I went to Thornton from 1975 to 1977 It looks exactly the same... My favorite teacher was Mr. Genessy we certainly loved to mess with him. We stole his toupee the last day of 8th grade...

The school might have a good rating academically but centerville is 10x better in teaching.

Some of the teachers are good but the student and others are just horrible

So, this school is very boring and people are really disrespectful to others. I noticed that some 8th graders throw trash at 7th graders and call them sevies (and worse). Also, honestly; some teachers are really nice (a.k.a Mr. Jones & etc) but others are, lets say; a bit too strict. I wont point out names. But I think that the staff and the office should improve.And like nobody cares about rules in this school! People smoke, drink soda, and like go against the dress code! I dont think that they should do that, some ppl dont even get in trouble!

Over the recent years Indians have gentrified Thornton. I feel left out. 7th graders thinks they are ghetto but they not from the ghetto though. 7th graders and 8th graders follow Joel and Ezreal. I cringe when kids say Fremont and Thornton is ghetto.

This school is horrible, the teaches are not teaching anything, the P.E. teachers are crazy they make you run when its freezing outside or when its rly sunny. I would advice you to go to another school this school is the worst just go anywhere but tjhs.

Its good, but they need more tech stuff, and their ground has sharp rocks.

I love this school and Centerville isnt good

If you are tardy for first period you get a lunch detention. If you be tardy by 1 hour its a after school detention. In centerville its not like that. Centerville you get three tardies and you get a detention.

The teachers here are awesome, the students though 😒😤😐
