I picked Body and Brain Yoga randomly while browsing for a yoga class 16 months ago and it was the best decision I ever made! I have never been flexible (my fingers could barely go past my knees when trying to touch my toes) but now 16 months later my fingers go beyond my toes and touch the floor and I can hold poses for longer than I ever imagined. I have not only gained flexibility and physical strength but my mental well being and my ability to manage stress has improved drastically.The yoga taught here is not just about physical poses but how to become aware of and manage the energy circulation in our body and mind. Thats why its called energy yoga. The combination of stretches, exercises designed to activate acupressure points and meditation is what makes this yoga so unique. Through the classes at the center and many workshops and with the guidance of amazing and supportive Masters, I feel I have grown stronger physically, mentally and spiritually and feel more centered in my life.With the pandemic, all classes are online through Zoom. The way the classes are structured and with the enthusiasm of the Masters, I dont feel any difference between a physical class and an online one. In fact, the flexibility of taking a class online has allowed me to take many more classes and workshops than my schedule would have allowed me otherwise.If you are looking to go beyond your physical self and journey inwards while energizing your body and having fun at the same time I would highly recommend this place. Master Suho is warm, encouraging and supportive. Her ever smiling face always warms my heart and brightens my day. Give this place a try. You will not regret it

Body and Brain yoga training principles have been extremely helpful during stressful times of COVID. The exercises and workshops focus on the attitude of acceptance and it helped me to accept the virus and focus on the healthy aspects of my body. Regular meditation and breathing exercises have helped me to fight the continuous chatter of fear and uncertainty around me. I am looking forward to virus free times but at the same time I don’t feel frustrated but more calm and in control of my body. Above all zoom classes have helped to give some routine and structure to my days. Thank you Body snd Brain staff, you are the best !!

Through Body and Brain Yoga classes I have released stress, become more flexible, can focus better, and no longer need medication for ADHD and migraines. I love my Detox. Detox help me to focus on my health and well being. It helps my internal organs to regulate properly especially my abdominal organs. It helps get rid and push all the toxins down. I dont have to go to the bathroom eveŕytime. Same as my normal routine. In the first weeks, I see changes, my abdomen like most of us, it shrinks in the morning. But my feeling using the detox is quite different, my stomach change significantly for me as it felt so light. Never had the feeling before as if its magic. I felt it wasnt me that have this tummy. I am happy with the detox. Also my face got brighter. I felt and look younger as well. I recommend this to anyone especially who wants to make a good start on loosing weight. Of course, dont forget the yoga exercise that goes with it. The staff are so friendly and theyre awesome to talk to!!

I have been coming to this place for 5 months and I enjoy the workouts very much. It is a great balance of physical activity with calming/relaxing exercises. I havent really lost a lot of weight but I feel great and to me thats what matters the most!! Try them out!!

Good holistic program for mind and body exercises. Their simple exercises improved my health, digestion, and coordination.Their 10/10/10 exercise regiment consists of three exercises which one can do for 30 minutes a day, to improve health, focus, and motivation. These three exercises are simple, and easy to remember.

The best thing happened in my life was joining the Body & Brain Yoga/TaiChi family. With the support, encouragement and guidance from the instructors Master Parks and Master Suho, it changed my life physically, mentally and emotionally. I learned how to handle stressors in life thru this yoga. I used to have bad insomnia and after a few months of yoga I started sleeping much better at night. Im now more flexible, healthier strong woman than I ever imagined I would be . I have now peace of mind and peace within myself. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I have been going to this place for the past 6 months. I had back ache, plantar fasciitis and stiff shoulders. Within a month I started feeling better. My sleep quality improved. The yoga they teach here is gentle and relaxing. Every class is a combination of stretches, cardio and meditation. Now I feel healthy , happy and strong.

I rarely write reviews but I have to share my positive experience so you can too. I started 10 months ago after a vericose vein removal caused imbalance in my lower body. Today I am extremely pleased to share the healing energy and mind-body-brain alignment I got from the daily class. I religiously attend is definitely working with steady improvements..Then came Master SuHo - a trained Master Healer. In the past three-four months since since she started at this center, I decided to take the one-on-one healing energy sessions (acupressure points and muscle kneading) with her and my transformation has been dramatic - better flow of energy (circulation) in my lower body and I can see myself back to my running in Jan 2019. Master SuHo is a trained Master Healer and you should definitely try the one-on-one healing energy sessions.

When I started to do dahn yoga , 3 months ago had a shoulderpain, since I been takeing the classes. I feel much better less pain . I feel very happy and healthy, with a good energy. I have a frozen shoulder, sleep apnea, bad knee and well just a bit broken down but body and brain yoga in Fremont has me playing basketball again, sleeping better with no mask and just an overall great feeling. Romin is an amazing instructor as is the whole team. Great great way to remove stress in your life.

I been a member at dahn yoga since march of 2011 and I find the style of dahn yoga to be very unique, effective and fun. They always have something different and new, and the environment is always bright and the instructors are awesome. The sessions help me stay focused and balanced. I find my self teaching the techniques which I learn and practice at dahn yoga and whoever I share it with wants to learn more and more, because its just simple and fun and brings a feelings of health and balance. I strongly recommend it for anyone and any age, whether they want to practice for health, flexibility, relieving stress or even to sharpen their minds for everyday challenges. And I love their tea time and the healthy tea they serve after the class is over. You will definitely enjoy it. go try it!!!!

I am a member of Dahn Yoga, Fremont since 12 years. As an electircal engineer working in Silicon Valley, I encounter stressful situations all the time. However, with Dahn Yoga practices, I have been able to keep my body healty, my mind sharp/cool/calm, and my spirit bright. I feel much healtier than 12 years ago.I recommend joining Dahn Yoga to any one who wants to stay healty, productive, and happy despite the circumstances.
