Big multiple job in one office. No one call responding. No emplyees! . Lenovo dealer who dose not accepted my warranty even Lenovo headquarter accepted

This authorized Lenovo dealer is probably the most horrible out of them all. All they did was stall and stall. Go to Geek Squad in Best Buy as they are more suitable to fix your machine. The people at MultiScope IT did not even ask me permission to ship the computer to a manufacturer factory. I was told that they would get a replacement battery shipped and fixed within a week. They shipped it without my permission and when I asked the employee, he said when is signed the Lenovo warranties. He had the right to send the computer to a Lenovo Manufacturer factory without my permission. They ended up losing my computer during the shipping process. If they had asked me if they could ship my laptop, I would have said no and this wouldnt have happened. I asked a Lenovo Representative on the official Lenovo Website and they said that was not allowed and I should file a missing item report on my computer to the POLICE as they kept stalling. In the end, DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRENDOUS REPAIR PLACE.EDIT: They asked me to delete the review but I didnt sign a NDA agreement so I can talk as freely as I want about this trash repair shop. They first offered me 300$ as they lost it which is less than 50% of what I bought it for and keep in mind the laptop was 9 months old. I ended up negotiating up to $600 which was only 80% of what I bought it for. I lost my upgraded RAM another 50$. They also offered a old computer.(What a joke). They also said they would pay the full amount but I would have to pay them back to when they found my laptop. Basically a loan for time. I will also provide screenshots with the conversation with the Lenovo Representative. For the MultiScope IT employees, YOU CANT SILENCE THE TRUTH FROM THE PEOPLE!!!!!
