My kid is a quarantine baby and has never been away from me before, not even for a couple of hours. When he turned 2, we were really apprehensive of sending him to the school. But enrolling him into Keen Learners Montessori school is one of the best decisions we have made. Thanks to the teachers, his Transition phase was quick and smooth and we started noticing a lot of change in his behaviour at home. Temper tantrums have come down and the motor skills have improved a lot and he indulges into a lot of pretend play these days.The Faculty here, follow a strict process of monitoring the kids overall well-being, any kid with a running nose or high body temperature is not allowed into the premises. Last month, my kid caught a cold and we were informed the very same hour when the symptoms were starting to show up and he was separated from the rest of the class. Im really impressed with this strict protocol, especially after the COVID situation. Also this school has a low student count per class, when compared to the other schools in the Fremont area so the kids here get more personal attention.I have all good things to say about the school and would highly recommend it.

Our daughter has been going to Keen Learners Montessori for about a year and she thoroughly enjoyed her time here. I would like to specially thank Ms Kshama and her teacher Ms Menzie for all the efforts in imparting a well rounded education to our child. Even in Covid days, Ms Kshama was very hands on and involved in day-to-day activities, cooperative and responsive.Few things that we really liked about this Montessori were1) They provide fresh hot food and fresh fruits rather than canned food2) They are very particular about cleanliness3) They give regular updates to parents.4) They encourage children to do things on their own.5) The classrooms are not over crowded and each child gets individual attention.6) There is a lot of outdoor and playtime which according to us is very important in the overall growth of the child.Overall, our child came home happy and we are very satisfied with our experience at Keen Learners Montessori

My kid has been going to Keen learners for almost 3 years now, and we couldn’t be happier. Ms Kshama is an awesome teacher, she knows what the child’s strengths are and where they need help. All the teachers are really good. I wish I could give more than five stars!

My daughter has been going to keen learners Montessori for over a year now. She joined keen learners from Public school where she was under IEP due to developmental delays. Thanks a lot to all the teachers at keen learners and special thanks to Ms Kshama and Ms Minzee for helping my daughter. I have seen so much progress in my daughter since she started the school.

My son loves this school! Teachers are making every effort to make school fun during pandemic. My son started the school a week before lockdown (which basically means we had to start over once the school opened again) and I really appreciate the help we got with making our son comfortable in school during this hard time. Special shout out to miss Kshama who goes above and beyond to keep the school great!

Weve been sending both our kids to Keen Learners Montessori. Were very pleased with the attention provided to the kids by Ms. Kshama and her team of teachers. Theres a good balance of academics and play time as per Montessori standards. Its always a pleasure to see Ms. Kshamas enthusiasm with the kids and school activities. Were glad to have found this place :-).

My daughter studied here for 3 years. Now she is going to a public school. I feel my daughter has strong foundations in Maths and English. Thanks to Ms.Shama and Ms.Menzie for their great work. They do an admirable job in grooming the kids.

My son started at Keen Learner’s about a year ago when he was a little over 3. He was a very picky eater and one of my worries while transitioning him from a home based day care to a school was his meal times (besides the obvious child development & academics part). Ms.Kshama and the staff took utmost care in welcoming him and ensuring that he gets accustomed to the new environment as soon as possible. Every day of the initial two weeks Ms.Kshama always provided detailed information on how he did at school (also knowing my worry about his meals) and made us feel very comfortable. Within a couple of weeks my son got accustomed to the new environment and I was very happy to see that he was looking forward to going to school every day. He especially looks forward to meeting Ms.Kshama in the mornings as she always welcomes him with a few mins of peak-a-boo every day. It is after Keen Learner’s that he was more open to trying out new kinds of fruits and veggies!(Kudos to their chef, I dont know what magic she did).I commend the staff and Ms.Kshama to have adjusted to the changing times during Covid and getting innovative in the way they dealt with these little kids during the online classes. My son missed being at school during the initial period of Covid. So much so that he kept asking for Ms.Kshama every day and would occasionally cry about not being able to meet her. It is not easy to have kids of this age engaged while online but Ms.Menzi and Ms.Kshama’s dedication and creativity came through. They planned the classes and courses very well to suit each kids’ need based on age (and not just lump many kids within the same age category into the same hour). I was amazed at their persistence and dedication and was very pleasantly surprised to see that my son soon became engaged for the whole hour (if it is 11am, then he was ready at his desk waiting to see Ms.Menzi and Ms.Kshama in a zoom meeting) and was proud to share his homework with them. I know that the staff had many late nights preparing to meet the needs of all the kids (both online classes and in person) and all of their efforts were seen as joy in the kids’ faces during class. My son is now back in school, a decision made after a lot of deliberation and we are happy with this choice to see the difference it has made in his demeanor . He is not frustrated any more and more happy to be in a learning environment doing many creative things appropriate for his age. Thanks to Ms.Kshama and the staff for everything they do!

My son has been in this school since the age of three. It had been a wonderful experience.Academically: my son has learned much. He had learned independence (Montessori style), reading, writing, math. The school has a wonderful educational program, with great children that see each child and help the child achieve his (or her) potential.Behaviorally: my son has learned wonderful manners, patience, and thoughtful behavior. He says his please and thank you really well.Emotionally: my son is very happy in the school. He loves his teachers, and they create a positive environment. For example, when he does a drawing or gets something new at home, he wants to take it to school and show his teachers and his friends.The teachers are very responsive and attentive, and put the children first. Ms. Kshama - the manager - is professional, great with the kids, well organized, and knows her stuff. She is also very responsive to any concern I raised.All in all, we are very happy with the school. It puts the emphasis where it matters - caring for the children, teaching the children, providing a safe and positive environment - rather than on show.

This is one of the very few times I am providing a review to anyone, I like to write a review only when it is worth my time and effort. I am very glad to provide this review about Keen Learners which can help other moms.My son who is almost four now has been going to Keen Learners for about an year. Previously he went to a well known family day care which I thought will be more personalized and secure to young kids. But soon I learned that I was wrong in most aspects. My son (who likes to be at home all the time) soon liked Keen Learners than anything else. The staff are very warm and caring, understands the kids needs well and act accordingly than a cookie cutter approach. Whenever I ask them how my kid is doing in different aspects, I am always amazed at the details they provide about your kids progress. That made me realize that they know about the kid as much as their parents do. Ms. Kshama is Parent’s best friend; she readily responds and ensures parents get the support they need. Her management style is definitely keeping this place a happy environment for kids.Very soon Ms.Kshama, Ms. Menzie, and Ms.Jasmine made it to my son’s likeable list (which has only mom, dad and other cousins). He talks about the teachers at home a lot. He pretends that he is Ms. Menzie and try to do all the daycare things. That itself shows how much kids like these teachers. There are so many ways my son and myself has benefited from their care. His potty training went by very quick, all I need to do is to just continue it at home; saved my sanity!! Very soon after he joined, he learned how to hold a pencil and now he has the one of the best handwriting. My son was not very much into arts and crafts at first but I have seen a tremendous improvement in his drawing and coloring skills these days. I can say he is well on track with alphabet sounds, rhymes and numbers along with writing. And the bonus is he made so many friends and they are now part of our regular dinnertime conversations!I should appreciate the efforts Ms. Kshama and the staff are taking during COVID time. As soon as the shelter in place was lifted, I had to send my kid full time to daycare again from May since we both are working parents. I am definitely out of words to express my gratitude to Keen Learners on how they have been handling the situation – Safety comes first to them than anything else!!Kudos to the entire staff for your support to parents!! Thanks for giving us a peace of mind during this difficult time.Final Verdict – Happiest place for the kids!!

Its been only 2 months My son has been to this school, he was all growing in India until 3 Years. I was really confused how he is going to sit in school and mingle with other kids here. All our concerns are very well addressed by Kshama Mam and team. Kshama has really prepared us with everything he will be going through in first 2-3 weeks and my son was exactly doing the same- thats shows the in-depth of care and attention they have given to every kid. We got to leave CA this winter, but if there are a reason which makes me to think twice to stay back is this school. My son will really miss you dear Kshama Mam.. All the very best for your continued services.. We Son really enjoyed these 2 months and you were very very supportive.
