Worst......worst... worst Experience . These people will simply ROB you.My story is - I deposited $560 in mid of Oct for my daughters preschool admission to start from Nov-1. But due to my consulting work we need to relocate to another state by end of Oct. And we did notify them as soon as we came to know about our relocation and asked to REFUND the deposit.But they simply said that we didnt gave two weeks notice and backed out, so they will not refund any amount (technically my daughter DIDNT EVEN START GOING to school).My point is there may be some mistake/delay from my end, but that doesn’t mean you will charge full deposit amount. I was expecting at least 50-75% of the total deposit amount as refund, but these people are very rude, not communicative, no proper co-ordination between themselves.Other bad part was the franchise keeps on changing without any notice to parents. Old and New managements are out of sync. No one knows how much deposit was done, what happened earlier etc. etc.I would never refer any Genius Kids location to any of friends and family.RESPONSE to your comment:My review was for Civic Center location. Seems you are a new management again. This is what i raised as my concern that ownership changes very often at your end and leads lot of miscommunication. I do have the whole email conversations with your old/new team.The BIGGEST BUGGY part is old and new managements are totally out of sync dont handover things properly and you people dont have proper records as well from older management.
