I was looking for a 2 hour crash course and driving test package. I had asked them to assign the same instructor in both the days. My instructor along with giving me the tips to pass the driving test at redwood city, he made me focus on good driving habits. He was always on time. He gave me 30 mins warm up before the test and boosted my confidence. He was very patience and pointed out the mistakes I was making. I passed the test!!!I recommend this driving school.

If you’re wondering why a driving school with a very 1.0 website has so many 5 star reviews, the kudos go to the absolutely fantastic instructors, in my case, Veronica.Be patient with the website when you pay online: the confirmation leads to a broken page, with no instructions on how to schedule, but they did get your request, and someone will (eventually) get on the line or reply to your message to call back to schedule, though it might take some persistence and a few days, since they don’t have a receptionist right now either due to COVID.However, as I can’t rave enough about my instructor, I will instantly change my review to five stars once they fix the bug on their payment confirmation page, which hopefully says they prefer to do the scheduling over the phone. She came to pick me up for a two hour crash course to start at my house and I was very nervous, but she was incredibly patient.She really eased me into it at a pace that I felt comfortable with. Yet she gave me just the right tips, course and instructions to quickly build up my skills for the test by the end of the two hours.She even took me on the route that the DMV uses, and coached me patiently the entire two hours on the skills that they would be checking. Since the test doesn’t involve the freeway in Fremont, the two hour class prepared me: I can easily practice the skills she taught me w/ f&f around town more, but by the end of the lesson I was driving smoothly and comfortably around town.She was also delightful company, so I even got experience watching the road while talking. I can’t wait to get my license and then schedule another two hour session with her to practice freeway driving, and maybe even a few more parking scenarios, but after two hours I have all the information and skills I need to take the test. I already had driving experience in my own country and needed to polish my driving skills before behind the wheel test. I took 2hrs driving class + DMV test package the day before the test. The staffs were so nice and the instructor JP explained and taught me all details I should know when I take the test. I took their car for test and Veronica came along with me to DMV and she was also patience and nice. I passed the test and thank you all the staffs.

Had 3 classes. The last class with the Instructor was really good. He critiqued me often for the mistakes I did as well made me practice them somehow and I go my License. They also know the route well and I went for the same route so I had confidence. Would really recommend thia school.

Reached out to the school and decided to take the 3 classes-package in preparation for the driving test.I worked with JP during my lessons, who was very attentive and thoughtful to point out critical and minor mistakes in my driving approach and techniques. As a first-time driver, I had to naturally work through my nerves, but JP was very patient, supportive and motivated throughout. He’s familiar with the neighborhood, and was able to provide guidance on critical maneuvers tested during the driving test.Within the 3 classes spread out over 2 weeks, I felt confident enough and managed to pass the test. I chose this school because of their reviews and had very high expectations from them. My first lesson was with Prav and as a first time driver I was very nervous and we didn’t get off to a good start. My second lesson was with Prav again and she really tried her best this time to make me feel comfortable, her instructions were clear, and she was encouraging. My third and final lesson was with a young guy called Rock. He was knowledgeable in the techniques and tips when it comes to driving and passing the test. However, I would have appreciated more notice when it came to instructing turns (2-3 secs is not sufficient) and more understanding when it comes to mistakes. When I told him that he needs to understand that as a student, I’m really trying my best to remember everything despite the nerves, we ended up having an argument on the freeway, whereby he informed me that there is a “note” about me in the office. So in conclusion, the school is good with lots of experience but if you’re a first time driver like me, you have to be able to stomach the negative attitude or pray to get one of the legendary “super patient” instructors that I read so much about. I’m used to better customer service so I guess I couldn’t.

They are really accommodative of your schedule and are clearly people who showcase strong customer centric values.As for the driving class, the instructor was really beyond my expectations. He made it a point that I get comfortable and relaxed. He ensured that I dont continue to remain conscious about driving the car. This is the best driving school I tried. I have had lessons with multiple schools in Fremont, San Francisco, and Boston and this school by far is the best. They are very patient, kind, they train you how to drive safely and also prepare you very well for the driving test. I passed my test very easily after a few classes with them. Their tips and genuine attempts to help made me learn a lot. I had one initial class with Paul before COVID and my last two were with JP. Paul was very helpful with turns and reversing and I felt really comfortable with him, it was my first time but he wasnt yelling or seemed panicked at all. JP put me more on the streets and helped me out with some issues I was having after not being able to practice at home. His tips were very helpful and the conversations he had with me helped to calm me down and be a little more confident.

This driving school helps a lot ! The driving instructors really help when you barely know how to drive. They show you your mistakes and helps you improve on those mistakes! Theyre really helpful also while on the phone if you need help just call the number and they will guide you through it. They taught me a lot they showed me to not be nervous and youll pass! I would like to add that I took a 8hr test and the first time I did my behind the wheel and I passed first time.

I took the two hour crash course with Paul and in just that period of time, my driving drastically improved especially in turning and traffic awareness. I also became more aware of different aspects of the test and learned how to do backing properly. I wish I had taken the full course instead of trying to learn on my own and then taking the crash course as things would have been a lot easier. Coming from a lot of experience on my familys car, adjusting to the car they provided was a little difficult(the brake and gas pressure were very different), however Paul was a very cool and chill guy and the course was surprisingly somewhat enjoyable! Now that Ive passed, thanks again!

So far I had more than 10 driving lessons with him. He gave me tips and corrections on the small mistakes that I committed. He is very patient, and really makes you comfortable about your driving. He is also experienced in teaching his students by being passionate, dedicated and patient because in the past he was a big rig driver, but worked his way up to become an electrical engineer. The reason why he wants to offer these services to the community and the public. So he has technical knowledge. He is fun to talk to so that way your drive wont be horrendous or horrible like the past driving instructors that I have dealt with. You should ask for JP- he is a dedicated business owner and a driving instructor. Also, he offers other services like traffic school and other services like car registration. He wants to expand his services in California and other states. I highly recommend him for any one of all ages who wants to learn how to be a disciplined and safe driver, especially to those who have phobia on driving. He has high expectations to learn as much as possible by learning from our mistakes and practicing a lot from a relative to get used to driving on different situations. Do yourself a favor and put extra effort to learn to drive with this driving and traffic school. I have never experienced any exceptional service from the other schools, but only go to this one. He will be honest when you are ready to take the road test. Dont rush to take the DMV road test yourself, you think you are ready because you will likely fail the test. It is not the instructors fault but you.

My husband and I did a crash course with Bay Hill Driving, as were are both competent drivers from the UK and only needed a refresher on US driving procedures. Poul was great and taught us everything we needed to know about passing the test first time. I even passed with no errors! I would highly recommend Bay Hill Driving and Poul to anyone who needs their licence in the East Bay area.

I took two 6-hour packages with this school, and then borrowed their car for the driving test. I passed on the first try!!!The instructors were super helpful and friendly. They not only taught me how to pass the test, but also how to drive in any real life situations. I also want to shout out to the receptionist, as he always did his best accommodate my schedule to work with the instructors schedules, and was constantly responsive whenever I called the office.As someone who was unable to practice much outside of my lessons, this place was a life saver. I had 10 classes with bay hill driving school. 7 with manjeet, 2 with JP and 1 with Paul. I am very careful for driving because I have 2 kids and feel a lot of responsibility while driving. the instructors are all very nice, different instructors gave me different tips which are all very useful and help me pass the test one time. thanks all for your great efforts esp manjeet who take me the first time driving when I had never touched the wheel. it is a dangerous job and I really appreciate your hard working!

Is the nighmare, the instructor is an old woman but all the class she was angry and I variely understand her English the intructions were confusing. This woman said to me “Is impossible to work with you “ at first we were talking about my family and she understood everything but when she started with the instructions she said that to me. I told her to return to the office and talk about it but she answer “No we will not go back because they pay me for hour”. Also she was talking on the phone while she gave me instructions. What a bad Service the worst thing is that she was angry at me because of My English and told me to learn some with my daugher.I did take a class it cost me $95This school is only for people from india not for the rest of us.

We initially started the classes with Manjith, who was good with telling small corrections and expect a lot from us or she expected a lot from us before starting the classes. But eventually, we moved from Manjith to JP, who was really exceptional. I could see the difference in driving evidently with one class from JP. He was procedural and he taught step by step.
