarantined due to the Coronavirus and saw a post about a home I thought was pretty. I downloaded the Keller Williams app and started looking at homes for fun. Steven was very proactive and helped oversee the whole process (there were many repairs and improvements needed) - he made recommendations to improve the value of the home, coordinated with local contractors, and checked on the property frequently to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. It was a long process but once the house was ready it made a big impression and we quickly got several offers.
