We had a very frustrating experience with this camp. The drop off/pick up was extremely chaotic. They were supposed to do stem learning activities and play basketball but instead had the kids watching movies. Extremely disappointing and when we contacted customer service they were very unresponsive. We pulled the kids out after ONE day of camp instead of keeping them there that week.

This business is awful. No matter how much you think you might like the look of their programming, I should highly suggest steering clear. Classes themselves are mediocre. Customer service is awful. Its impossible to change and cancel a class. Thing they say theyll handle, they dont. Ive wasted so much time for so little gain. Just, choose something else for your kid and for your own sanity - Anything else.

Stay away from this camp. The way how they run this business is extremely un-reliable. They will cancel your class or change date and location without any advance notice. I showed up at the location this morning to find out the class I registered got cancelled.

This camp that is just a mess. My son originally enrolled in one campus, that has been changed a day before camp started. When we arrived on Monday, the camp just overflowing with kids, too many for the size of the campus, counselors were everything BUT welcoming, and it felt like they didnt know what to do with the kids or being interesting in knowing them. The camp he was registered in had been cancelled, but they didnt told us, to move him to the Minecraft camp without checking with me first! My son was indoors without me knowing! (I registered for outdoors activities). My 8 years had to spend the day with five years old, he was bored all day! This camp is expensive for no reason, no food was given, not even snacks, and no material was used either, for $100 per day!

Steer clear of this camp! We had an emergency travel come up and I had to cancel my sons camp. I emailed them and they assured me that I will get a refund. I never received the refund and now theyre saying I did not cancel 14 days before the start of camp. Poor customer service and classes are run poorly.

Avoid this camp if you can afford. While the soccer session is cancelled, the camp just moved my kid to the Roblox session without my permission. When we found out and canceled the camp, camp office agreed on full refund. However, after more than two weeks, we are still struggling with the customer support specialist for the refund.

They hide the refund policy in FAQ section, it is very hard to find it. Be careful, it is not refundable, bad service. I registered two camps a few days ago, now they refuse to refund it.Update: They promise to refund by the end of May but it never happened, now no one replies the email and phone call. I am going to dispute the charge and report to BBB. Be careful to sign up any camp!

DO NOT SIGN UP.  This is my first negative review on Google of any business.  I signed up my son for a Python coding class ($595) way back.  When Covid happened, due to health concerns for my son and an ailing grandparent, I cancelled and asked for a refund.  Why a refund?  Because 1) I made the cancellation with TWO and a half months advance notice, 2) there was never a no cancellation policy and 3) no service or good has EVER been exchanged.  The class never happened.I was promised a refund reluctantly after several emails.  This refund never happened.  KidztoPros will just have you email a contact with some phony reply so you hang on and on waiting for a response or action.  They have no problems charging your credit card (happens quick) yet NEVER delivering the service promised.  Its total robbery!  I am going to dispute this with my bank.  Check BBB to see if they are even legit and be wary of any positive reviews.  At best, what you are probably getting is glorified babysitting in the disguise of a class.  AVOID AVOID.

Some reviews (at least 10) are a request made from the owner for employees to give a 5 star review. Be careful!

Commenting on the incident when the tooth came out (Shuchao). The camp owners reply includes this mention The incident with the tooth, he was playing with another child and the other child did not realize how harmful that experience was.. This is concerning as a parent, because it indicates that the camp instructors cannot manage interactions between children. Camp instructors have to be trained to lay out the ground rules of safety with the kids, and give some examples as to what is acceptable behavior and what is not. They should also tell kids that if another kid is hurting them, they should yell as loud as they can Stop, it hurts and keep yelling stop and help until the other kid stops and instructors should attend immediately. This is what I tell my child, but some kids may be shy to do that at camp, so if the instructors explicitly tell the kids to do that, then kids will feel that its OK and will be less likely to feel shy about it. There are some processes that need to be put in place to ensure safety, and instructors have to be trained, and management has to supervise to make sure that all instructors run their camps per the processes and ground rules. Many camps just throw kids together and have the attitude that accidents happen but guess what? Accidents can be avoided with the right prevention, and if an organization wants to be in the business of caring for kids, then they should realize that there is a whole safety component that requires planning. Risk planning involves laying out everything that can go wrong and how it can be mitigated, set processes, training and procedures in order to minimize the risk of harm to children, losing children, wrong person picking up the kids, etc. Its interesting how very few camps actually go through that whole preventive exercise and just wait for bad things to happen before taking action.
