Excellent childcare! I have all 3 of my daughters at this school and they love it here. I am a mom who tends to have a crazy schedule and the staff at this location have always accommodated me. They have gone over and beyond to help me out and they always make sure my kids have a place to go. Ive had my kids at different places, but by far this is the best place in Fresno. They are loving, warm, welcoming and they always make sure the kids are well taken care and safe. Im very paranoid about who I leave my kids with, but I never have to worry when I leave them here. I can not speak highly enough about this place. They also take supportive services and pick up kids from near by elementary schools so parents dont have to leave work early. Ms Julie, Ms Sabrina, Ms Marissa n Ms Nicole are all excellent. Theres a lot more great staff but these ladies come to my mind first 😁

The worst and scariest school/daycare experience you can imagine which is why my child wasnt enrolled long at Kids Kare Ashlan.From the first day, the staff was not welcoming to me or to my child. Most of the workers seemed unhappy to be there like they were only there to get a paycheck. When I asked questions no one really cared to answer and if they did answer it was done so begrudgingly. When I picked my child up not once did I get feedback from the staff on how he was doing.Kids Kare Ashlan undercharged me and overcharged me multiple times. The pricing was always different depending on who I was speaking to which made it hard for me to budget. Daycare is not cheap especially when you are a single parent like me. They told me he had to have pull-ups since he wasnt potty trained yet, they would take about 8-10 pull-ups from me a day! Now, my child was only there for half days (4-5 hours) he doesnt even go through that many pull-ups at home in one full day!On the 3rd week of him being enrolled at Kids Kare Ashlan, the staff called to say he cannot go back until his doctor redoes his physical because the TB test wasnt on there. Tell me how a school/daycare center can allow a child to attend 3 weeks without a TB test and without up to date immunizations?? Shouldnt they have verified that before he was enrolled? That was the scariest part for me. When I called their headquarters I was told the staff has 30 days to review the child s shot records and physicals. Now my child had his TB test but for some reason, it was not on his chart, but what about that child who isnt up to date on their immunizations? Does that child get told on day 29 Im sorry you can no longer attend until you are up to date because it is not safe for you or the other children at the facility? The exposure has already happened!Based on Kids Kare Ashlans irresponsible policy I immediately unenrolled my child then sat down to write this review. I understand everyones experience is different and the above former issues mentioned can happen anywhere but those we entrust our childrens care to should be held to the highest of standards. For me, Kids Kare Ashlan violated that trust on the very basic of standards. I will never entrust the welfare of my child to another Kids Kare facility. Will you?
