We love FPNS! The teachers are very warm and attentive of every child. When we were attending in person we liked that the kids got to decide what activities they were interested in. My son loved spending time outside at the sandbox and play equipment. And I enjoyed getting to see how the class is run.Since moving to distance learning, weve been consistently impressed by the teachers online classes and take home activities. You can tell they put a lot of time and care into everything. 😊

My son attended FPNS for two years (from 2-4 years old) and I have nothing but the best things to say about the school and the experience.What makes FPNS an amazing place is that the school prioritizes the developmental needs of early learners. Open play, parent participation and the caring community create an exceptional learning environment for children. My son started very nervous and shy but grew in confidence and developed an early love of exploring, reading and learning. Their approach made that development possible.The FPNS approach also creates a great community for parents to learn as well. When you participate as a parent, you learn from the teachers, other parents and other children. This can help you become a better parent and teacher for your child.All that said, FPNS is not for everyone. Not every parent has the time or desire to take time out of their schedule to devote to attending classes and volunteering. And not every parent is willing to forego more competitive approaches that stress things like math and reading at the start. The FPNS model is for those parents with patience willing to invest the time to let their children approach learning in a more organic way. We found that investment well worth it and we are grateful to the many teachers and staff that worked so hard to create this place.

Great Co-Op Preschool. They are closed on Fridays before lunch time. They are only open until 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and they open late some days depending if they have class that day. You have to BANG loudly on the door. They always keep it locked for the security of they children. They are not closed.

I may be biased because this was my preschool, but I think this place made me who I am today. I learned a lot over there and learned how to make friends over here. I loved the teachers and the involvement parents had in my upbringing.
