Awesome place to train for fitness/fighting/mental strength. I had no experience before joining, but I have since committed to a few days a week. You will notice a difference and improve! Manny is great at explaining and demonstrating movement. Family oriented and friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better place to train!

Manny’s gym is awesome! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to work with everyone, he truly puts passion into his craft of teaching and has experience fighting on some of the best kickboxing organizations in the world. The gym is close knit as well so once you start there you’ll be treated like family. Highly recommended!

A really good environment. Manny is a experienced coach and the team is a group of good guys. He gives his attention to his student and is there to answer any question you may have. Well worth the money spent.

I took a break from JiuJitsu and wanted to find a new/fun workout. I did not have any Muay Thai experience. The coaches and experienced members did not make me feel out of place. Everyone was helpful, and it is a positive environment. And the team bbqs were 10 out of 10.

I began about year ago at this gym with only traditional Martial Arts “dojo” experiences, and equally traditional “Karate” experience. I believed I was in pretty good shape and could hold my own in a self-defense situation should it ever be necessary. After my first class, I learned just how far behind I was from what I thought about my abilities; and that people who could beat me up were very friendly. An incredibly welcoming atmosphere that is also a breeding ground for champions, Manny Mancha Kickboxing Gym teaches a complete style of Muay Thai/Kickboxing that is effective both for self-defense AND high-level competition. Coach Manny is a consummate professional who lives and bleeds for Muay Thai and Kickboxing, complete with a vast and seemingly never-ending supply of knowledge. If I miss a week of class, I find myself in a terrible mood. No overexaggeration: MMKG changed my life.

Manny is a great coach to have, he’s hands on and passionate about coaching. The people that walk through the doors are friendly and respectful. Great coach. He ensures that you will get a good work out every practice. And its not just drills, he gives you details on how to improve your technique. Everyone there has a good vibe without the muscle head ego. You should visit and try out a practice session.
