After 48 hours, ASA credit will be given minus a $25 cancellation fee.After the quarter begins there is a $25 cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be given in the form of ASA credit.

My kids have been swimming here for a few years now. Excellent facility, wonderful staff. Theyre taking excellent precautions during this pandemic to keep us all safe. Highly recommended swim school!

My son has been attending swimming classes here since the past 2 years. Their teaching methodology is quite paced along achieving mastery on particular skills in a specific order - which means students might need more time to complete a skill while at other times they might just figure it out quickly. At times, we did feel that my sons progression was slow, but it did help make him comfortable later. All of his teachers have been wonderful, esp. Ms. Amber during his initial learning days. The facility is quite new, spacious and colorful. I would highly recommend ASA for kids.

Very profesional. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair. Entire staff is very focused. Safe environment. My son ran out of sessions and we are in the process of moving but once we are settled both he and my youngest will be coming back! Gus was in love with his instructor Mary, she was super patient!

Very good place to swim

Bought a Groupon for my son to try out the training. The classes went well but when I tried to sign him up to continue (at $365 a quarter) they were unable to offer the same time/day or even close to the one he was already scheduled on.I tried again a day later and the agent refused to work with me so we can no longer use their services. While the product seems good, the customer service is abysmal.Now we will have to start over with a new swim academy.

One of the best structured swimming academies around. It could get crowded with many kids per instructor. Instructors and students are under great supervision and constant deck manager corrections. Kids have fun here.

This is the best place for learning swimming. I love this place. I send my two children here. There a a lot of good teachers here.

I had a reimbursement plan from my employer for wellness claims hence I requested the receipt to be printed on my name and the receipt had the wrong name printed and when I requested for a corrected receipt they just said it can’t be done and was not ready to provide any help.I asked for their manager name and they were reluctant and not willing to help and provide any details. This place gave a bad impression on my first day and will not renew after the current membership .Customer service was very bad from the receptionists

Half of instructors are new and not experienced. Experienced staff keeps moving out except few old timers at the center. Extremely unlikely to get those people as instructors. Rollover is a joke, half the time instructors keep changing so good luck on that. Also Extremely difficult to get hold of customer support on phone. Only online service is to accept payment. There is no call back regardless of wait times on phone. I waited for more than an hour to speak to customer service to schedule a make up over phone, which they said none is available.

My daughter learns here and she is thrilled with the place. She got her first ribbon today and is so happy, shes forcing me to do this review.

Dirty pool.Dirty facility.Crowded. Every class has so many kids that your kid gets 3-4 rounds max.Instructors change every week. They are treated badly and not paid enough for so much work load.Faulty air circulation - You can smell heavy chlorine in the facility. And if you ask the staff about it - they have standard answer ‘our fans are not working this week. We will get it fixed soon. ‘. It’s been broken for at least 2 years.They can be sued for bad health conditions by employees.The mayor of Fremont approved it few years ago and that is why no one takes any action against this facility.TYPICAL MONEY MINDED PROFIT ONLY BUSINESS. AVOID IT.There are many other options in the neighborhood.

I finished the entire Course the instructors were nice but the pool was to short

Used to be very good for those young men who gave feedback to the parents. Since late spring and summer, they change to new guys. And the services are horrible. Talked to them a couple of times why they intended to skip the updates for parents, the guy denied and have tons excuses. since then, the service is even worse. Thinking swap club.

Good facility.But trainers don’t stick around. They are not paid well. Every few weeks my kids got new instructors.And chlorine smell is too much. Ventilation is not well managed.

Parking space and access to the pool need improvement. Would not park in this area after sunset or late evening- feels unsafe

Unprofessional customer service(Rude front desk staff) and horrible make up policy stay away.I had one quarter of swimming classes here. Instructor seems ok. But front desk staff is super unprofessional and greedy to trick you. I have had phone call with front desk to arrange my make up. It was end of the quarter. She suggested if I buy whole next quarter I can carry forward my make up class. But when I went there to register for next quarter to learn more and carry forward the class, she said I cant carry it forward. Also, when I asked to take make up class in one of the other instructor she didnt allow me to go his class, stating I am in one class lower. But a person I know, we both started in same class and he was allowed to take make up class there. Interestingly if I sign up for next quarter I can go to his class from day1. These whole thing doesnt make any sense. It seem like they were trying to manipulate me and trick me to get more money. Very unprofessional stay away.

Friendly instructors, large training pool and lap pool. Facility is good and well maintained.

Pathetic, rude staff complete mismanagement, after the class they start searching for teacher and then will find someone to do timepass, complete waste of time and money, if you miss any classes they will schedule with any teacher without taking the level of student, and after that you can talk to front staff for an hour they will just keep apologizing.....think twice before you enroll.

I had a horrible experience. After I start both my children in a class they denied them service based on race and disability.

I wish theyd have a time when I could get in with my child. But over all, an OK place.

Classes a very short and make-up class availability is almost non-existent. It is very loud in the pool. But, it is indoor. So classes can run year-round.

Very bad customer service and makeup policy - when you paid money than everything come on policy -swimming class time also very less -if 4 student in class every one get 5-10 min only - not worth
